April is the absolute best!!! She has groomed Bella my maltipoo since she weighed a whopping 2lbs. She is an expert at what she does and always has Bella looking and smelling amazing. Even Bella is excited to see her. She is also very knowledgeable and has assisted me with dog related questions as a new dog mom.Thank you April we will miss you so much when we move and will be very hard to replace. You deserve a million stars if Google allowed.

I took my puppy Tucker, to be groomed at WetPetz, it is always a wonderful experience. April is phenomenal with him as he gets nervous while he’s getting groomed. She is professional and compassionate and takes her time with him. The service options are great for grooming or anything else that you would like. She provides quality products for full grooming services at a reasonable price. Tucker was very happy, and looked beautiful. Highly recommended using Wetpetz for your next appointment.

Today was our first visit. Willow was very shy at first but by the time her appointment was over she was a very happy pup. Her white was so beautiful I always have a hard time getting it clean and they did a great job. super friendly staff . Would definitely recommend them!!

We used the self service option. The basic package is $18 and includes shampoo, towels, a brush and a blow dryer. The owner was very friendly and informative. We will be going back

We had the opportunity to take our dog Sushi here! Sushi is reactive and nervous around strangers and it's been taxing trying to find someone who will be patient and make sure she has a positive grooming experience. April definitely IS that person! She is very down to earth, patient, and doesn't only value owner input but prioritizes your dog's experience to make sure they have a good time! I'm very happy to have found a regular place to take Sushi and our future Aussie, Bojji, here!

This is the first time our dog was professionally bathed and groomed. April did an amazing job. If I could give her 20 stars I would. The whole experience was amazing from the very first interaction to picking my dog up. Our dog has an under coat that sheds like crazy. She looks like a brand new dog. I know she feels better with talk that extra hair out. I would recommend April everyday all day. Fantastic job.

Bailey and I use WetPetz to do her bath. The raised bathtub makes it sooo easy to bathe her. I get to walk away with no towels to wash or bathtub to clean up. April is amazing with all our pups! She is welcoming and wonderful with answering questions related to dog grooming/care. Bailey loves that she always gets a treat before leaving ! We just had our maltipoo groomed at WetPetz for the first time today and it was a great experience! April was very professional, patient and caring with our dog. We discussed in detail what I wanted as far as the full grooming and she was very attentive to the point that she made notes on what we discussed. Our dog is very nervous with grooming and other dogs but April was very patient with him and took the time needed to cut his hair the right way at a pace he could handle. I really love that I did not have to leave him for an extended amount of time. I dropped him off and he was ready 2 hours later. His mood was great when I arrived. He was happy and acting like himself. We have already booked our next apt 🐾

My sister and I brought our dogs here for a self-service bath and we had a great experience! The facility is clean and nice and the owner was so helpful and friendly. It’s obvious that she really loves pets and she was great with our dogs. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Absolutely fantastic place to bring your family pet(s)! April took amazing care of our 6 month old puppy for his first grooming appointment. She was super helpful in explaining the process and letting me know how he handled the experience. She put me completely at ease. And he looked and smelled wonderful. Plus, she has been grooming my mom’s dogs for years and always does a great job. Highly recommend! 🙂

April at WetPetz in Rome Ga is wonderful. She is so nice, loves the pets and they love her. The place is immaculate, peaceful and my pup is never more than 2 hours for full clip and groom. Pets are not left in kennels but free to roam and play together. It’s so nice to leave your baby in a place that is not chaotic and know they don’t have to stay for hours on end. Love it!

I went to WetPetz for the first time today and I will 100% be coming here every single time. My dog was starting to develop a flea problem and I was nervous about giving him a bath and dealing with them as I had never done it before, I was helped from the moment I got there til the very last second I was there. I was able to bathe my dog, watch as she did it, and then be guided throughout the whole procedure. My dog was also very skeptical about going inside bc he was traumatized from past groomers and by the end of it he was starting to warm up. Highly HIGHLY recommend bringing your beloved pets here, you definitely won’t regret it.

We brought my two dogs to WetPetz for the first time today and I wish we had come sooner!! We used the self serve wash and had the best experience. My dogs are both a little skiddish, but the owner was so welcoming and patient around them. We bathed one dog while my other dog waited and it was so easy! We went with the de shedding shampoo and it worked better than I could have imagined. The owner showed us everything and gave us tips on bathing them. The bathing area is a large room so my dogs did not feel confined. We will definitely be back every month to bathe them in the future! I suggest adding on the blueberry facial. My dogs smelled so good and the process was so fun!

April makes my dog’s trip to the groomers a wonderful experience. He loves her, playing with other dogs, and getting his treat for being good. She is also sensitive to not push a absolutely perfect cut at the expense of my dog’s mood or well-being. I know that she will love on him the whole time.Oh, and get the blueberry mask for your dog! It will make you want to snuggle their faces for days because it smells so good!

This little doggie spa is a hidden gem. Upon arrival, our fur baby was full of anxiety. April took her in her arms, held her close, and murmured sweetly to her. Two hours later, our little girl showed off her wonderful cut while she socialized with two new friends.The WetPetzwaiting area is clean and nicely stocked with lots of goodies to browse or buy. The windows allow the sun to light up the entire space. Products and services are clearly posted on one wall and appear reasonably priced.April is very friendly and easy to work with. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable and it's obvious that she loves her line of work.Since our first appointment, we've been back for a nail trim and have a second full groom scheduled. We are so thankful that a neighbor recommended WetPetz to us!!!

This place is AMAZING! From the minute I walked in I was impressed. First of all, it smelled amazing! The owner, April, greeted both me and my dog with kindness. She was so helpful throughout the entire experience. Besides the wonderful customer service, the facility was great! They have waist high tubs so I don’t have to break my back, multiple different shampoos to choose from that smell wonderful, and a force drier that dried my goldendoodle quickly. We definitely will be coming back!!

The facility is well taken care of and clean. April, the owner, will give you hands on guidance when you are giving your dog a bath to make the experience for your dog and you the best possible. April also does an amazing job grooming our golden fur baby. Our dog loves going each time.

April is not just your ordinary groomer. She loves her job and she loves everyone’s fur baby. The first time I took Tesla she was naturally afraid. But April took her time with Tesla. Tesla is much more comfortable going to WetPetz now, knowing she’ll be loved on and also beautified because of April. I’m very pleased with this groomer and I’d recommend her highly.

I was very pleased with the grooming my dog received at Wetzpetz. They did a beautiful job and my dog did not have to spend hours in crate. The groomer makes individual appointments and goes by a schedule. It was a great experience with professionals who care about animals and their customers. Highly recommended.
