Couldn't ask for more helpful staff. We arrived before opening time and were welcomed in by eager staff ready to help. The Clerk assisted us in finding exactly what we needed for our rescued cotton tail bunny in order to rehabilitate and release her back to the wild. He (the clerk-sorry I don't remember his name) gave us matched pricing which really helped with the overall cost. We named her CC short for Cozy Coda

Went today to get our dog groomed. We presented an official certification for rabies. The groomer stated she did not know if she could take it since it was handwritten. She even made the comment that anyone could fill that out. She checked and came back and refused to complete the service. It would not have been so bad if they had not accepted the same certificate previously and groomed our dog. The sign on the wall on the office stated rabies certifications must be in writing and a tag is not verification. They are inconsistent with their procedures.

These folks really care about their clients and the animals. If they don’t have a product they immediately send you to the nearest competitor where you can find it. Job well done. Thanks for the help.

Each time I go in, the employees are super friendly! I was also looking for food for my cat that has allergies, and my dog, who has stomach issues. They helped me find the perfect fit for both pets! Will still go here if they open any other pet stores nearby! Highly recommended!

My dog Goldee has been going her for a few months. The first few visits were horrible and my puppy was coming home with his leg bent up every time. My husband wanted to keep trying them and I agreed because they people were really pleasant and did good work. Yesterday Goldee was treated and came back with no issue. The lady who serviced him was freaking awesome!! She found out how his leg kept getting hurt and she made adjustments!!! We are satisfied with his care.

Called before I arrived. The woman I spoke to said they have the inflatable collar I needed. They assured me they had it in every size. When I arrived moment's later they only had small medium and XXL. When I asked for help they were kind and accommodating. Wish they had the size I needed. But they have a nice store with a good selection.

Been going to this petsense for years. Went in today to get nails trimmed. They know my dogs. Suddenly they want vaccinations proof. My vet was closed to confirm records. So, they refused me as a repeat customer. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

This is a great store with great customer service. They price match to almost everywhere, never have sick animals, and the staff is always friendly. They will special order fish for you if you ask and are able to, very helpful and aware of a customers needs. 10/10.

I’m not sure if I’ve been the only one having issues but I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful but the groomer that takes care of my dog has never done a good job. One time she had something come up and rescheduled me for a free grooming, I asked for the usual bath and trim, she ended up trimming my dog horribly and excluded the bath, I didn’t complain because it was free. Recently I took my dog again and before his appointment I went in personally and told them that he needed a bath and a cut badly and told them the areas that needed the most attention and also asked for a deshedding treatment because my dog was shedding badly. When I returned home from work I realized they had done a hack job on cutting my dogs top coat, wasn’t bathed, and definitely did not do the deshedding treatment as requested. Another thing I have noticed is that my dog is absolutely terrified of walking into the back of the store. If you have a long haired dog, do yourself a favor and do not go to petsense.

Looking forward to the continued success of this local pet store. The staff is very friendly and were quick to assist us in selecting the right products. Not to mention they were knowledgable about what they were talking and even offered to check us out immediately. Definitely recommend this location.

We shop here for all our pet's needs!! From food to treats to toys to accessories! They have it all and a friendly staff to boot! Also, they have grooming and kitties for adoption. Plus, a mobile vet clinic comes around every so often and adoption events too! 😄🐕🐈🐩 One of the guys (I forget his name) was very knowledgeable about dog foods and super helpful during our recent visit (3/3/22).

First of all the workers here are so unfriendly that's its a turn off to even come into this place but my main issue are the groomers. When I got my dog back from his grooming there were stray hairs all over him but I still paid for the grooming anyways. I brought him home and brushed out handfuls of undercoat and then noticed he hadn't been washed well either as there were a lot of dried shampoo flakes coming out of his fur. Just a warning to others they do a terrible job washing big dogs, I don't know about smaller ones with less fur but its probably best to chose somewhere else.

Good pet store but the college kids that work there are just there for the pay check. They pretty much stay in the office up front and chat with each other. They have good marked down dog food but when they put stuff on last chance, it isn't on clearance.

My husband and I just adopted a Jack Russell and we took him to Petsense to get a collar and lease. They had many beautiful non traditional items to choose from. Every isle was the same for the toys, beds, and food. It's the closest to my house and I actually like it better than the other stores in town. It's my first visit to a PetSense but not my last. The employees are friendly and super helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.
