This store is absolutely disgusting!!!! They can’t keep employees and it probably has to do with management. They’re obviously not doing their job correctly. Corporate needs to come in and figure things out! It’s convenient for a lot of people to go there but I personally will not go back until they get the place cleaned up!! It’s absolutely trash!!

I had a return because pj bottoms my daughter had purchased at another dg have a hole in them. First thing lady in charge said is there's no hole. I had to take them apart and point to it. Then she said they had been worn. I told her no they were purchased only yesterday. I said look at the date on receipt and she looked and saw they were bought at Flintstone store and I would have to take them there bc she isn't allowed to take items from another store. People who are in charge of a corporations reputation should be schooled in costumer service

Costumer service by the person in charge is very bad the person in charge today accused me of wearing PJs overnight and trying to return them today. I hope she gets moved to another store bc I like shopping in my neighborhood.

They never have the important stuff in stock. Last 2 times I have been in there they didn't have ANY toilet paper at all. I stopped shopping at this store years ago because they never have anything in stock and it's still that way. They really need new management. I understand stores run out of things but this store always have empty shelf's. It's always a mess in there and they have way too many bare shelf's. I try not to go in this particular store because it's awful. Dirty floors , stuff everywhere that needs put up. Empty shelf's. Only go in here when I need an item or two and it's very rare. But they never have what I need. The manager needs to learn how to order things.

Don't waste your time shopping here. More than likely they don't have what you need in stocks. They're have mostly empty shelves and they can't blame it on pandemic because every one else has their shelves stocked. Instead you have to go pay 3 prices too much at Food City.

Nothing on the shelves and all the stock carts are always out in the way with no one putting anything out. Smoking in front of the store seems to be the most important task.

It pretty much has everything you need All under one roof including beer so that's definitely a plus in my book. It's usually well stocled and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Don't go here to shop unless it's an emergency. Food City is nearby and Walmart about a mile away. It just has a very negative vibe and many improvements need to be done, but I don't think the store or the company is very close at looking at what they do and how they see and treat the customers and their coworkers and managers. I can't breathe when I'm in the store. It's very tense and suspicious and unkind.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the closest store to my house so I try to go there and change my opinion about this place. The staff here is so lazy. They will not put up stock so there's boxes everywhere and you can barely fort through the aisles. Every time I go here, there's a line to the back of the store and they refuse to open another register. They put in a new self checkout in so I thought it'd be easier to get in and out of there. Come to find out, not everything was put into the system so I had to get my purchase voided and put to the back of the huge line because they're computer was messed up. Today takes the cake. I went in, got my items and walked to the register. I was told that there's a lady getting something before she checks out. She was standing across the store on her phone not coming back. After about 5 minutes I ask if she can just void the transaction and let me go. She told me she had no power to do that and pulled her phone out and started texting someone. The customer comes back and said she's not done and to just void it and let me go, but the girl said I can't and pulled her phone back out. I will never come back to this store again. Terrible store.

You can consistently find what you need at this location. However, the attitude of the staff greatly varies from day to day. They are never rude but it's hard to shop without hearing the staff talke about how much they hate their jobs and how they are making plans to leave. I know MOST staff feel this way about most jobs but discussing it loudly as the register while ringing up customers is VERY unprofessional.

Our local quick grocery stop. The staff is always super kind to my children and helpful if we need anything. You can find just about anything you might need here. The only thing I won't continue buying there is bread. It already seems to be on it's way to stale when it gets to the store.

This Dollar General is less than a mile from my house and I will avoid it at all costs. There is absolutely no organization, they are constantly "restocking" or moving things around, its really odd because the place always looks like its in shambles and staff are just standing around. They always have ONLY 1 register open so sometimes there will be a very long line and it will take you at least 15 minutes to check out because the staff is so slow! I've never seen anything like it in my life. We have waited in line with one person in front of us and waiting for 10 minutes, there were no issues with the transaction, it just took them that long to swipe the few products and handle the money. Very weird. Don't go there.

I find DG to have a good selection of items regardless of need. (household or food items, cleaners, pet food, automotive and so forth) I believe I am able to get in and out of there faster and easier than a larger grocery store and I really value and appreciate that.

My family and I are always shopping therne everyday it seems. I really dislike going to Wal- Mart, the employees at Wal-Mart are so rude most of the time and the people that shop there are always in a hurry. I've been there and had people climb on me because they can't wait for you to look for what you need. I'd rather go to where the employees are familiar with you and are happy to be of service. Sometimes they do talk a little too much and hold up the line. All in all I usually enjoy shopping there.

This Dollar General is always a toss up sometimes it's great sometimes its the worst. Never buy pancake mix from here because it will taste like floor cleaner and they will not give you a refund because the box is open.

No one thinks to check the smaller less popular places when all the big brand name stores are out of everything. Love going here because it's convenient and affordable. They almost always have everything I need

I use this particular Dollar Store because it is in my nieborhood. It is under new management & has several new stock & cashier personnel. The store states quite busy. I would suggest shopping when the store opens and closes. There are fewer patrons at these times. The hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday thru Sunday.

It's a dollar general so it is quick fast stop. But this one has some issues acting like everyone is up to no good. I know 75% right leave the rest of us alone for fudges sake I just want some pudding pops you don't have to follow me around stink eyeing everyone

Nice employees, only 2 stars because the parking lot has lots of trash. The inside is very disorganized, tons of boxes in the middle of the isles, trash on the floors. Overall appearance is not welcoming.

No selection. This store has had 15 managers and 200 different employees in the last year. Place use to be bad. Nothing on shelves and rolling carts from the truck ALL over the store allways so you could barley walk. And 1 cashier for a lineball the way around the building. One manager cleaned the place up good and had the inventory and p.o.g.s were set and looked good. I told my friend want be long this one will be canned and another will come in. Surely next week new crew. Now one of the employees parks out front and backs her truck up all the way in the grass behind the space almost in the street like she is roo ignorant to know better... Parking fail....lol

I spend at least 50.00 most the tm it's over 150.00 every tm I go there and I go twice a week. Looks like they would be better organized. Always turned upside down and they move things every week. Just saying. It's only a Mike away so it's convenient.

We love our dollar general! The management in there now has really cleaned it up and organized it! Its now a store worth going to and we do almost every day!
