Petbar did a wonderful job with our 8 mo golden and his first ever grooming! Ally went above and beyond, taking the extra time to pull me in the back and show me a spot on our dogs thigh (everything is fine, he had that spot before coming in, it was in no way shape or form caused by Petbar). I appreciated Ally doing this, it shows they are honest people who care about the dogs wellbeing. Our dog’s coat looks beautiful & he is already excited to come back - thank you, Petbar!

This grooming business is truly amazing! They are abt 25 mins from where I live but it's worth the drive. I trust that they're caring for my fur babies as their own, they listen to any concerns and do their very best to accommodate all of them. 2 of my 3 dogs have extreme anxiety especially with separation. The owner and each of the groomers treat them with such genuine kindness and compassion.The space is sparkling clean and has the most up to date equipment.I'm one of the pickiest people that I know, particularly with my dogs. So, if I'm taking the time to recommend them, you can trust that they're excellent! 🐶💜

My westie is very anxious about grooming and being in a cage for any amount of time. When I dropped him off for his appointment I was greeted by the groomer who took an interest in him already making him feel comfortable he even gave her a kiss 💋. Service was extremely fast and he looks so good. He came home happy not tired and upset like normal being in a kennel all day. Got an appointment very fast and great prices. By far the best experience we’ve had at a groomer! Very friendly staff, clean facility. My dog was very matted when I took him in and they made me comfortable in explaining their process. I will definitely be returning with my golden doodle.

Excellent interaction. Everyone was more than friendly. Super efficient and did an amazing job on my dog. He was ready in less that 2 hours and everything exceeded my expectations. Plus it was close to my house. I will definitely return!

First time in, and they were very helpful! Have a big dog that is hard for me to handle in a situation like this. They helped get him up and explained how to work everything. He was shedding excessively, so I had to do a great deal of combing before and after his bath. We really made a mess with all the hair, but they assured me it was not a problem and they would clean it all up. Washing tubs and drying booths were very clean and worked well. Washing a dog who does not like water can be stressful, but they made the experience more manageable. Thank you! Used the saved money that a groomer would have charged and bought myself a treat!

I wish I could give 10 thousand stars. We recently moved our grooming services for two super curly doodles (1 60 pounds and 1 who is 25) from Haven the Dog Spot to petbar. We'd previously used them for self wash (which is best in the area for self wash as well). I love that they offer teeth brushing and nail trimming and our doodles were so cute and happy when we picked them up. Most recently, our little doodle dug under our fence into a mess of briars and little "hitchhiker" balls were all over her. I mean there must have been thousands in her fur. My husband and I tried to comb them out of her but it was not working. We were sure she was going to need shaved. I called Petbar and the owner picked up. I told her my predicament and asked what she thought I should do and if they could take her urgently. I could hear in the background they were full and busy. She was so helpful and reassuring and told me to bring her in that they would find the time to work on her. She called me with updates along the way on what she recommended and on progress. We picked her up and she looked good as new and didn't even need shaved. Facility is top notch. People are top notch. Service is top notch. 10 thousand stars!

When I say BIG FANS that is an understatement! The monthly membership is a great value and we USE it! Our puppies get bathed several times - 4x per month for the price other groomers charge for one bath! The staff is kind and professional and our doggies love to go and get a bath for the first time ever! They take care of my doggies like I would! Our Doodle is a puppy and needs a bath a lot! I highly recommend!

Our pup had her first groom at Petbar Boutique. I loved that I was able to easily book an appointment online and didn't have to wait 4+ weeks to get her in. The groomer, Jenn, did exactly what I asked - a scissor trim and to not cut her too short. The appointment took 90 minutes, which was a very pleasant surprise since our previous groomer had her there all day. We will definitely be back!

Great job grooming my 13 year old shihtzu. She has a spinal injury and can’t stand up through the whole thing. Petbar was one of the only places in town that would help me get her groomed. And they did it at a slightly lower price. Not to mention, she looked pretty adorable coming out. ♥️

The first visit was great. We were going to sign up for monthly service after the second visit, however the bill was higher than we were told and we were booked incorrectly with a groomer, even though I explained on booking we just wanted the bath and blow out, because our puppy isn’t old enough for a full groom. Very pushy about trying to get add ons and once we got her home we realized that she had not been brushed out at all. Additionally, I’m not sure she was actually bathed at all. She still had two spots under her mouth that should not have been there if she had a bath. She was traumatized the entire rest of the day and I had a very bad feeling when I picked her up. Please be aware of your and your pets behaviors regarding a place you take them.

Allie, our groomer, did a great job and cut my dog just like I wanted her to be cut. I love how comfortable they make the doggies once they are done and their own little spaces. They don’t have kennels and I like that.

My dog had a wonderful spa day at PetBar; they bathed her, trimmed her nails, gave her a de-shedding treatment, drained glands and brushed her teeth. She looks brand new! All around very pleased with the experience. Everyone was friendly, nice and professional. Will definitely book again!

Obsessed with PetBar!! We started taking our golden retriever here at the beginning of January and I look forward to his weekly baths. The monthly membership is a game changer! Today I got a full groom and I couldn’t be happier with how well done it was! The staff is the most welcoming and friendly and always is so prompt! You can tell each staff member truly loves animals and are always excited to see our Sully. I highly recommend their services to anyone with a pet! Thank you PetBar team for being so wonderful!

Stopped by first thing this morning to use the self service dog wash station and had an amazing experience. Their stations are clean, easy to use, and have everything you could need. They even have ramps to help get your pups into the tub which my old dog appreciated. The staff was knowledgeable and kind and we’ll definitely be going back!

Will absolutely be returning! It was my puppy's first grooming experience ever, and they were so attentive and gentle, I truly am so amazed by the staff. Colleen (my apologies if misspelled!) is wonderful, she and my puppy bonded so much, I feel so relieved to have found such a caring, clean, and excellent groomer.
