Greg greeted me out the door and helped me find several items I needed. Once I checked out he reappeared and helped me out to my car and took the cart back inside for me. He was very friendly and personable. I'm so grateful for people like him who still value customer service and value people. I will definitely be back!

Awesome place and the personal service is unbeatable. When you walk in you are immediately treated and asked if you need help. Just say yes and tell them what you need. Even if you don’t know the name of it they will figure it out and take you right to it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Prices are good too. This is the place to buy your tomato plants, peppers, etc…. Best prices in town by far!

The associates were very helpful and attentive to getting me what I needed in the lawn and garden area. The gentleman didn’t just tell me where the item was but physically took me to the shelf where it was stock. I will definitely be going back to this store. Excellent customer service here.

I’ve been here three times now, and each time has been a great experience. They’ve always had what I wanted. My favorite part has been the customer service. The employees that I’ve interacted with seem to have mastered the art of being helpful without being pushy. I will continue to shop here and update this review if my experience changes, but overall I think this is a much easier and more pleasurable shopping experience than the big name hardware stores like Lowe’s and Home Depot.*Update - 10/14/2020*I’ve had multiple great experiences since I wrote my last review. Today I asked my wife if she would stop by there after her dentist appointment to pick up a bail of hay for me. They thought to put down paper in her back seat to keep hay from getting everywhere. Me and my wife said that we’ve had Chic-Fil-A quality level of service every time we’ve been.

The store and it's staff are always so friendly and helpful. They get to know you as you come in providing the "part of the family" aspect so many other stores do not have. Remaining open during the pandemic and going above and beyond to try and help people. Thanks to Mike and his staff for doing an awesome job.

I'm not sure what ever happened to customer service. Went to this locally owned True Value to see about getting a pair of vice grips warranted. The staff called Irwin " vice grips" while I was there and was told that they were warranted and that Irwin could send a replacement set to the True Value or direct to my house. But he wouldn't just give me the set they had in stock. Drove right down the road to Lowes and grabbed a new set of shelf and customer service did the swap for me in under 2 minutes. This is why locally owned small businesses will continue to go out of business. Customer service just isn't there anymore.

I always shop here.i get the help i need.they are real nice to help me finding things.i brought all mine fern this summer from there still living ar 12.00 not a bad price big beauiful and full brought them for gifts.you and shop get out with having wait Like other hardware stores.
