I have to be honest- I find great, really great prices on so many have - to-have items. Great tee's, jeans, sweats, & lots you didn't think of ! Rarely do I not need something from the grocery without stopping by Ross'.

I like shopping around in here. You can always find some good deals. This store was very clean & well organized. The staff was friendly also.

I shop at Ross because sometimes you can catch a great deal on Skechers, Puma, etc. Occasionally you can find good discounts on clothing, but much of the clothes offered are not great quality.

They have really cute stuff and good prices but THE BATHROOMS ARE NASTY. The floors were wet and dirty and the toilets had poop splatters and no toilet seat covers. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting down to use the restroom. Are they suppose to have someone maintaining the bathroom??

They keep the temperature way too hot inside the store year round! I was planning to buy a lot today, but after putting 3 things in my cart, I was swearing so bad, we left. The cant even control the thermostat, they said corporate controls it. Shoppers do not want a hot atmosphere! You're literally running customers out of the store because it's so hot in there.

Love to shop here, always find more than what I need lol. I have to say the associate that went out of her way to help us and made sure we was happy with our buy. Besides that she was so POLITE!!! She knew her job. Ross should put her in charge of training or retraining any employee they hire or have. She has prefected customer service skills. PLEASE RECOGNIZE YOUR EMPLOYEE BRANDII

Its a decent retail store for general shopping. Better pricing for almost anything you are looking for. Down side is sometimes it's really disorganized and they will put security tags thru the actual garmet instead of thru a tag or seam causing holes in brand new clothes.

The last few times we have went, the store remains very messy, with very few options to choose from. Staff seem very over worked and not happy. The store is not clean, no one is actively trying to clean. Staff definitely needs new leadership.

Went to take back a mattress pad that i had originally thought to be thicker due to price. Realized as opening that it wasn't. Still in perfect condition as well as packaging. I was told i could return this item as i first approached the counter. Went to look around, couldn't find one to my liking. Went back to the counter for my refund & was told by Assoc 203711 that she would not return my item due to me telling an employee when i fist came in, that the mattress pad didn't fit my bed. Never did i once say this considering i never put it on my bed. Poor customer service & what are the watch dogs doing in there? I feel like I'm back shopping in Paula's on Broad. And we all know how miserable that experience is. I guess Ross needed that $32.99 quite a bit more than i did. 😂😂😂

The men's sections are getting smaller and smaller in these styles of stores. We need more options and more than just small and medium sizes, those are children's sizes in my opinion. Xxl and up are more geared to the average population and they don't have much to offer.

The employees never smile. The only ones who seem nice & happy are security at the front. The cashiers always look unhappy, exhausted & flat out like they do not wish to be there. Two in particular are rude each time. I experienced this once again today. I have found myself enjoying TJ Maxx more & more as far as customer service goes. Very friendly staff over that way. Prices are a bit more but well worth it just for the atmosphere alone.

Beautiful new store with well stocked shelves. Absolutely love Ross. Always find something I need or want. I discovered recently that they have the most amazing shirts in the Mens department. So much so, that I need to start shopping there for myself! I found an amazing Tshirt, official NASA merchandise for under 8bucks! It will be a most appreciated bday gift for my brother who shares my love for all things Astronomy! The aisles were a little cluttered this visit, because they just were trying to stock so much product for the Christmas gift sections. But at least they had ample merchandise in stock right now when so many other stores do not! All the staff were very friendly!Thanks!!

Truly I will never enter this store again. Customer service was rude about a return I had a receipt for and tags was still attached and insisted on having the money returned onto store credit gift card. their security and loss prevention followed me around the store as if I was going to steal something in which I had been spending several hundred dollars before school started back this year. Me and my son was treated like we were going to steal something in which was very humiliating and unprofessional!!!

I like shopping here, but the lady in the dressing room is RUDE. I also noticed her being rude to another woman. This lady is always rude. Don’t ask her if you can use the restroom because she will give you a nasty look, push the button and not say a word. I came out and said “thank you.” and she didn’t say a word.

Love me some Ross! Drawing a single line through the brand name of the clothing label really hides the designer 🤣. What's even better than dressing for less at Ross? The clearance rack at Ross! I love stocking up on designer jeans for less than $10/pair and shirts less than $8 each. Need underwear? You can even get designer underwear for around $3 each or buy it by the pack for around $20 or less. Found an item you absolutely loved at Ross but it had a small blemish that was completely out of sight? Take it to the check-out and ask, "do you have another one of these in this size in the back, this is all that was on the rack and it has this spot, hole, blemish, etc". The cashier reply will be no, everything we have is on the rack, but if you want the item, I can take 10% off, but it is non-returnable/non-refundable. I saved an extra 10% on a pair of Calvin Klein dress pants (saved $1.49) that were already priced down to $14.99.
