I must say I've never been in a Hardware store like this before. It was such wonderful experience. I shared these photos on my Facebook page and had numerous people ask what store this was and said they would be going to shop there.

Friendly and helpful atmosphere. The employees actually seem to love helping customers . Also, there are real live people to check you out and assist you in any way possible. Shop here and you will come back over and over .

First time in today. Friendly staff, might have been slightly short handed, but I eventually was able to have my key made. Very clean, well stocked store and.. they had guns! That's a plus in my book! Much more than a hardware store!

The service is fantastic. Everyone ask you if you need help finding something and then they take you to it. This beats the Big Box Stores big time. Love this place.

We’ve been looking for someone who carried a full line of Espoma products ( especially the Land & Sea Compost and their full line of organic fertilizers ie bioTone). We were very excited when you all opened at the new location and Espoma was on the shelf at a good market price. 😊 Thank you.

Awful manager mindset. One hour ago I was a witness to a customer trying to return a weed eater attachment that a salesman told would fit his model weed eater. The customer used it one time for 20 minutes and tried to return it. The manager told the customer that if you uses it regardless of condition it's returned in, it cant be accepted. Customer politely argued that if you buy a brand new item take it home and breaks the first time you use it then it cant be returned? and the manger said yes it can not be returned. Manager said he doesn't know any company that operates like that. I find that to be either a bold face lie or he lacks any kind of business/ manager skills. Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Harbor Freight etc. Imagine buying a brand new car to drive off the lot and have the engine fall out and not be able to return it. Most companies have a 30 day return policy, even if its slightly used or breaks in 30 days. Not at this Ace Hardware, I will no longer shop at Ace Hardware. Maybe if Someone higher up in the company reads this and fires the manager then ill go back.

1 of the best Ace Hardwares I've been to. Employee's are very helpful, and they have a good selection. There gun department is also stocked nicely.

Very cool..I worked at Home Depot for many years when I was in my 20's, and we were nice and did our jobs; but we were nowhere NEAR as efficient & helpful as this Ace Store. My experience was short and sweet. A capacitor went bad in my AC unit. I called several stores and none of them had what I needed. Elder's Ace had it and whoever I spoke to on the phone took it to the counter for me. I walked in, paid for the correct part, and left. My AC was running 45 minutes later.

This is a really nice Ace hardware. First time we stopped. They have everything. I had been looking for some pickling products and they had exactly what I needed. Happy happy happy!

Lots of very freindly staff. I must have counted 6 staff members while i was there. Everyone said hi as i walekd buly them and the cashiers was very nice and polite! Well lit store with plenty of room to walk between the aisles. They have a wide range of home improvement items. The shelves were well stocked and the store was very clean. Overall a very pleasent first visit and im sure Ill go back again! Thanks Ace!!

Had 2 pieces of glass cut and man who cut my glass wrapped them together in same wrapping paper and i took them to truck set them on carpet by backseat and got to building where i was gonna install glass and one was cracked other wasn't. Called the man that cut them he didn't offer to replace glass after confirming he already had a piece the size i needed.Why would you wrap 2 pieces of glass together? Makes no sense without putting something between them like foam. Store was very clean and well stocked.

Took a stihl farm boss saw in because it wouldn't start. I believe his name was Randall. He took it outside, got it to run, and suggested that i clean it up, and put new fuel in it. I was super excited. I will return for future items, and shopping

Clean and well stocked. I do wish they would figure out a way to take paint orders over the phone….allow to pay with a credit card or something. It’s super inconvenient to have to wait there when I have 5+ gallons of paint to be mixed.
