This is a very clean Publix and the staff are always helpful. They generally seem to enjoy their jobs be knowledgeable and have smiles on their face. My only complaint is you don't see the cart returns because they are just dedicated spots made into the concrete without the typical poles . Don't get me wrong they are there but were they are diligent on doing their jobs it looks like some one left one in a parking spot when you quickly glance lol Great place great location and wonderful people 👍

Worse service ever ..I'll never get a wrap or sub again if the young man that has such a fowl mouth is there the service was ugh the older gentleman ended up making my wrap which I might say was good.i spoke to a supervisor about the young man mouth hopefully she handled the situation. I DO HAVE A SUGGESTION I KNOW IT WAS AROUND 5 WHEN WE GOT THERE BUT WE ALL DESERVE FRESH Veggies Not nothing that has been sitting up there all day I only gave them 2 stars because of the older man that made my sub other then that they would had got 1 star they should hire more people like him because these young people don't take there job serious.

Excellent experience, great prices, great selection and availability of products. The service counter for subs was engaging, pleasant, and on point; exuberant, friendly customer service! Our cashier was the same! We arrived at 9am, shopped around until the sub area opened at 10am, and our chicken tenders were ready and waiting for us to select our bread and toppings. I stopped at the fish monger looking for haddock, and not only did the staff at the counter promise to order some for me, but even took down my name and number to let me know of its arrival. Again, the service is on point. Displays were clean, fresh, and full of variety. I will definitely recommend this Publix! I have shopped at many down in Florida, but Publix Rome, GA takes top honors!

Love to shop at Publix and workers very helpful in finding what you need. Always have workers to take out your groceries! Love the deli and meat cutting dept for quality boar's head meats.

Fairly new construction location. Store is always clean and the staf are always very friendly. The prices are probably a little higher than other grocery chains, but we prefer meat from Publix over any other option as the quality is always top tier.

Me and my wife love getting our chicken tender sub once or twice a week and we always have really good experiences with Publix and their outstanding deli department. Except tonight. The person making our subs is named Grey and it says she has been an employee since 2022… although I have no clue how given her very apparent attitude. She even got smart with another male coworker telling him she didn’t care about something he asked. We asked her to toast our sandwich she didn’t and then we asked about the special siricha sauce we always get but she didn’t seem to want to look for that. Before we knew it she was putting honey mustard on our sandwich but noticed by our faces we didn’t want it… she asked if she wanted us to remake but at that point we was ready to leave. idk normally we love Publix but from now on if she is behind the sandwich counter we will keep walking.

As soon as you walk in the smell of the bakery welcomes you. They always have what I am looking for and I always end up leaving with something new. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. But as for the deli you are better off going somewhere else. Was told that fried chicken wouldn't be available for another 30 or 45 minutes, after myself and numerous others had been waiting for 30 minutes already. It is a shame that Publix Deli is not being ran at the same standards as the rest of the store.

Had wait and wait before anyone ask what we wanted at the deli. The 8 piece chicken was already boxed but only lukewarm. The cashier was nice and friendly.

It was crowded but the sales clerk was fast but still polite.The store is always clean. The shelves are always stocked. If the item is out of stock the staff places out of labels.If you enjoy unpredictable courtesy of staff, crowded stores, and self checkouts that flag you as skipping scans making the progress longer, there are 2 marts in Rome. One on the Westside and one on the Eastside.😎

I went thru the drive thru pharmacy and as always there's a line. I always call before I go or else my Rx's are not all ready even though I reorder online about 5 days before so they will have plenty of time. The staff is ALWAYS nice. I think you need to add a few in the pharmacy.

Sometimes, the produce isn't as fresh as it could or should be (e.g. I get home, and asparagus tips are mushy), but it's pretty rare. I've also seen some items out of stock from time to time. Although they have a decent wine selection, the wine prices aren't as good as total wine in Kennesaw, so I usually stock up in bulk when I'm on that side of town. Staff are helpful and professional.

Honestly disappointed. Was telling someone that Publix was my preferred place for subs and wraps but the staff has gotten worse and worse. Very rude. One lady even put vinegar on a sandwich on accident but didn't remake it. Just "oops" and kept going. This time I ordered the new Thanksgiving sandwich as a wrap. It was $6.59 for a wrap smaller than my hand. Since I ordered it I didn't get to see how wrong it really was. I only got meat and cranberry sauce. Nothing else. No cheese no bacon for $6.59.Won't be recommending them anymore.

We appreciate Publix super market. There are lots of great variety’s of food,pleasant staff members, very clean but I would say they should add a little more feeling to their pastries! We absolutely love the sushi bowls and sushi section The fruit department is amazing. ***Publix has catering!****

Had the best cashier last night! A sweet guy named Carson Black! His positive attitude and friendliness was infectious! Ordered online pickup. They shopped my items, processed the payment for the whole thing then gave lots of items from my order away. When I came to scheduled pick up they informed me they had to reshop my items but that they had what I needed in store. Then they threw random stuff in there that wasn’t close to what I ordered and charged me for expensive stuff I picked out that they gave away. Then when I asked for resolution they told me to go online. I waited 25 minutes for a pickup I scheduled over four hours in advance and was charged for items I never received bc they ran out and just sold my items knowing they charged me for it. Terrible place and experience.

They've been better in the past but many of their employees still offer great service and have a smile on their face while doing it. If you're wanting deli foods, pick your time carefully and you'll get the best selections. 👌

Great deli. Employees are very helpful and professional. They will accommodate your needs. I called to make sure they had a yogurt in stock. I asked them to save like 30 of them in particular flavors and they were happy to. So great!

The deli is wonderful. It is located next to the fresh fruit and veggies. You literally have to walk past the bakery to get there...lol. I have found their wing deal to beat anyone in town. Not only are they delicious but probably the best wing deal in town. A box of 20 is around $18...not bad when you consider the 1/4 a breast hanging on a few. Lately I have backed off really really hot things and I usually buy one box of plain and necked and the other is hot...but not too hot. Before you get excited!.. I keep a bottle of Wishbone Chipotle Ranch in the fridge. It adds just a little heat to the plain wings. Note to oneself. Get your wings early on Saturday and Sunday...take my word. Go Dawgs! Woof Woof!

Stopped hoping they had sushi after a tennis clinic for Doubles a little after 8 on a Wed. So many employees there had to be some training or inventory. Several of them spoke first which always impresses me. Got my sushi and a drink and as i was leaving saw my favorite part. A young man that worked there was helping an older lady get her groceries into the back seat of her car as she went straight to the front seat. He seemed most genuine as he spoke with her and wished her a good evening. It may have been part of his job but certain seemed like he enjoyed helping her. Kudos!
