I love this place!...the owner is cool and there was a very attractive women that worked there that just made it a more enjoyable experience . My MOM loves the headache erasers and I love herb....speaking witch when it's legalized here in good ole Rome I'll be the first one in the door.

The people here treat you as if you were family. It's an understatement to say that their products can change your life. To anyone who is having pain or health issues I would recommend you come here over any other storefront offering a similar product. If there is a fix to an issue you have that isn't already, or can't be solved by a doctor, I can guarantee you they have something for it. They'll personally walk you through what every product does to make for sure you're getting what you need.With Kratom products it's impossible to verify whether you're getting the real thing at any other place such as the gas station but here they do their own testing and actually showed me the results. I have tried many many different stores and even ordering online over the years but I'm telling you there is no other one like this. They've helped me out so much that even after moving to TN I regularly make the drive down to Rome. The best thing I can say is, no matter what your issue, if you haven't tried this place you need to!

Great service. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Went there because my girlfriend has hip and knee pain. They recommended something that works GREAT and gives quick relief within 15-20 minutes. I would recommend this place, if in the area, for alternative healing.

I love coming in here. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If you aren't sure what you are needing or looking for, just ask and they will help navigate you through everything there. The handmade soaps sold in there are amazing. They smell fantastic, make your skin feel great and actually clean, and are a fraction of the cost compared to any other store selling them around.

BEST natural/holistic shop in town! Great selection and awesome people! In addition to the largest selection of quality vitamins/minerals (plus stuff you wouldn't think of) in Rome, they also offer acupressure & detox footbaths. Thankful for finding them. My purse is glad to, as I don't pay the higher prices any longer. Love the atmosphere as well. Great to see the buzz in the Cotton Block, which hasn't been there in my lifetime til now. And paws are welcome to!

What a wonderful little shop. Linda is very knowledgeable with all her products. She talked with me for a long time telling me about the different herbs that would help with my migraines. She told me about the affects with the different kinds of organic kratom. I felt very comfortable with her advice on which ones I should be taking.I am traveling from west palm beach and will be ordering from The Herb Shop on Broad. First of all I just moved here and I always seek out my local herb shop. I have lived all over as a military family and this one is by far the best I have ever been in. This is just an example: This past week my whole family came down with an illness similar to the flu. I had so much going on I didn't want to catch this crud so I went up to the store and asked Larry what I can do as a preventative. He immediately handed me locally made elderberry juice and an elixir type product with oregano silver and wintergreen. It has been two week and some members of my family are still dealing with the remnants of their illness and I haven't even missed a beat. Great store and great customer service!

I love this place. The staff is friendly and well-educated in Health Products. They carry the highest of quality herbs and vitamins. They also sell many different types of organic kratom in a health store environment rather than the local smoke shop.
