Walmart in East Rome is the ONLY Walmart I shop at. It's always clean and stocked and organized, the workers have always been nice to me, prices are decent compared to everywhere else. I can order and pick up or run in and get out fairly quickly with the amount of cashiers and self check outs they ALWAYS have.

Walmart has changed as of recent. Its almost entirely self checkout stations now and the layout of the store has changed. Walmart has always been my favorite Big Box store but here lately im not liking it as well.

Well folks, if you havent been to a Walmart you must live under a rock. This one isnt too old. Its clean. Only open during the day thanks to covid. In a safe area but if you go on Black Friday you might wanna bring your boxing gloves.

A great shopping experience. The only experience I had that was somewhat negative was the fact that there were only a few cashier's open when I was ready to check out, so I did it myself. Not a problem, really. But yes, a nice shopping experience.

Do not order from Wal-Mart. We ordered an ipad that was defective and sent it back, we got the receipt for return and even a verification email that it was received only to get told the item wasn't returned and never refunded. When I sent a return email showing that it was in fact received. I never got a return message or refund. I will never order from this location again and I warn everyone else to be careful.

We only go here when no one else in town has what we need. The reason is we don't use self checkout as we don't work there. Usually, there are several employees standing around talking and laughing with each other while customers are waiting to check out. Also tired of having our receipt and bags checked . Sam Walton wouldn't have ever allowed this . What happened to made in America?

I went there to buy a cabin air filter from my car. Knowing If i went to a part store. It would cost more Walmart didn't have it, so I ended up going to the part store anyway.

Everytime I get used to buying something, yall stop carrying it. It has gotten to where you never have what I'm looking for. Always have to get half my groceries somewhere else because yall don't have certain things anymore. Might as well shop somewhere else and I don't get paid to check myself out.

Not much to say everybody knows Walmart. They're clean sometimes not very well stocked. With the self check out not a long wait time to check out. Their products aren't the best quality but the price is fair for what you get

I absolutely love watermelon, I couldn’t resist going ahead and getting some from Walmart today instead of going to Publix. it definitely was not worth it. Go Publix!Okay, ladies and gentlemen just wanted to throw in some input about this Walmart. The deli had pretty decent general tso’s boneless chicken wings. I did not really enjoy the bone in drumstick pieces of the fried original wings. A lot of the staff have really bad attitudes, always on their phones. The workers push you out of the way when they’re getting orders together. I don’t appreciate this when this happens,it is rude and disrespectful, makes me feel unappreciated for shopping at this store.***update*** Walmart sold me raw chicken… beware when buying the rotisserie cooked chickens, because they’re not cooked very well.

The MOD, manager, team lead or whatever he is needs a lesson on human rights. I think his name is Tim, which is actually an accurate name given he looks as if he’s about to scream “TIMMMAY” at that top of his lungs and have a conniption fit about everything. I saw him putting hands on female employees and barking orders as if he weren’t just a man child with a fancy title. Still a circus inside the store. Typical Walmart with all the cliche's you can imagine. BUT..... If you can, use the pick-up service!!!! Use their grocery app to buy, choose a time to pick up, and you're done. They load your items for you and you don't have to deal with all the insanity of the inside. It used to take me over an hour, and now it's no more than 15 minutes. My rating is based solely on the grocery pick-up service. Hopefully it will be around for a long time. BTW..... My big issue is that I noticed when ordering items on their app, you have to buy some items in their largest bottles, family sized items, etc. They're basically saying "either buy the MEGA sized or you can walk inside and buy the smaller boxes. They know the vast majority of their customers will say "I'll just pay more for more than I want instead of having to go in." I know this because I do it every, single time I order groceries. 🤣😉🤣 Good points are that I very rarely wait more than five minutes for them to bring my order out so quickly. Most employees are courteous & polite, but there's always one or two that wake up on the wrong side of the cell phone. 😆🤣 Overall, it's not all that bad.

Just a short time ago, I attempted to enter the store to buy one item, which was right by the cash registers. Upon arriving at the grocery side door, an employee started yelling at me that because it was 10:50, she was refusing to let me enter the store. I explained that I was just here for one thing, which was right by the registers. Again, she rudely refused to let me enter.If the store is supposed to be open until 11:00 PM, then it seems completely ridiculous to deny a customer entry to the store at 10:45 or 10:50, especially if said person is buying only one item.Lesson learned the hard way. 11:00 closing means 10:45 or 10:50 closing. Keep that in mind, y’all.I have had several bad experiences with employees in this store, but tonight was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I will not be returning.

As I am a insulin dependent diabetic, I usually shop, let me rephrase that, I use to Try to shop very early, as I must read each ingredient. with recent events? No More Major Major Problems Across The Board With Management, And This Whole Inept Staff. First off, the employees who shop for others? They will not move no matter how many times I Say Excuse Me,And within the last 2 weeks, They will flat run into and over you with the shoulder high blue bins, in fact one almost did this morning.. I said I can't Stop You, Bit It Meets The Legal Definition Of Assault.. They Cannot See My Heart My Lungs, Or Arthritis,This Is Bad Enough... The Store Opens At 6 am, never stocked??Many Isle's I Cannot Even Get in, in-between the vendors and Wal marts shoppers,But Two Major Issues, No Employees, Or Management Will Even Come Close To Hearing..The Listed Price On The Shelf's And What's RingUp At The Check Out.. This Is Major Major FrustratingThis Morning? A Box Of Trash Bags On The Shelf.98 At The Register. $1.48, When I Call The Employee Over, She Very Clearly States To My Face..If You Go Back There And Take A Picture I'llCorrect The Price. I am rating ⭐ simply for the fact this location,after numerous instances, never gets my order right in the deli. The staff are not reviewing any training or supervision. When I explain to them how to do my very simple order they give me a blank starr. I have taken this up w the management more than once.

Store is clean and neat. It's a little annoying having to compete with the aggressive personal shoppers, who push in front of you, block the aisle with their city-block-sized rolling shopping kiosks, and don't seem to care that they are blocking the aisle.
