Paws Pet Salon so is wonderful. We have a 5 month old labradoodle and the experience was great. We were a little nervous taking her for her first grooming but it couldn't have gone better. They took such great care of her and did such a wonderful job grooming her. She is a happy girl! We have family members that go to Paws as well. The staff is fantastic.

I believe Paws Pet Salon provides the highest possible pet grooming service in the Atlanta area. Over the past 5 years, Ive noticed that they are friendly to all of their pet owners, take a personal interest in my sweet dog, and most importantly the grooming that she receives, is beautiful and tasteful. They clearly have professional expertise, and we appreciate their talent and work ethic very much. 5 STARS

The best groomers in the area by far! Easy to get to. Amazing customer service setting up the service. When you get inside and see all of the friendly faces both human and canine you’ll know you made the right choice. All the animals are very relaxed and comfortable and when it’s time to pick up your pet will come strutting up. Eli was looking and smelling great and smiling the whole way home. Could not recommend more highly!

I have been using Paws talented Groomer for over 20 yrs. Not only is Beverly an A + Groomer she treats my doggy with exceptional care and always notices if something might be wrong with her. I wouldn’t take my Maltese anywhere else. I always know my baby will be well cared for and Happy when I return. ♥️🐶😍🐾

This is the second time my little dog came out of grooming at this salon and she had rectal bleeding. I thought the first time it was a too close shaving of the sanitary area, so it might be just irritated, but today it was definitely blood. The whole experience was despicable. The staff and the manager have a bad attitude, the prices are inflated and not posted anywhere, and I observed twice the same technician pulling a little poodle’s ears ruthlessly. I will never go back.

I took in my aunts dogs after she passed. Unfortunately they lived mostly outside and had never been groomed. Which is crazy to most as one is a full Pomeranian and the other is a Yorkie Pom mix. We have decided to foster the Pomeranian and keep the mix. I took the Yorkie/Pom for his first ever groom. He looked like a little werewolf so I wasn't sure how he was going to be cut as I didn't think they could give him the typical face cut. Let me tell you they did a FANTASTIC job. Everything from the girl who greeted me and obviously knew her regulars (had asked a lady where another dog was to find out he passed and then gave her condolences) from picking him up and having him look so fancy! The ladies complemented how well he did so he obvious felt comfortable. He now looks like the life he will now have which is spoiled! Thanks ladies and to Beverly for the great cut. We will be back!!

Despite an otherwise wonderful grooming job, our explicit instructions to not trim the ears or tail was ignored. I even watched the front desk write down the instructions. What’s most frustrating is that this was never communicated to me when I picked her up, despite the fact the groomer certainly knew of the mistake. One ear was trimmed mistakenly and the other was left at full length. Now, our Cavapoo has an ear 2/3 the size of the other.Why was this not mentioned at pick-up? We could have at least come to an agreement and made them symmetrical. I’d love to speak with the owner to make sure staff is honest with future paying customers.

They do the best job I have ever had on Maximus and Thunder, my german shepherds. Maximus is a long haired German Shepherd and they do a wonderful job of making him very soft he's almost like a stuffed animal when I pick him up.

We love Paws, they do such an amazing job with our doodle that we drive up from midtown. We have taken our dog to a few places and Paws is the only one who listens to what we ask, gives an extremely thorough grooming, de-tangles, and charges great rates. Highly recommend.(Cocoa is 55 lbs, 11 months old, and very restless)

Beware of the huge and constant price increases without any warning. My bill went up by $30 for absolutely nothing additional within a period of 8 weeks. In my opinion this is unacceptable and gouging as you have no idea of any increase until you are given your total. The only reason for the extra star is because of the fact that I have tried to believe in this business for years. Also, I don’t think it’s appropriate for a business owner to look for a tip in addition to the super high prices. The mobile groomer I found is going to be cheaper and they have to pay gas and come to me. My advice would be to definitely shop around. There are really no goods to speak of to justify these price increases, its only labor and probably labor unlike a supplier of food, etc isn’t going up in price every 2 months. Shame on businesses just charging because we are in a sky high society post Covid greed.

Very rude customer service by the owner. I brought my dog in for the second time and verified the price before scheduling and bringing her in. First time I scheduled they said $65 and charged me $70, I was fine with that and brought her in a second time to which they’re claiming a price increased to $80 even though again the person on the phone said $65 when scheduling. If they keep hustling their customers like this they won’t have any. I tried to be reasonable and explain the situation that this isn’t fair to which she rudely responded that I have an option to not bring my pet again. Wow. Last time. Beware when you bring in your pets.

I have taken my golden retriever Beau there on several occasions to get groomed and they do the best job!! They gave him the perfect golden retriever haircut. He smelled amazing and his coat was so shiny and beautiful. Not only do they do a great job grooming; they also do it in a very timely fashion. My dog was ready within 3hrs of dropping him off. I highly recommend Paws for all your grooming needs!!

Pros: clean, fast check in process, accommodating times/scheduleCons: actual groom took 2x longer than other groomers, did not check vaccinations, face trim seemed rushed and uneven. Also, I would recommend not gossiping about your customers while they are still in the store :)

Customer Beware: They cut 75 dogs per day with little to no quality. Our price changed by $15 from the time we booked to paying for the cut with barely any hair taken off. Go anywhere else if you want a true dog grooming.

Paws gave our golden doodle by far the best cut and groom that he has ever received! That alone would keep us as loyal customers, but paws went further! Our pup is always anxious after a groom, but clearly paws treated our boy so well that he was so happy and wanted to show off his new cut. Add to this, that the fee was very reasonable. We will never take our boy anywhere else!

I have taken my 9yr old Bernese Mountain Dog here twice now and LOVE it!! They do a fantastic job! My dog sheds terribly, especially in the warm Georgia months, and Paws Pet Salon gets ALL of her undercoat taken care of! She always comes home looking so soft and shinny! The place I used to take her would charge me 3x the price of Paws Pet Salon and take 2-3x the amount of time! I HIGHLY recommend bringing your pets here for all of their grooming needs!

Super friendly staff. I take my dog to have his nails clipped and filed and they are quick and do a great job at a great price. They really know what they're doing. You don't need an appointment for the nails, but for other grooming you will need one. Definitely recommend this place. Bonus: The place is full of adorable dogs every time I go in there.

They don’t check vet records, I should have turned right around, now my fully vaccinated pups have kennel cough. They lock them in crates until they can get to them, despite having an appointment, my pups were there for 5 hours. Not returning!

Daphne, my beautiful 15 year old Bermin-Persian, is not easy to work with especially when she has to have her nails trimmed. I called this morning and they were able to see right away. The people that work there are very professional, knowledgeable, and obviously enjoy what they do, which is refreshing. It turned out Daphne had an ingrown toenail and was a little more than I thought, but they took care of it and explained to me what to do over the next few days make sure there were not problems. This was a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend this Salon to anyone and their fur children.

I have standard poodles, so grooming is a health issue, as well as aesthetic. Finding a good groomer is extremely difficult. I was referred to Paws Pet Salon by another standard poodle owner, and I decided to try them (after three less-than-satisfactory groomer experiences)... I am so happy with Paws that I will not go anywhere else! I moved and live an hour's drive away, but for the past 16 months I continue to make the trip every 4th Friday to get both poodles (soon to be three!) groomed. I drop them off in the morning, do my shopping at North Point Mall, then pick them up and head back home. It's worth the 2-hour round trip drive! Yes, they are professional, exceptionally good at grooming, and very good with my dogs. You cannot find a better groomer.
