Came in and bought a Navi on a whim on a Monday. Awesome and friendly people with no sales pressure. I was approved on financing and was in and out in no time with my new Navi. Honest pricing and gave a very fair trade in price on my old scooter. They even moved my trickle charger cable to my new bike. Super clean store with a nice selection of accessories. Will do business with them again!!

They do not charge markup like so many other dealerships. Only the freight fee set by Honda. Very straightforward and honest people.

I went by to have keys cut and the parts guy and the young man who cut them was awsome I also bought a battery because no switch power I left my four wheeler with them and the did restore the switch power but called and said my engine was locked up. So I picked up my bike done a few simple checks to find a failing push button.These are friendly people but mechanics need some training always get a 2nd opinion

This a great place and wonderful people to deal with. I was headed home from the mountain. I got a screw in my tire on my gold wing. I called and it was almost 5. They said they had a tire in stock. I limped my wing over. They got me in and out in about 30 minutes. I was a long way from home. Was happy to find this place. So if you ever need any help. Give these guys a call or stop by.

My husband and I found ourselves in Rome, GA on our motorcycle trip. We pulled into a parking lot to call and make our hotel reservations for our next stop and ran over a huge screw with our back tire. It was almost 5 pm and we went into panic mode. We found Honda of Rome and called. They had a tire for our Goldwing in stock and were willing to put it on even though they were getting close to closing. We limped the bike over to the shop and they were waiting for us. They took our bike in immediately and had the new tire on quickly so we could get back on the road. They were friendly and very helpful. They even hooked our trailer back up to our bike. The very best people who made a difficult situation better! I meant to take a picture of the tire to show y’all what happened but I forgot. Thank you so very much for all you did!!

Went by to get my chain tighten on my 600RR. Friendly and helpful staff. Also got new set of tires a couple months prior. Had me in and out pretty quick. Needles to say i have already worn my back tire out. Be buying another one this weekend. Ill have to check in with these guys and see if they can help me out.

Customer service was phenomenal. I dropped my 2020 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 off at noon on a Friday... and they had me ready to ride the next day (Saturday). All employees I came into contact with were friendly and helpful, and the cost of service was fair and reasonable. I'm now a customer for life.

From 2000 to 2005 I bought 4 Atvs here and today bought my son his first dirt bike, still the same nice honest people to deal with. Always fair prices. Thanks again, see you soon!And what I meant by soon, I have just purchased yet another new one from Honda of Rome but this time a bit bigger, I called Alaina to see if they had a Pioneer 700-4 she told me they wouldn't have any until April so I gave her my number and ask if she would let me know when they knew it would be available, last week like 5 days after I called I received a call from her to let me know they had one come in unexpectedly and it was mine if I was interested.. Not only do they hold up to their word but they are over the top here. They have the best prices on new and used units in the state of Georgia and the most amazing customer service, very helpful in every way imaginable. Google only offers 5 stars but they deserve much more!!THANKS HONDA OF ROME GA!!!

Outstanding customer service and price. I told Alena I wanted to purchase a bike they had on their showroom floor, so she explained the details necessary to hold/ reserve the bike. The transaction was made and I drove up 6 days later to pick it up. Alena already had the paperwork in her hand when I arrived. A simple, honest, efficient and professional transaction. Well worth the extra drive time and money to support this powersport dealership. Easy to tell this is a family ran organization. Well done team!

Thanks to Honda of Rome for helping me out this week. On March 11, I had a charging system failure in rural Ga. After searching on my phone for help, these guys came to the rescue.They trailered my bike, me, and my equipment to there shop in Rome, which was a good 40 minutes away.Picked bike up today, with repairs complete.Thanks again. Being stranded hours from home, its a good feeling to have a shop that cares!

Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable!! My original plan was to have my Honda ATV serviced to get it ready to sell. Within seconds of getting it off the truck, the fine folks there offered me way more than I ever thought I could get for it. After being told by Rome's Yamaha dealer that they were so busy they wouldn't even change the tire on my R6, I called these guys. They told me to bring it in and they'd do it while I waited. 30 minutes later it was finished. Great service, was treated very well by all the staff I came into contact with. Browsed around their floor while I was there. They seem to have a lot of ATV/off-road inventory which I think is mostly the market here in NW GA. Did have a couple of sport bikes as well and some good looking cruisers. I'm sure they can pull inventory from other places if need be. Will definitely bring my R6 back if I need any repairs/service that I can't do myself. Thanks guys!

My husband gets his Kawasaki serviced here, even though there's a Kawasaki shop right down the road. The service prices are lower here, even though they are a bit slower due to the volume of business.Remember, you can choose only TWO: Good, Cheap, Fast. This place is Good and Cheap.

These folks are wonderful! They treat you like family. Their mechanic, Eddie Harris, has to be the best mechanic I've ever met. I believe that he's able to fix anything that runs, from a blender to a jet engine. LOL. I like to stop by on a regular basis just to say hello. Seriously, the hospitality can't be outdone.

Just had chain, front and rear sprockets and rear brakes replaced. I had oil changed a few months back and I had clear communication. My only issue is that the mechanics have little knowledge of aftermarket parts and my rear brakes were left loose, leaving very little grab when i had to stop.

Called they said the had a four wheeler we were looking for...we told them we wanted it...they took our name and we headed that way. They called back when we were almost there and said they sold it. I asked why they even took our name if they were not going to hold it. How bout if you need a deposit first just take it with a card over the phone instead of wasting people’s time and pretending someone else was selling it. Everyone knows your dealership is one room and it ain’t a secret what’s being sold. If they are gonna lie about this no telling what else they will lie about.

Outstanding service was given to me today! I rode from Gadsden, Al to get my oil changed and this place saved me $120 from what Speedzone in Gadsden was going to charge for my break in service. Every single employee was going out of their way to make my experience perfect. I will return to this place! My only regret? Not knowing about this place before I purchased my motorcycle in Gadsden!
