Fairly priced, the employees are welcoming. They also have the best selection of equipment out of all the western stores in the area. There was a ton of different brand boots, horse tack, saddles, clothing, etc. You have a good chance at finding what you want here. I do wish they had some softer heading ropes, but that's just my very specific want. I'm sure they would order me one if I asked.

I LOVE going to the Cowboy shop! It is like a typical kid going into the candy store... Well except, I am not a kid... And it isn't candy... Still, you get the meaning. Like most specialty stores, it isn't cheap, but it has great quality and lots of variety for horse loving souls! The people that work there are always very nice and have always helped me with any question that I may have. If you have a horse loving child, or if you are that horse loving child, I highly recommend!

This place is a rip off. Bought some boots the night before, wore them outside for 5 minutes realized they were too big as the night when i bought thrm the employees where rushing me to get out because it was close to closing and didn't get a proper sizing. They refused to take back a $200 plus pair of boots less then a day old with 5 minutes of wear. Save your money and go somewhere else where they care about the customers.

Love this fabulous and unique store. The staff is awesome. My family and I drive all the way from Columbus, GA just to shop. If you don't see what you want just ask. They have a great website as well. Love all of those ladies.

Good selection prices are up there . Service is lacking . They are content to sit at the counter and let you fi d your own way as opposed to somewhere like cavenders where they want to help and have the staff to help you make your choices.

This is the first store I’ve been in, in a long time, that absolutely no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help with/finding something. I was looking for women’s work boots and while it appeared they had a good selection, I would rather go elsewhere to buy if I will be ignored. Three females at the front seemed preoccupied, though not with customers; one on her cellphone and two talking to each other.

Better boot options than other western places in Carrollton I'd say. Bought a pair of Lucchese, also a great selection of exotic boots from respectable brands. Lots of traditional boots as well as work boots and ropers. Nice kids selection as well. Competitive pricing, staff was helpful in finding a price for an unmarked boot. Try this place for your next boot purchase in Carrollton.

Usually when you go into a specialty store, the workers are very pushy. The ladies did not push and only helped when I asked for help. They were very helpful and the selection was unbelievable. They also have a discount room which has a huge selection of boots. I was treated with respect and I really enjoyed the time in there. I also bought me two pairs of boots.Thanks!

Bought my last boots there, came back today. Their website showed the boots I wanted are available. When I got to the store, the boots were not available, THEIR website only. But they said they could order them. Great. However, if they order them for me, the cost is $44.00 more than if I order them myself from THEIR website. I mentioned that if they were going to charge more, I would just order them myself on THEIR website. They said ok. Made no sense to me why they wouldn't match THEIR own website price. No need to ever come back here.

Cashier was rude about how to care for the hat. I was laying the hat on the counter she said don't lay it like that it will flatten the hat. We spent over a hundred dollars and ask for a box and they said they did not have one. If it was not for my son with down syndrome I would have not brought it. But he loves cowboy hats.

Located behind the highway facing store is the tanning bed that my ol lady frequents. Never been inside but they sure look like they sell the best damn cowboys purt near hennywhere or hennyside of this rightcheer Mason Dixon yup yup how bout dat 😉

Best place to get boots hands down! Ladys up front were so helpful, helping me find the exact boot for me. Then instead of selling me a more expensive pair sold me a discount pair. Very happy! Thank you sherry for the work and the boots!!!!
