Busy place in the Christmas season. My biggest gripe is the checkout system. There do not scan barcodes they literally hand type each price in. This can be frustrating if you picked something up on sale and the employee who is often checking the sale ad, didn't pick up on it or agree that it's on sale. It's then up to you to point it out to them or argue about it and for unwilling to cause trouble types like me, just take the full price at the cost of my wallet.The staff are nice and it's a good store to get craft supplies but I wish they updated their system.

Staff is helpful. The company just has poor human rights and healthcare practices. Worse than most others, we have to shop at in our daily lives. I only get here one or 2 things of what I can't find elsewhere and on sale. Buy nothing else to support them.

Always so very helpful! This store's current staff is really helpful Over the last 8 months everytime I walk in and ask for help I'm met with a friendly cheerful attitude of "how can I help?" It's so refreshing having the question answered either immediately or having them find someone who would know! Great job team! Let me just say, my husband hates this store and wishes he bought stock in it. Me? I could totally live here. The prices are great and the sales are dangerous. Did I mention my husband hates this store? Crafts and home decor galore. This is the go to for, well, the list is long. Love it!

I was just at the store today around 6:00pm shopping for Christmas Bows and a few other items. While waiting in the checkout line Reg-6 the cashier allowed a customer to return to the ribbon aisle for another item holding the line up with 5 customers waiting If that wasn’t bad enough, the lady stopped on her way back to the counter still shopping while myself and others waited. Upon returning to the checkout line she didn’t say I’m sorry but continued on as if she had did nothing wrong! I felt like being rude but I didn’t want to create a situation. Management needs to inform the cashiers especially during the holiday season to not allow customers to leave their places in the line. Her transaction should have been cancelled and put to the side to avoid any confusion. This is a busy time of year however; everyone should be respectful of others especially with the climate being so extreme.

This was my first time shopping the jewelry department. What a selection. Was looking for something specific and Sam was in the aisle so I asked him if what I needed even existed. He walked right up to it. Shout out to Sam and now I am heading home to make jewelry.

Hobby Lobby never fails me! The customer service was perfect. On 2 different occasions, I asked 2 different associates (1 being a manager) about different items. The both of them were a great help.

This door is always clean and neat well stocked with reasonable prices. If you watch their sale ads they alternate putting percentages off every other week or so. It's a great place to go to find something to do

Hobby lobby is nice and the people that work there are helpful. There is a lot to look at and shop here. The bead section is loaded full of everything you can think of. They could open more registers on the weekend as there is usually a good wait to pay. Overall, the place is well lit, clean, and the workers are helpful.

I always spend more money than I intend to when I go here...but in a good way. They have the best stuff here. From wedding supplies, arts and crafts, all your holiday needs, cricut (don't have one, but some of you out there do), stickers for teachers, organization supplies, doll houses, this place has it all!!

I have edited my review now that I have had a raw deal with in store customer service... I had a item that was scanned 2xs the girl was nice about it she refunded it immediately but when my bank seen the refund transaction so close to purchase transaction they flagged it and sent it back to hobby lobby once 3 days had went by and it was credited to my account. Well I called the local store and the manager pretty much snubbed me told me it was between me and my bank and that I would have to call back on Wednesday after Xmas lol talk about seasons greetings anyways I insisted i could prove the money was sent back to them showing where my bank sent it back on a statement and he still stonewalled me with the Grinch attitude. I will go to Micheal s or make the Drive to hobby town usa next time or maybe even shop local ... I am pretty much out my money for over a week and it will take longer when hobby lobby sends it back to my bank for them to process it on Wednesday. it discourages folks from using cards and doing refunds so they don't have to loose the money u just gave them when u get told it's not their problem.... Why even shop with a card and if you do you can't get ur money back in hand it has to go back to bank never in your hands....
