I wanted a passport size photos and I got it from the staff . But I wanted the same on my usb drive, as I wanted a digital copy, which I could not get it, my friend on the side in (Atlanta CVS ) got a digital copy instead. So I was just curious why this store in Rome don’t give a digital copy if requested by a customer. Why all CVS HAVE SAME RULES

The pharmacy is horrible, rude and incompetent. I went back twice and they still didn't get it right. However, the employees and management in the front of the store are competent and helpful.

Very friendly! Pharmacist was very knowledgeable and met all my needs. This CVS, has always been my go to CVS. They've earned a 5 star review for over 20 years of wonderful service! Thank you, CVS!!

Me and my wife have gotten all of our medicines at this pharmacy for several years. But NO MORE. Several times lately they have had to order a medicine, or tell me that they don't know when they'll have it. The final straw was a few days ago when their computer system was not able to bill any insurance companies to cover the persons medicine. I asked how long it will be before it's fixed, she said she has no idea. My wife needed that particular medicine that day because she was completely out. So I ended up paying the full price out of my pocket for the medicine. I understand that it wasn't her fault that the computer system was down, but that was the last straw of many at this pharmacy. I went right then and had all of my prescriptions and my wife's prescriptions transferred to the closest Walgreens.

I had called ahead and they never told me that they didn’t have my daughter antibiotic. Then I wait in line and I have also some ear plugs to purchase and when I waited and told the lady ok well I will just pay for these she told me to take it up front that I couldn’t pay for them back there. She told me she has a line. I waited myself and don’t think that was good customer service.

Justin was super helpful today! I had trouble finding a brush and bowl hair dying set and told him about it and he immediately ran back there and grabbed it. He knew exactly where it was! And a price was incorrectly rung up and I pointed it out and he fixed it after checking the correct price. He was super efficient and helped me save a good bit of money. I got a whole bunch of cosmetic supplies for $15. Great job dude!

The employees are always helpful and answer questions. The drive thru can be a bit busy at times but I don't mind! I enjoy going here to shop, use my coupons, and get my medicine.

I don't see why why whole pharmacy closes for an hour for lunch you cant even make pick ups during this time I came from out of town was 5 min after they closed for lunch and no one not even a clerk. This is bs publix is cheaper

My sister needed a prescription filled, she just had chemo and left and went to cvs, she had colostomy surgery a week before, they said it would be 2 hour wait, I explained her situation and even told them she also has an almost1 1/2 hour ride home, they had an attitude and act like they didn't even care. So we waited, we had no choice, 3 hours later it was finally done, this is so sad,

I absolutely LOVE Jeannette, head pharmacist. She is efficient, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I wish they were all just like her. I can't say that it's close, with any of the other pharmacist that come and go.

my husband went into the store at 8:50 to buy my 3 month old some medicine yes he took a while because he read the backs to best match her symptoms when he got to the register at 9:02 y'all wouldn't check him .! Saying y'all were closed if y'all see a customer walk in why not lock the doors and let them do their little shopping and wait to check them out before closing the registers waisted my husbands time and made it take longer to get my baby's medicine . Plus the medicine was $20 here while at Walgreens it was $8

The staff here is so friendly. They make it a point to learn the names and faces of those that shop there. The cashier's always joke around with my kids and make this laugh and smile. Definitely worth the few extra bucks to have a great experience each time.

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE. The staff are incompetent and careless. Due to the convenience of this being the closest pharmacy to my home, I have tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt yet OVER AND OVER AND OVER they have "lost" prescriptions of mine, messed up prescriptions, and have completely screwed up my prescriptions. I will be taking my business to Winslette Pharmacy from now on.

CVS did not stand by your team in Edgewater when they did nothing wrong, but quickly rolled over. My family will not spend another dollar at your local unit, but will go to educate your possible customers how you bow to the growing racial divide and pass out Walgreen ads!!
