By far the best experience. Ken was so patient and kind and it’s rare that my Charlie looks cute right after a groom, but he did after his first groom here! So happy to find a quality groomer in the area

We are very pleased with the wonderful service. We had our Border Collie groomed and she is a very nervous dog. Ken, the groomer, was very patient andkind and handled her quirks very well. Our dog smelled lovely and looked beautiful. He groomed her according to our directions and he was punctual and efficient while still being careful and thorough.

I was very curious to visit this place after seeing all good reviews and it was the best decision I could do.Grommer Ken is very very professional! He has a great personality and definitely knows how to communicate with dogs.My puppy wasn't really open to trim his nails, but Ken was so patient and gentle in the process that my dog trusted him within few minutes and stayed calm and quiet untill the we left.The place is nice, clean and I loooove the set up of the "crates", the look like little modern houses for dogs.I definitely will be back here and recommend this place for visit!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Ken and his partner saw me on a very short notice initially for my pup’s anal gland expression but were kind enough to stay through close to bathe him and trim his nails, AND dry him! He was very kind and informative. I will definitely be returning!!

probably the best groomer around. Ken has talent! he made my Bella look like a pup. I'd say I'm somewhat picky - and he's met all my expectation. you can tell he ACTUALLY likes animals and isn't just doing It for the money.

Ken was very nice and fast with our little dog, but unfortunately something happened with her eyes during the groom. Less than thirty minutes after picking her up from her first appointment, we noticed she was pawing at her eyes and occasionally making sounds of pain while doing so. We had never seen her do this before :( the pawing at her eyes continued occasionally for days and looks to have developed into conjunctivitis, with redness and yellow and green eye goop. I'm not sure if it was just shampoo got into her eyes and was enough to irritate her or if something else happened during the session. This has never happened in our other grooming experiences with her. It's very unfortunate, but I imagine it's a rare occurrence.
