Stopped in on the 13th of Feb. It was crazy! Packed with people getting Valentine Goodies. It's the best place to get balloon bouquets and party stuff! They could have had an extra cashier but other than that it was a nice visit grabbing some party fun stuff!

Went in there to pick up a few things. They advertise that they deposit cash onto card. The cashier a young black male had no idea what I was talking about. Educate yourself on what you offer. It is literally on your website.He also advised me to go to another lane where no one was. While he and another female employee stood around talking and laughing at customers. He did check me out eventually. He did not seem overly concerned with providing good customer service.If you don't love your job or don't get paid enough to do your job properly then find a new one. Without customers you would not even have a job. Get your perspectives in order. You can talk and laugh when no one is in your lane. Definitely not going back.

I love dollar tree but this place was so dirty and so unorganized. I didnt buy anything because it's so dirty looking and half your shelves are empty.

I had a really bad experience at Dollar General, so I have started going to the dollar tree. I'm very happy with The Dollar Tree. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because every time I've come in there to shop, there has been a pretty long wait to check out. I picked the right check out lane today. That young man was very quick and his lane went pretty quickly.

This store is one of the best I have visited. I shop there weekly, and I appreciate the hard working management and employees. They are always helpful and willing to stop working to assist shoppers. Please check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

This store is well kept. I do wish it had more craft supplies, but with everything going on, I'm sure they've been getting hit pretty hard. My only complaint is that the shelves are empty and/or seeing lots of boxes during the week days. This has absolutely nothing to do with the staff not doing their jobs, they are always moving or are on the registers every time I come it. Corporate would do well to give this store more hours. People can't buy things that aren't out and I have never seen more than 3 employees at a time. This store is busier that it looks.The staff is courteous and friendly and it is always clean.

I have been calling the store for almost 45 mins. No answer. I left a buggy of items at the store because I couldn't find a significant amount of money I had. I need to talk to someone at the store. I am without transportation at the moment.

The store is extremely low on inventory. And nearly every single isle or section is a complete disaster.Bonnie the manager ask if I would stop taking pictures, Dollar Tree doesn't want people to do so.The staff were very polite, but I won't be back.IF YOU LIKE MY PICTURES AND THINK MY REVEIW WAS HELPFUL PLEASE LIKE IT.THANK YOU,JENNA

The only reason I gave it a 3 is that the cashier was nice. That Dollar Tree is close to me I only go there because it's closer they never have 1/2" of what other Dollar trees gave & more shelves are always empty. Don't know how it stays open 😑

I love shopping here..the only problem I have is, you are Lucky if you get a shopping cart...(or as we in the south say a buggy) I've come in several times and they only have 2..and both taken. I guess they don't want me to buy anything...When you spend $30-$40 dollars here...you can't carry everything in your arms...So no buggy, I leave....

First time seeing the plus price items here in a DT in my area. Glad to see these additional choices here in Rome. Some of the nicer items are now more than a dollar, some are $3 and some are $5 . Nice selection and fairly well stocked, especially on Christnas Eve. Staff were festively dressed and very polite.

Huge Dollar Tree! It has everything and then a little more. Who knew so much stuff could be had for a dollar. Be careful though before you know it you'll have dollared yourself into the hundred dollars plus range, well at least my wife can Everytime. And I can't blame her cause there so many useful things there. Store is clean and organized, staff is friendly and helpful. Only reason it's not a five star place is that sometimes the line takes a minute to get through, not from lack of service from staff, just the mass of items being checked out by each person. One of the best I recommend you check this one out for sure

the best place to buy art items and floral to make flowers for cemetery and for around home. I have been making floral out of flip flops for the summer. and wind chimes out kitchen items.

I love the prices and all of the stuff they have to offer! It is one of my favorite places to shop! What I hate is the fact the the store is absolutely the most disgusting store I have ever been in! When my fiancée and I walked in the DOORS the floors were so nasty that we made the comment that "we could never work here and if we did we would have to vacuum" Well after shopping around for a while. I asked to use there restroom. I entered what they call a bathroom. The smell in it was overwhelming! There were pregnancy tests on the floor and in the sink. all kinds of stuff that I don't even want to talk about (blood and feces) all over the walls, stuff written on the walls that was just sick! The trash can was overflowing to the floor! It was just GROSS! Next time I will hold it!

This Dollar tree had a greater selection than the location closer to our home. They're crafting aisle had many more wood items, and floral assortment. For DYI folks this location is better than the Trion or Lafayette Georgia locations.

The manager, Pam, is a complete idiot. Im an 8 month pregnant mother with a toddler. I walked into the dollar tree and found that there were no carts. It would have been extremely difficult and maybe even dangerous for me to walk around and shop with my little one on my hip and my other arm holding a basket. So, I asked the cashier if there were anymore carts. She was very polite and said no, and that I would have to wait. She saw Pam walking by and asked her to find me a cart. Pam said she couldn't because she was on lunch. The line was really long and after a few minutes of waiting I decided to seek out the cart I saw in the back of the store that had some go-back stuff in it. I took all the stuff out of that cart and put it on the floor. I finished my shopping in about 15 minutes and went to the check out line. I was next in line when Pam showed up (mind you, a lunch is minimum 30 minutes and she arrived back in 15). She asked if she could have my cart back. I said no and I was using the cart. I pointed out that there was a cart behind her and she should utilize it for whatever she needed. She argued that she couldnt use it because it was for the customers only. I said maybe she should do her job better and I wouldnt have to take a cart that is meant for something other than the customers. She walked away after that and paged security to sweep every aisle. The cashier said this was the 2nd time in a month that Pam was fixing to get jumped by a customer. I thanked the cashier for being polite and decent and I left with the cart to go out to my car. I was about 10 feet from the store when I heard someone with keys behind me. I looked in a car window to see that the person behind me was Pam. I put my toddler in the car first and took my time buckling her in her seat. I kept looking behind me because Pam was pacing back and forth and kept getting closer. I started putting my items in the car and I heard a clicking noise. I looked behind me again and saw Pam standing there staring and me flicking her box cutter open and closed. I was livid. I grabbed my bags out of the car and quickly pushed the cart far away from me because I was extremely upset that she would dare do something like that and threaten me. She's lucky I didn't pull my gun on her. Avoid shopping at this store when Pam is there...and if you do anything she doesn't like then you better watch your back and have some sort of protection. I hope the company sees that she is a threat to customers and takes action to fire her.

Thr craft aisle hardly has any merchandise. Othet Dollar Tree Stores I've seen has had loads to choose from. Just wish there was more.

Only 3 shopping carts available in this store. I removed restocking items from 1 cart is how there were 3. The employees & managers could not care less as expressed when I ask if they have any carts available.

My husband works at the Hicks drive dollar tree in Rome GA and Dec.26 th Monday he will not be working any that whole week and plus not only that some weeks he only gets to work one day out of a whole week so I'd advise if your looking for a job with this business I wouldn't work for them
