I have waited for over 30 minutes for 6 sheets to be laminated. The worker doesn't understand that you can't keep taking care of everyone that walks up before finishing the current job she is working on. Terrible customer service and time management.

Chris and Brenden, managers, are very knowledgeable about Products and my computer needs. I have been to staples several times recently. Renewed my McAfee virus pgm. And bought a new printer as mine was still warrented and Assurian said send it back. I was glad to get points. A sign should be on the front door to remind you to open your Staples app and check for coupons and sales on entry.

5 people waiting for 1 person working in print pickup. Only needed to drop off package and waited well over 15min with no acknowledgment even!!! When asked how long would she guess it would be so I know if I should wait “said no clue helping a customer” and no one else on this building can help in this area. Poor management Rome Ga staples

Desiree helped me with my lamination project and some signs. She greeted me with a big smile and explained everything to me. I chose what I wanted and she had it ready in 10 minutes and walked out from behind the counter and brought it to me. I don't experience customer service like this anywhere anymore. She is a shining light and they are very lucky to have her!

I was in need of guidance on how to do or create/develop a brochure for my Family Reunion Program.This gentleman was patient, understanding,, polite and professional.He helped me to the end and he also explained that I had discounts on both items I needed. Ordered a redesign of business cards for our travel business as the first ones my husband created/designed and had printed through amazon had the text too small to where it was hard to read. Associates at Rome Staples took our redesign and made sure that it would (A) fit in the business card print area and (B) was large enough to be legible without a microscope. :D. Will shop here again for print related needs (large volumes such as business cards, flyers, etc.)Also purchased a new laser printer for the home office here. Hubby hasn't finished setting it up yet but we like the features and design of it. We had two printers before ( a color ink jet with scan/copy and a black and white laser). This new canon MF656Cdw replaces both of those. Not sure what we will do with the others as they are still great printers. The inkjet is wearing out, motors that is, and is noticeable during many page prints as the print head starts slowing down in its side-side shuffle.

I love this store! I've always received great customer service, whether I do curbside pickup or actually venture inside. My husband prefers I use the curbside pickup because I always find way more inside than I was supposed to buy.

I went into the store to buy a computer, but they didn't have it in stock. They were going to order for me, but they couldn't figure out how to run my card as credit. I ordered it online and it was supposed to arrive on the 21st. Turns out they cancelled my order without alerting me because the store kept my order in the system. When I called customer service they promised it would arrive on the 21st. Didn't happen. They are not people of their word and they could care less. I will never shop at Staples again. You guys lost a customer, but I'm sure you don't care.

I've been here many times but my today was the Worst Staples Experience EVER. The young boy that worked in the print shop this evening was beyond rude and abrasive. The coworker with me just stood there truly amazed at how rude he was. He had the worst manners and should not be working with the public. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I will NEVER shop there or use their printing services again. Stay far away!!!!

Waited in line for over five minutes for help to make copies. I was the only person in line. There were five employees standing behind the counter talking to each other. They did not offer to help so I attempted to help myself. Then I had to get a refund on some of the copies because I didn't know how to use the machine.

I shop here for work and have printed things at their copy center. They move a little slow, but all the staff are very kind. The cashier always greets me when I walk in the doors. I've always found the supplies I'm looking for, some times on sale.

The copy and print center guy was not very helpful. There is no one in the store and it appears he was not working on any projects. I ask if the job I had put in online could be printed today rather than tomorrow and he said there was no guarantee. He is just sitting there. He hits a button and the project is done. This is poor customer service. Or just a jerk they hired.

Staples Copy Center is staffed by highly professional and courteous individuals. I have trusted the most precious of personal material and photographs to them. I have trusted them with professional materials for over a decade. Without a single hitch, they have always delivered 100% in customer service, products, and assistance. Even when I'm at my Cartersville office, I'll drive to Rome because I trust this Copy Center entirely. This applies to ALL the work I have entrusted to them since they opened (and I am very picky!) I'm about to have materials prepared for hand delivery to Pres. George W. Bush and I KNOW they will turn out fabulously.
