We have a very anxious schnauzer (impossible to groom orBathe ) that has bitten many groomers but after we started using Raggedy Ann groomers she has allowed them to groom her without being aggressive. We also just got a tiny poodle and she also came back as a designer pocket book dog. Excellent groomer!!!

They took a last minute appointment on a Saturday with no problem. Got my dog in and out pretty quickly with no issues whatsoever. They actually answer the phone during business hours instead of letting every call go to voicemail like another popular groomer in the Lafayette Rd area. We will definitely be back!

Add appointment today at 9:00 went there the two ladies working is rarely friendly real good customer service done really good with my dog first time going here I will recommend them to anybody they take the time and make sure they do the right job the process really better then a bunch of competitors out here I will be taken another dog and bringing my dog back to them just want to give a big thanks to the two ladies that took care of my dog today

Buddy, our cream golden retriever, loves going and getting all beautiful. They do a wonderful job grooming and I like the smaller size of space because the dogs are less nervous.Plan to go there whenever Buddy gets shaggy!

Took my dog pippa here for first time this morning. Amber invited me to stay since it was pips first time there. Pippa has anxiety and it was so nice to see amber understanding my dog immediately. She was gentle and thorough and talked to pip the whole time. She even told me why pip was licking her paws and how to fix it. I appreciate the excellent service and the person who provided it. She is now pippas groomer forever. Thank you amber

I was really nervous about taking my girl to have her nails trimmed bc she won’t let me & goes nuts wiggling all around. I called & they told me to come on in. She was SO sweet & patient with my Lilo. She allowed me to come back & be right there comforting her while she moved quickly and accurately. I was scared she may wiggle & cause a short cut and bleeding but, she was just so awesome that my girl left looking awesome and was happy. We will return for all of Lilo’s needs & suggest you try them out as well.

Had avery good experience with getting my English bulldog’s nails. Very reasonable price with kind a caring staff. Was able to just walk in didn’t have to make an appointment. Loved this place and will be using their service again.

They're located in the corner of the strip mall with convenient parking directly in front of the store. Red and blue pickups I went here to meet a new mobile vet for my dog's rabies shot. while I never actually went inside there were several people who did. They all seemed very happy and the dogs were quite happy as well. I'm sure it is a great place to take your dog for your grooming needs. Plus it's right down from the street from where I can buy beer!

I took my dog here to get bathed, nails clipped, and ears cleaned. When I got him back he was acting super strange. His nails were not clipped, his ears were dirty, and his fur looked dirty. He then puked up a rag. I know for a fact it was not from my house. I went to get my money back. Which after 45 mins of talking to them they basically said I was lying!! I’m so upset. I would NEVER take my worst enemy to this place.
