If you call about renting a unit then you are told there are camera's on site and that your personal entry code for the gate is stored every time you use it. However, none of this does any good when you actually need it. A person stole items from the storage unit and I asked the owner to hold the footage because I was filing a police report, he literally told me "he did not want to get involved and he was not going to court so he will not hold the video". Then when I came by he said the video camera's do not work. So if you want a place with security for your items this is not it.
