The staff is top-notch. Friendly and quick. Kind to animals as well. I got a pup cup for my senior dog with an oral tumor, and they gave him a different-size cup upon request. He loved every last bit that he wouldn't have managed to enjoy with a standard-sized pup cup without assistance. My lavender iced matcha latte with oat milk is always delicious.

This location is horrible. I have visited many times since I am local and have tried my hardest to like this location. The wait times are unreal every time I visit. I have to plan out at least 20 minutes in the drive thru every time I go. When I get to the window, my drink is cold if I ordered a hot drink. And when I order an iced coffee, my drink is watered down and tastes disgusting. They are often times sold out of common drinks as well. The only good thing about this location is that the employees are very kind.

Came inside to order bc drive through was long. Was politely and kindly greeted by Johnathan! He was super friendly, asked about my day, and showed interest in how I was. That was very heartfelt and the kind of experience you don’t typically have anymore. I appreciate him and his kindness because everyone is going through something. He made my day a little better. Thanks!

Perfect! Phoenix is a fantastic employee! She always has a smile, outgoing, courteous, responsive, and always makes sure the customer is 100% completely satisfied! Drink was made perfectly as always! Love this location. Even the manager was helping to clean!! Love when the team works together!

Great, friendly staff. Nitro cold brews are amazing. Horrible parking lot, especially when the line circles the building. If you can find a spot, depending on the length of the line, you may be blocked in.Parking: There is plenty of parking, but depending on the drive-thru line and how backed up it is, it could be difficult to park. In addition, due to the drive thru line, you could be blocked in.

The service is always great but whoever was in charge of the setup for the parking lot needs to be fired lol. The drive thru line is constantly blocking the mobile order parking spaces so you will be stuck there for like 10 minutes. If you park anywhere else you have to walk all the way around the building because they decided to block off the outside seating area from entering…which makes you walk across the drive thru and the parking lot which is totally safe and definitely not next to a busy road where cars come in. Besides that though…the staff and service are great!

This place is always fantastic. I don’t think I’ve ever received an incorrect order in the 9 years I’ve been coming here. The partners are always so, so kind and are always quick to be of any assistance you may need. There’s only 2 flaws to this business, and it has nothing to do with the Starbucks team itself. The parking lot and drive-thru line are awful. The line is often wrapped around the building. That in itself isn’t a problem, as the coffee and environment are fantastic and I’ve found myself in this line many times. The amount of space for cars to move is so minimal. People who have already been served and are wanting to leave are sometimes forced to wait in line again just to pull out of the parking lot. The drive-thru line, on the other hand, is barricaded by the building itself and a curb. If someone was in line and needed to leave, there’s no possible way that they could without potentially damaging their own vehicle, as well as someone else’s. I wish the lot could be expanded and provide proper amenities and space to customers, but I’m aware that that’s not an easy fix. Otherwise, this place is great!

I have had excellent service and consistent good experience from this location. Johnathan is a great manager and his staff are very friendly. I love Starbucks coffee but please do something about the cheap cups and lids. The cup collapses and the lid pops off easily with the hot coffee getting all over me and my vehicle.

Go to a different starbucks. After waiting in the drive thru for 17 minutes, they made our drinks incorrectly. We went inside and very nicely explained the situation and they offered to remake our drinks or refund us, however, if they were remaking our drink, they were making us wait 22 minutes for them. Sorry, if you mess up our order, we should not have to go to the back of the line, we already waited our turn. It was your error. Not ours.

This is a great Starbucks to get your coffee from! In general, Starbucks is a great company, but in particular, I really like this location. The line can get long sometimes, but the employees help to make the line move quickly. The employees are always kind to me and have always gotten my order correct. I appreciate having someone smile and joke with me when I get coffee in the morning instead of rushing me away.

Like many coffee lovers, I have been to many Starbucks over the years. NEVER have I been to one as bad as this one. I went twice during my visit to Rome, GA; both times it was a complete disappointment. The first time, I paid over $3 for a black iced tea, which was mostly water! What?! If I wasn’t rushing (through the drive through) to get to a meeting, I would have gone in and demanded the tea I paid for; not a glass of water! The second time, the espresso in my latte had a terrible, bitter taste. The machine probably needs a good cleaning. I tried to drink it, but, after a few sips, I got a terrible stomachache and had to dump the entire beverage down the drain. Not even the cheap hotel coffee does that! A complete waste of time and money. There are two other Starbucks in the area. Maybe they’re better, but I think I’ll wait until I get home to get the good coffee I’m accustomed to!

Truly, TRULY great drive thru personalities here.♥️ I LOVE these brilliant young minds and the woderfully charismatic interaction. Such smart, bright, free young Stars w- FREE Minds!Now, as far as the coffee, it's not bad for chain store coffee; as I've worked in chain stores, restaurants, corporate-owned service businesses, etc; but it's just average Starbucks coffee honestly y'all. That's an EXPENSIVE cup o' Joe for what it mostly tastes like there... So, again, if given the time or opportunity; at ALL frasible costs I would go have great coffee, beverages, & kind smiles @OhanaPacificCafe; which is seriously the best in town y'all... With great ppl... & Great smiles/greeting, etc.Though I sincerely do Love the young, incredible personalities in the drive thru at Starbux; & I could NEVER knock their great ppl, briliantly open minds, frre spirits, & great service; but I can & will knock the corporate aspect of it :As in this corporately ran mega coffee pusher is ripping y'all off in that drive thru ... Bc there's actually WAY better coffee out here in this town, and it AIN'T in some random Dunkin' or Starbucks, & that Scooters is "Aite," but it's not very much coffee. It's Iced Creams yo! Sugar w- flavoring. That it.
