The store is a lawsuit waiting to happen. all over the floor everywhere you go is stuff piled up. the two employees were standing up front at the front door talking not even concerned about people at the registers. when asking a question I was told to hang on a minute while they finish their conversation with their friends only reason I go to the store it's because it's right around the corner from my house this store is dirty and needs new employees and a thorough cleaning

The employee was more concerned with her conversation on her ear pods than the customers. I asked multiple times about things and I was given dirty looks and told No or I don’t know. I will not be back and will go out of my way to another Dollar General from now on.

Its a convenient little store! The woman st the register was a sweetheart and they have a great selection of candy and comfort food. A great place to go if you don't want the hassle of Walmart but still need some grocery shopping. I've seen cleaner but there weren't any bugs or anything. Love this store.

If you shop at Dollar General or have been a long time customer, you know this is a place that although you say you are getting one thing, you may be stuck in a line of 3 or more customers purchasing more than one thing and the wait times can be rather long. I've always encountered rather pleasant workers at this location, regardless of the eye rolling and sighing from those in a rush to be checked out (myself not excluded many times 😒), with each customer being treated the same. These stores are set up to do the best the workers can and it's easy to get caught up in the 'me' world and become frustrated while waiting in the sometimes rather long lines. Rome, GA. may need to be considered as a place to turn some of these smaller Dollar Generals into a Super Dollar General where there are several registers with many more items to be purchased at low prices.

It has always had smiling and helpful staff but don't go after dark, you'll feel mugged just standing in line. Then when you walk out there are adults hanging all over the liquor store outside. 👀👀👀"Hey you got a dollar" , "can I get a smoke?" Just not worth the worry.

This store is ok. One thing they could improve on would be to have two cash registers open. They expect their employees to stock, and work the cash registers, and it gets to be too much on them. They do have good employees though.

The New manager (not the nice one Melissa, who has been there a while) was yelling at employee that they weren't allowed to use bathroom had poor girl in tears hands filthy from stocking freight off that nasty floor, she just wanted to wash her hands an blow nose in restroom she obviously has some allergies going on literally dripping from her nose. Manager yelled to go to front register use hard paper towel to blow nose, if she wanted clean hands use the sanitizer..... Pretty sure that girl quit her job few minutes later. Shelves Never stocked properly. Things in wrong space showing prices of what is supposed to be there.... This place is a mess....

The store was neat in appearance. (NO STOCK IN THE FLOOR< And had two cashiers working !!!! Awesome!!! Normally when I go in to a Dollar General Stores the check out line normally takes up too much time.

It's a well stocked store. But they only had one cashier working and she had a very long line! That never happened when I worked there. There wasn't another employee around either.

The store was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly I just wish they would keep both cash registers open because the lines can get long pretty quickly but overall one of the better dollar stores in our city.

This is by far the worst dollar general I've ever been in ! Other then the guy at the register .didnt catch his name. He was a short white male...he was very sweet and handled all the customers with respect..... but there was a male with brown hair kinda big . He was very rude just stood around and watched while the guy had a very long line.... the big guy was just watching people. Like he was waiting for someone to steal! Very very disrespectful!! This used to be my favorite store. But I will start going to the family dollar! On account of this man.. I don't know when yall hired him . But big big mistake. There was several people standing in the line saying the same thing !. This man will keep costing yall customers! I will never come back !!

There are definitely cleaner, better kept Dollar General stores, but unfortunately there are worse, as well. Expect a hike through aisles of inventory waiting to be put out.

It was Same Store Just A Different Day. Great buys you just have to move their 500+ pound stock carts to find what you are shopping for.

Most of the staff is very friendly except for one large lady manager she should not ever work with the public she is extremely rude and they are under staffed which causes the checkout line to be extremely long with outrageous wait times and there are always alot of stock carts on the aisles and its difficult to shop

This dollar general needs to be remodeled asap. Products are everywhere and the store is small. The employees have no customer service training there.
