Went they had something marked wrong price i let her know. Lady goes removes the price tag says its wrong says they cant honor it so told her id like my money back she says they will only give me price not including tax she said they cant do that because i bought something else told her ring it up see how much it is and give me my money back. She then again said no we will only give you what you paid not including your taxes. Told her that dont make sense due to i paid taxes then give me my money! The whole principle was not even the change but the fact they dont want to refund you correctly! When i asked for manager she said she wasnt there then i told her call her! She said we cant call them to bother them! Thats ridiculous!

Ok hear me out. If you want some authentic Mexican food with fresh ingredients then this is the hole in the wall you have been looking for. The restaurant is inside the supermarket. I will preface this, if you are American then you are automatically going to feel out of place, but if you can test out your Spanish and order some food you have never tried before..go for it! We had the pupusas and some authentic tacos that melt in your mouth. They have ingredients that you will not find at most "americanized" Mexican restaurants including lingua, cabeza, tripa, etc. I would definitely sneak in here again!

This place. First of all - friendly help. Even if Spanish is not my first language they were eager to assist us. And the food - everything you could think of. Love their carne asada and fresh chorizo. It's also fun to just wander the aisles and gather items to add to your everyday grocery list. I know you've always wondered about it - just go in. Try the meat - grill it or throw it in a pan with some onions. Delicious.

I’m rating 4 stars for the market, but the restaurant is horrible -1 for that. The food was positive tasteless. I had the regular burrito, beef. I asked for no lettuce or avocado, I received a burrito with lettuce. It is listed on the menu with cheese dip as an ingredient. There was no cheese dip. I just don’t understand how a burrito with rice, beans, beef, tomatoes, can have almost no taste, but it did, or rather didn’t (have taste). There was zero seasoning. We also ordered the Texas fajitas. Again, almost no taste, and drowning in liquid. We ordered a cheese dip appetizer that, again, had no taste, and, to be frank, skim milk is thicker. The chips, which we had to ask for because there were none, took an extra 8 minutes, were the thickness of a cheap pita chip, and were chewy, not crispy. This was ABSOLUTELY the WORST “Mexican” (alleged) “restaurant” I have ever been to. Taco Bell, by comparison, would be 5 stars, that’s just how bad this place is.Visit the market, it’s very good. Avoid the restaurant like the plague.

Both my experiences of ordering cake at Morelos are bad. First, I ordered a cake for my wedding with specific design I wanted; three layers of cake, no fruits at all... I even sent a picture of what I want and they messed it up. They made a flat cake with fruits. It was very embarassing. I gave them a second chance by ordering a cake for my birthday with half vanilla and half chocolate with no fruits. The lady who took my order actually took notes of what I wanted. When it was time to pick up my cake for my birthday, I went in and was told the baker made the cake but could not do half vanilla and chocolate and only did vanilla because the cake was too small to do half chocolate. A $40 cake is too small? Why the heck can't anyone call me and let me know about this? I almost lost my mind but it was my birthday and I didn't want to argue with anyone. I paid for the cake and once home, I realized there was chocolate in the cake and there were fruits in there. What the heck!!! This is very unprofessional and embarasssing and I will never order anything from there again. NEVER!Don't get me wrong, the cake tasted really good but why can't anyone get the order RIGHT? I paid to get what I want, NOT what you want!

I could have give it 5 stars because it's variety of products is large. You can find mostly everything of hispanic food, they make great cakes. But they have the worst costumer service. Their employees treat customers like if they where less than them. I believe they can't comprehend that they are just simply cashiers. They should learn to treat people with respect and more when they are elders. I had to go in in three different occasions because they had been rude to my mother. Just by asking for help with something. After that, my Mother isn't going there any longer. I prefer to go to Calhoun for a better service. Remember customers are the ones that give the money, without customers, there is no job.

Terrible customer service in the meat department. Be aware of prices increasing on the spot. When I asked when was the last increase on a type of cut of meat (it always seems to be going up), they said the price had changed the day before but it would go down the next day. Price change for one day? The cashiers are nice and polite, and some produce is cheap. But unfortunately the bad outweighs the good in this case.

Great Hispanic grocery store, butcher shop with Latino cuts, fresh produce but not happy with some of their herbs that need to be watered, instead they are using ice which it gives these herbs a frozen burn!!!Other than that, it's a nice well kept store, friendly staff and clean place!

Do not order cakes from here. They have horrible service, the manager was rude, the owner was even worse!!!! She hung up on me and would not answer me when I called again!! All because they forgot to make a cake when I gave them a 2 week notice.
