From Montana here to Georgia, it will continue to be my go to for all my ranch needs!This location could use a little work in the customer assistance sector--i suffer from back injuries and my mobility is limited; when I've asked for assistance loading materials (at this location) I waited about ten-15 minutes before deciding to load 20+ bales of shavings and pellets...

This place has all the things you need for your pets or projects.. they are decently priced and the staff is helpful when you need assistance or advice on a product or what all you might need for your project..... would definitely recommend this place over some of the competition. 5 out of 5 thanks again.

We were looking for Japanese beetle traps. We could not find any. One of the lady sales associates went above and beyond trying to find them. She ended up calling a hardware store...they had some. She did not have to go out of her way to help!! We didnt get her name, but she was slim with long straight black hair. Thank you very much!!!!

They have so much stuff for human animals & animal animals, lol. Because of Tractor supply I was finally able to find a cat food that has helped my daughter & son-in-laws cat that I gave to my son-in-law with his stomach issues. I had stopped at a Tractor supply store on my way home after taking their cat to the vet looking for an affordable cat food that would help his stomach issues & one of their employees really helped me out & showed me this cat food called 4Health well the one that she suggested didn't help but 4Health has a bunch of different types of food & I noticed one specific food that was grain free & for digestive health so I tried it & it has worked so good. Thank y'all so much. I love Tractor supply!

Tractor Supply both in the room and Cartersville area which I both frequent are always in supply of most everything you can imagine it a form or just general household could use it is both places with the most ideal spot to handle the amount of traffic that is coming to the store and access off the highway to both doors and simply easy to get to and out of. both of the stores that I've been to are both well kept organized friendly Personnel very well stocked and clean and everyone there seems to have a general love for the job

Everyone is so friendly at this location in Rome. They helped us find everything we needed and showed us where some discount candles were I had looked for as well as a perfect cast litter. Love this store, organized, and offers great deals.

Alicia, the assistant manager, is wonderful! She helped us find what we needed even when it took 2 extra trips to the back. She is also going to order monthly what we need, so we will no longer have to go to multiple stores to get our special horse feed.It was by far my best Trip to TSC and now instead of dreading going, I think I will look forward to it!Thanks again, Alicia!!

Went to get shots and worming meds for our new addition. They always have what I need and friendly people willing to help. Staff able to answer any question I may have. Store is always well stocked and clean. Love this store.

Go every year on Sunday to take my cat to PetVet for his Rabies vaccine and occasionally I'll bathe him there if they're not too busy.Also love looking at their clothing and shoes for women and children.

Dog wash is disappointing! No shampoo or no towels. If you provide a service then do a better job! Would not recommend. It’s a great idea but your service is terrible!

Terrible experience with a supposed manager named Lori. Don't know how she got to manager. A simple egift card was sent to us on email, we printed and took up there to be used as a coupon. Bought a more expensive replacement. All she had to do was enter the coupon code, then let me pay the rest. Instead she huffed and puffed around, made a phone call to check to make sure it was legit. Told me I was rude, then made me wait for her to ring up like 10 customers, who were not in line when i got there. After all of that, she couldnt figure out how to use coupon and I had to read her cash register screen and tell her the proper procedure. Very unsatisfied with this customer service, which is everything. I have always prided myself on customer service.

They would not fill propane tanks because it was wet out. That's what they told me and they even asked the manager. The guy behind me asked and they said they didn't have anyone to do the job. I believe the employees that were working today are just worthless and lazy. Replace them with people who want to work and the sales for this location would definitely go up.

Couldn't find help with my online order at the Rome location. I walked around for 15 minutes before going to the cashier, and had to go outside to get my fertilizer..... good thing I'm honest. Tractor Supply in Summerville always has my order on a buggy and ready, and no problem finding help

I called with a question about my sheep, and was on hold 20 minutes. I decided to take a trip to the store. Asked an associate about what they carried for scours one lady gave me electrolytes. They carry nothing to stop the diareah which was caused by giving them sweet feed.

Customer service is awful. Has been for a while. I called manager, gave them another chance as she asked me to. I finally found someone else who has the products that I need and I will never go back. I complained to the manager at another store and was told that the area manager would call me. I'm still waiting three months later.

My Mother & I had an Awful experience in this store .. it was our first time even going into the store & the manager was very Racist & hostile with us I've never seen a manger Yell at a customer like this woman did to us . the environment as a whole was eary feeling and unpleasant she spoke to us with hatred In her voice . Yeah I don't recommend going to this store . horrible Experience I didn't know we were still in the 1930's . They need to do better with their customer service & who they hire .

Too many good things to say about this place for the size of the storm they have a better selection of clothes than most major department stores as far as Hardware they carry more selections of nuts and bolts can any Home Depot or Lowe's at a fraction of the price not to mention it's a nice place to go as hot as this summer has been because they have to keep the stores at like 65 degrees so nice to get out of the Heat very helpful staff they have nice sell items and typically they have one or two different clearance racks of either open-box items or discounted items a greatly reduced prices personally if I'm doing any kind of car diesel truck motorcycle go-kart or anything else I can always find what I need at Tractor Supply cheaper than I can anywhere else definitely recommend going to Tractor Supply you haven't been there before the only thing I have not figured out is there Member Program I know they always ask at checkout and give them my phone number but I don't know what it does for you I know places like O'Reilly's actually email me 5 , 10 and sometimes $20 gift certificates all I have to do is open up my email on my phone and they scan the barcode I have been in before and picked up parts that are 18 and $19 and they will still take my $20 gift certificate basically where I get the parts free and get a little money back. Not sure about Tractor Supplies membership program and don't know what the benefit is
