I came in yesterday and purchased 2 Milo Teas, they were expired and made me sick... Horrible, so if you ship here be sure to check dates, the manager was didn't seem to care much!

Best upgrade for this dollar store that I have seen but customer service is poor for some employees. Not many employees there anyways. You know I am going to tell it truthfully, you don't like it change the attitudes. But over all I love going there because it a in and out and now you can tell where everything is and they have freezers all down the wall to the back wall. Now you have choices in this store. Good store to visit.

We Will NEVER shop at this Dollar General EVER again!! Despite it being fairly convenient in town, we'll go out of our way to shop elsewhere. We purchased a $45 Google Play Card pack as a gift. None of the cards in the multipack were able to be redeemed. Google is looking into the issue but initially said they didn't believe them to be activated. After calling the store and being placed on hold for a while, during which time I could only hear the phone answering cashier waiting on other customers, she came back to my call to say that her manager said to call the number on the card, there was nothing they could do & under no circumstances could they refund or exchange them. I ask if I could bring it back to at least make sure it was activated & was told it was and there was nothing further they could do. God bless and help these people running these corporations with so much money and basically stealing from others. Yes, I'm aware that this issue has nothing to do with the theivery & corruption in the world today, but when someone has purchased something from you, you should do all in your power to make it right. I realize there's theft & such with gift cards and I understand having a strict return policy. Yet when you KNOW it's been purchased, come on now.. God bless anyone who's actually read to the end of this post.

Love the new digital coupons and go to dg more often because of them but if you don't keep up with all of them u want to use, they don't always go through. The cashier will usually adjust the price but I would like it way more if I could trust that the coupons I save to my # were actually going through without having to go through 100 of them at the register to make sure. The people who work there are always friendly tho and will help in any way

Store was trashed, line was long and the cashier was very slow. Also the young cashier guy pulled his personal phone out when I was checking out and his screen was the communist party sickle and hammer flag. Will never be back to this location and I encourage any freedom seeking American to do the same.

This store is so unorganized and dirty. Why is the standard different in very low income neighborhoods? What is the deal with the handwritten signs and no cash back at checkout? If you disable the feature at one store you should disable the cashback feature at ALL stores.

Manager that was working that night was rude and didn't know how to handle her position. Definitely need to get more customer service friendly help for this store.

The store was cluttered with stock that was scattered everywhere. You could barely get around with a shopping cart because of the debris in the aisles as well as carts stacked high with boxed merchandise.

Good location but they are constantly out of the store brand of many products. Either poor ordering or problems at their warehouse not sure which.

Convenient parking. Usually well-stocked and employees helpful and polite. Good selection in the grocery for quick shopping.

My favorite store ...but I'm getting aggravated lately because their stores are poorly stocked and their deliverary trucks are always too slow in getting stock to these stores...I don't blame the employees it's the fault of the store owners and the lame truck drivers that never seem to be on time

This store needs to be updated like the rest of the stores! Mostly, it always seem crowed and claustrophobic right at the entrance, it needs to be redesigned! Mostly, I find what I need.

This store needs a cleaning and it also need some management every time I go in the isles are full of buggies of stock they're trying to stock and you cannot shop because they will have us blocked offI don't know if I just go in on today they're stalking or what but it's that way every time I go in there

Just got back from the dollar General on Dean Ave. I told an employee about a mess that needed to be cleaned up before someone fell and got hurt and she acted like she couldn't careless just kept on what she was doing
