If you're handicap, don't bother coming to this location. It does not have a wheelchair ramp. The isles are to small. The store was clean, but too much product in the isles, items were not very accessable for handicap folks. I waited in line for over 5 minutes with no cashier to be found. A gentleman was standing in front of me and he had to walk around the store to find a cashier. My advice, if you have low staff, put a squeaky dog toy at the register that says "squeeze me for service." I've seen that in other stores and it works! The cashier was really sweet.

I like going to this family dollar when needed. The employees are Great, and really helpful. They all go out if there way to help when it's needed, I've seen it several times myself. The store may be a bit cluttered at times as orders come in but the employees seem to be on too of that. Definitely my y favorite one in Dalton.

After being a die hard Dollar General shopper, I now prefer Family Dollar. Excellent variety, cleaner, friendly employees etc..
