A good place to stop for quick trips. You can go in, get what you want and leave if you know exactly what you want. I was pleased with the staff (very friendly) and a wide variety of things for around the house.

Was shopping for customer through door dash and over half of what she wanted was not stocked. Unacceptable when they were two employees working. Do better!

The help in this store is extremely nice and helpful, However, they do have a problem in the store with storage. The rows are cluttered and you have to be careful not to trip. There are also items on their clearance row that are not clearanced You have to be careful. The help will tell you that they have to store things there they have nowhere else to put them but they need to make the price is more clear on each item.

Typical garbage service. Three ladies working but only one was capable of helping people. One lady kept telling customers, when they asked if the store carried a product, “I don’t know”. Lol, You work there how about you get off your rear and find out.

What’s up with never being open? I stopped by around 4:00pm. Lights on. Door locked. Two other cars rode through the parking lot after me , seeing it closed and went on. I know it’s hard to get people to work but this is the fifth time at the middle of the day that they were closed. Corporate! Why don’t you do something?

Great prices on anything you might need quick. The only problem is I wish they had a better variety of cat litter and cat food. Unfortunately the superior store "Fred's" shut down both of their locations in our town where I used to be able to buy all of my cat essentials. Even though I seem to care where my cats litter products come from, my cat seems like she really couldn't care.

Hours are listed until 10pm,came by at 6:03pm today and there's a sign that they're closing @6pm. Not to mention everytime you come to this location the aisles are a mess!

TheStore never clean products all over store never on shelves. All out of things that I come to the store to purchase. There always a long line in the store. There computer systems is so out dated. Its ridiculous that they would spend money on so many cameras in the store when the store needs to be remodeled every week the door are broken. And they can never get good help in there stores. Funny there's a dollar general in every small down that I see when I'm traveling . But they don't pay there workers a fair wage.

DG is always convenient if you don't wanna go to town to Walmart or Grocery store. I mean its kinda simple if you need snacks,drinks or simple meal to make. No produce or fruit is probably the down side for me.

The only reason I come to this location is because it's so close to my house. The GM has not the slightest clue as to what it means to offer customer service. Hell itd be nice just to get a hello from time to time. Shes definitely off putting and it'd behoove whoever it is that is in charge of her to properly train her on how to provide friendly service.

At least once a week I come to this store and it's closed. The store always looks like hell, most of the time you can't get down isles because of stock setting in the floor. Corporate really needs to address the issues at this store

I try not to go to this DG I prefer the one in Rosedale but today I had too.As usual the workers are rude and seem surprised that they carry certain products. The store is always sold out of much of the products they carry. You can't get through isle because of stock buggies blocking most isles. Always a very stressful and disappointing shopping experience. I would actually give it less than 1 star if possible. My advice would be find another DG to stop at.

Very small store. Shelving is too high for such narrow aisles. It feels suffocating. A lot of the products are unorganized. Examples: you can find plastic bags on 2-3 different aisles...snack crackers in 2-3 different places. This can cause one to think they dont have product they are looking for. Then the next week you will be in a different part of the store and find that they actually did have it. Numerous products are like this.

This Dollar store here in Summerville Ga USA on Hwy 27 is one of the best Dollar store that i have ever shopped in, they have the best hospitality that you could ever wish for in a dollar store. They greet you with a smile and always look like they enjoy helping you find what you are looking for. And when you get to the register they always ask you if you found everything. So i will rate them with a 100% satisfaction and they deserve a pay raise to my book.

I love this Dollar general store the people in there treat you like family and the store is always clean and taken care of the only problem is they never mark anything but besides that the store is wonderful it's easy to get into and easy to get out of fast check out and wonderful people

Normally I don’t have a problem with this store, but today BOTH employees decided to go out and have a smoke while customers were inside the store. How is this allowed? Hated to have to “interrupt” their smoke break to check out!

On the morning of 2-08-19, I came into the store expecting to be out in less than 5 minutes. Not only was I not greeted at the door, but the two clerks went outside to smoke cigarettes and left me wondering around the store on a fracture ankle. I should've just taken the three extra minutes to go to CVS or Fred's, as should everyone else.

I was very disappointed. Went in to use coupons on a weekly ad. The ad did not say you can't use only one coupon per item. I spent $30 when i only anticipated on spending $11. They won't get me again.

They definitely need to update their card machine. It's like they have old school dial up if someone on the phone it kicks the card machine off
