My recent visit to Dollar General on Chickamauga Ave. was a very pleasant one. ISAAC seems to be a very delightful and friendly employee. He really warmed my day with his awesome smile and quick conversation. He has very good customer service and I hope to see more of these friendly employees here as I shop here often.

Not adjusting prices on shelves in stores. The place doesn't have things in stocked often (places like Aldi's are more in stock) Won't be back for a while or probably to dollar general stores. Probably going to switch to going to other places.

Wasn't impressed at all. Shelves half stocked, the employees always seem tired or distant. Spoke to a manager of the store in reference to a job. She was sitting out front, in one of the chairs that was for sale, leg thrown over the arm, kicked back like she was home. She gave me store # but with the way everything was. I quickly forgot bc I prefer to be a team.

The service is always great but the shelves are usually bare and almost empty most of my usual items arent available so I have to go somewhere else like the milk and orange juice my feminine products toilet paper paper towels the toys isle and many many more sorry guys gotta tell the truth but it's got to not enough help poor inventory or something else so please for our community sake look into it and please make our dollar general store a way better one then it has been cause if not yall are gonna lose all business to food city big lots and walmart cause they at least keep their shelves mostly fully stocked unlike yall whom are usually out of almost everything when I come in there and wind up having to go somewhere else cause yall didnt have it or couldn't get down the isle to see if yall restocked it yet or not sorry dont be mad just want my neighborhood to be fully stocked like all the others

Rude, lazy, disrespectful overly aggressive employees. Half of them look like they're methed out of their minds, if you're going to have track marks all up and down your arms at least cover them up. Buy food from this place at your own risk because you see lunch meat and ice cream and things like that laying out on the shelves all the time and I've seen employees just put the stuff back in the cooler. Not to mention half of the stuff in the store is out of date by several days or even months in some cases. If you need food drive 5 minutes down the road to the grocery store and save yourself a case of food poisoning.

The employees are always nice here, but the store seems to never be completely organized. On my last visit I wanted to pay with my PayPal account (an option that is on the card reader machine). None of the employees even knew about this and could not offer any assistance. I had to walk outside to pull up my PayPal account (no reception inside ever), and get instructions.

Other DGs are messy, with their overstock stacked high on huge metal cages. These cages always tend to be in the middle of the aisle where you could barely get thru, forget about a buggy. I was pleasantly surprised by this store. It was very clean. The shelves were neat. They had a half off sale on clothes and home items that were no doubt rummaged through by everyone but a hardworking employee kept hanging every thing back up in its proper place. This store is a little out of my way, there are at least 2 DGs that are closer, but it's well worth the extra minutes it takes to have a more pleasant shopping experience where I can actually move through the aisles.

The only issue I have is there are always stock carts in the way also employees including managers are not wearing masks and that bothers me. plus i really don't like it when the company radio is playing music and the cashier is singing like they are @ the local karaoke bar.

I love the Dollar General Store. I call it my store..lol.. We do most all our shopping there besides meat and fresh veggies. I just wish they had a rewards card so we could earn points for discounts.

I bought a defective phone. All they wanted to do was swap for exact same phone. Was willing to pay difference for other phone. Haven't heard back from DM (over a week ago). Terrible product, bad customer service. P.S. Not even an effective paperweight.

A favorite of the Dollar General stores. The staff here is everything you could ask for in a customer service rep. They are kind, friendly, helpfull, and knowledgeable. They have everything you could need at a moments notice.

The DG has always been a go to store even back in the day . DG are EVERYWHERE thank the Lord for that. I have been across country from N S E W and if the small towns didn't have many stores they had a DG amazing !!!

I left my wallet in my buggy outside and someone turned it in and all my money and everything was in it . The employees are always just awesome . Thank y'all for being damn good employees.

This store is normally busy because it's in the middle between Fort Oglethorpe and Rossville city area. It has a little of everything from food, automotive products, health and beauty, to cleaning supplies.

This store is always a complete mess. Not a single isle you can walk down without having to step over inventory that covers the floor and the inventory that is on the shelf is very unorganized.

Large selection low prices the staff was friendly and helpful processing a western union they have lots of food items 1$ or less everything from toothbrushes diapers to clothing and automotive items

This is the best place in all the fort Oglethorpe to shop they have great deals and they have sale prices that come in weekly all the staff is incredible and there is a cashier their named Dwayne that is incredible

They got me hooked on Brisk half and half. It's half tea and half lemonade, by Pepsi. I go to all the $Gentrals around here and SELDOM find it anymore :'(
