We stopped in today for a few quick supplies before driving back home.We were immediately greeted with bright smiles and made to feel very welcomed.The young ladies helped us find a warm coat for our new Frenchie and travel water bowl. They ladies gave us lots of wonderful treats! He loved having a couple on the drive back.We also purchased a nice leather leash and dropped it in the parking lot. The you g lady called us to tell us and refunded us the money.Excellent experience. Excellent customer service! We will be back when we are in the area. Franchise in Alabama!

I just had to post because Jocelyn made my experience very warming and welcoming, and made me feel like at home The moment I walked through the door, she said, welcome in and asked me if I needed any questions that she would be there to help me. She is very well, spoken, energetic, and kind. I meant to write this review a few months ago, but something just sparked my memory about how I need to write her view for her selfless. Actions towards all of my needs while I was there.

Top Dogs always has an excellent selection of treats, chews, and more and I love shopping here. They can always quickly special order me an item if they don’t have it in stock, and my dogs love the toys and puzzle feeders we have gotten here. Highly recommend if you want to support an awesome local store.

Absolutely love this place. I found this gem year's ago..maybe close to a decade 🤔. I love it because once I walk in the staff greet me by first name. Love the staff and owner Suzette who always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. If you purchase something and your pet doesn't like it you are able to return it for a full refund/exchange. I love supporting small locally owned business.

I just visited the Roswell location and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. My senior cat just got put on a raw food diet and you had several great options as well as quickly answered other questions I had. I'm so glad I found your store! I'll be getting you frozen food there monthly. :)

The quality of their food is so good. It’s obvious these people care about the business. They treat me so good when I come by to buy my cat food, my cat is a douche and rejects mostly everything I offer him but that’s beyond the point. I know I can call ahead and have my items ready for me when I get there. I got a toy for my cat that has catnip in it and he’s bouncing off the walls which makes me super happy. I really love coming to this store.

Really wish they were open to at least 6:30. People that work full time it’s definitely a struggle to get there when you work until 5 in Atlanta and there is traffic.

Top Dogs is the best local pet store! Their customer service is top-notch and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable of their inventory. We discovered Top Dogs when our vet suggested Farmina brand dog food for our stomach-sensitive pup. She said they could help us find a blend that works and they did! Would highly recommend them!

Absolutely phenomenal business and staff, I went with my girlfriend to see about adopting a rescue dog and they could not have been friendlier or more helpful and generous! Their store has everything you could possibly want and a veeery knowledgeable and friendly staff!They honestly explained everything good, bad or indifferent about the dog! They sent us home with food, toys, his blanket and miscellaneous 'stuff'!No additional charge! And just to make sure she and the dog, were happy with each other, they told her to take the dog home for 3 days to make sure before they made it final!! Everything worked out fantastic!! This place is the definition of a no brainer folks!

My pet had eye surgery and he needed eye protection immediately. Top Dogs was the only pet store to sell Doggles (Dog Goggles). They also had a lot of items that are usually sold online in-store. The staff was also very kind! The drive was worth it!

I love this place. Been going there for years and then we moved to Canton. Now I have a new dog and have not found a good dog food store around here. I drive from Canton to Top Dog food store because of the variety and because the folks are just so nice.

My first visit I was hooked... this place has it all for your pets (dogs and cats) needs.... I originally stopped in to see about a special dog treat that is hard to find and they had them and nearly 1/4 less than the chain supply stores... The lady behind the counter (Layne) was so helpful.... We started speaking about dog food, and I realized that they carried my dog food at 6.00 a bag cheaper.... She gave me samples of healthier dog food that was 8.00 a bag cheaper and 4 more pounds..... great savings..... Thank you for saving me money and feeding my dogs healthier....

Wasn't a very pleasant experience for me. I went to this place for the first time on Christmas Eve to make a quick purchase for my dog. As soon as I walked through the front door, a gentleman at the register replied "we're closed sorry". If they were closed I don't understand why the door was open. Even if they were closed he should have asked me is there anything he could help me with. Needless to say I will never ever return! Horrible customer service!

i have to drive all the way from decatur for the brand my dog eats. other pet stores in he city carry the brand too but this location is the only one that ALWAYS had it in stock. i’ve even wasted a half tank of gas, looking for zignature kangaroo and no one had it.
