My first time using them and I will say that this will forever be my place now! I was picky about my puppy’s cut and had a little concern with the face cut once I notified the owner she immediately offered for me to come right back to show her and fix what I wanted and was very professional and polite about it. So I say this to say if your a picky person and you pick ur dog up and see something that’s not quiet what u wanted just let them know and they will make it right. Great customer service goes a long way and this showed me immediately that Kayla takes pride in her business and loves all of her babies that come in.

Classy Critters rock!!! I brought my furbaby Wynter in for an overnight stay as well as grooming. I was very pleased with his haircut as well as the care he received. Kayla was so patient in answering all of my questions and accommodations. I’m looking forward to bringing him back and having the peace in knowing that he will be well taken care of. I texted with them daily while I was away. Amazing care to my Cookie! Being able to text and actually have the interaction about Cookie whenever they had a question or I did was a relief to me while I was separated from her. Cookie is a very important part of my life. I’m so pleased with this place!!!! They all are super friendly! I’ll never take my Mattie girl anywhere else but here! They are VERY reasonably priced and do a fantastic job on my babygirl. She gets very nervous every time, they go out of their way to make her feel comfortable instead of like most places they just take them and stick them in a cage! I would highly recommend them. I’ve been to serveral different groomers in town none compare to classy critters! Such a wonderful team they have!

Very pleasant experience with this place! It was the first time boarding our dog, which we were worried about how he would handle it. The ladies, especially Kelsey, took amazing care of him. Communication during the two weeks was great and we were at ease knowing he was doing fine. Great rates too. We’ll definitely come back next time we need to board him.

Small space but wonderful staff. Kept our cat while going out of town for a week. Very reasonable costs. Even helped accommodate him being anxious since he's never been boarded before.

I have a 100lb hound that has severe anxiety about his paws. The technician was kind and quick, got all his nails done (his vet couldn't even get them done) despite his squirming and vocalization. He now has healthy paws. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else from now on. Thank you!

Classy Critters is amazing! The staff is exceptional! You can really tell that they love all the animals they take care of. ( even if you can't tell the twins apart, lol) I highly recommend that you give Classy Critters a try. I'm sure that you will be pleased with their services. It's important that we support our local businesses, such as Classy Critters during this period of time with the pandemic. They rely heavily on us to keep their businesses afloat, and have suffered a great financial loss, when they were forced to shut down.

I had to board my disabled beagle last minute for my mom's memorial service in Michigan. I rented a small run for her and couldn't believe the price! It was very cheap compared to other places, however this lady loved on my little girl so much. She gave her a bigger run at no charge so that my dog could go potty on a pee pad rather than go outside all of the time because she's disabled and she didn't charge me anything extra for it. The lady there was so sweet and provided excellent care. She was able to get my dog's nails cut short--which is hard to do because she does not like having her nails trimmed due to the pain in her paws. I highly recommend this place and will keep bringing Pepper back to have her nails trimmed and anal glands expressed for as long as we live in Rome!

The ladies there are awesome. A little pricey but, Sugar feels comfortable with them so it's worth it. Sugar doesn't get scared when I drop her off like she has done at other groomers.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Classy Critters. I feel like they really take their time with my dog. She enjoys being groomed there and the people are extremely friendly. I have used other grooming services in the past, but I have never found a place like Classy Critters. At Classy Critters, the environment is very positive and uplifting! I will never take any of my animals anywhere else. :)

Great place! The ladies there are very kind. One of the more, thrifty groomer's, I have tried. I have a Yorkie, my friend has a Yorkie, and shih Tzu. We are very pleased with the service we received at Classy Critters!

Never again will I take our pets to this stinkin kennel. Both of our dogs have come down with Kennel cough and pink eye. No doubt it was from this kennel. I should have known that this would happen! The smell of the office area as well as the kennel tells me that they do not take care of this kennel. I highly recommend that any pet owners not use this kennel.
