I just wanted to say Tommy deserves a raise!!! I stopped him from working to ask for help finding something. And come to find out they didn’t have exactly what I needed. I was bummed bc it was for my birthday. They had a bigger package version of what I wanted and I told him I would just get that I suppose and he ended up saying it was on him and he would get it for me. This man is very sweet, helpful and kind hearted. Very pleased.

I am super pissed off at this walmart lately. I bought a pack of wedding cookies and one is missing. I'm like what the hell these damn workers cannot count or stealing products. 😡😡😡

I dislike checking myself out especially with an entire cart full of groceries, I should get paid/reimbursed or a percentage taken off of my shopping trip if I have to do all the work. Also, we have used the Walmart pick up, where they do not know how to stack groceries in the car & never seem to have what I need with Walmart pick up.. but I can go in the store & find it, also pick up times are not convenient enough.

If you’ve got a medical disability and have to wear medical equipment - DONT SHOP HERE! You’ll get followed around with not even 2 inches between you and the workers and they won’t say anything to you — and just stare .. terrifying your small children. Took me almost an entire day to realize that it may be because I had my insulin pump on and maybe the worker thought I stole something?? All she had to do was kindly ask what was on my legs instead of following me and my small children to 3 different aisles and then being rude to me for using a finger nail polish that I was/DID buy(ing). I’ve never in my life been so uncomfortable. I’ve never had a stranger get that close to me and just stare.. it was my 7 year old that finally made me realize that maybe it was because she thought my insulin pump was stolen merchandise despite me giving the woman absolutely no reason to believe that I was stealing anything. I am a woman of God and kind to everyone unless they are racist, are mean to my kids, or animals .. and I just can’t believe how we were followed and how close the woman followed me. Being profiled over a medical device that I’ve had to wear almost thirty years. Never stole in my life nor do I have any type of record at 35 years old … SO BETTER WALMART. 😒

I give a poor score based on being treated like a criminal the last month or 2 wanting to check my receipt. Why do you have security cameras all over the store if Asset protection isnt watching them? Why are you paying them to do that job they arent doing and putting these kids at the exit taking the brunt of people like me that are pissed off about being treated like a criminal? I spend alot of money at this store to be treated like im a thief.

IM AM OVER THIS STORE!! I am so tired of everytime I shop there are 10 self checkout associates breathing down my neck and circling around me watching my every move like there arent 10 million camera around the store. I make sure to give a 1 star review every single time I go at this point. IF YOURE THIS WORRIED ABOUT THEFT PUT CASHIERS BACK ON THE FLOOR. Seriously be better and fix how you treat your customers.

So it's a pretty new Walmart, and it was definitely much nicer than expected. I only went in to buy a drink, but it was incredibly clean and even had some nice modern looking bathrooms.

People are super friendly and very helpful. Thanks to all Rockmart Walmart employees. I only have 1 problem I would like to go to work there but I'm having a hard time with the questionnaire/ test at the end of the application. I have failed it like 2 times. But the questions are pretty confusing, and hard to answer.

Better shopping experience than many other Walmarts in the area. However, I used to rate 4 stars. Walmart product selection and variety has declined over pasy few years, yet pricing gone up.

so I've been wanting to visit this Walmart for the longest and today I had the opportunity to go inside and do a little shopping because I was meeting a friend that lives in Cedartown. This Walmart I'm not sure when it was built but it's definitely time for a remodel they touched up certain areas of the store via electronics and they've added a pickup tower that's pretty decent, but honestly I wasn't really too impressed it is kind of a small Walmart not like the one in Johnson Ferry but a little bigger but all in all it's a decent Walmart. but I will say this though they will definitely in stock with your essential items that is hard to find right now because we're in the pandemic. so if I'm basically in the area again I will be purchasing some of those items that are not in the other Walmarts to begin with.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Rockmart. Good luck getting anything on time without a serious wait or a nasty employee. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Within the last 6 months, we continue to have problems getting any medication on time whether it’s controlled or not. They never answer the phone and can never give you answers on anything, whether it’s a manufacturing issues or a Walmart issues. You just go without and they don’t care.

Delivery never delivers to the right house. Even gave directions to my house which is 100 and they entirely leave it at 66 EVERYTIME. Last one was our Thanksgiving dinner. They said they couldn't resend but could refund. Took 7 days to get back on my card. Thanks Walmart. You ruined our Thanksgiving.

Use to be my go to store and now they don’t even honor their own store policies and make up their own rules. Management is a rude joke as well. Bring back the tall man manager because the store didn’t completely suck back then.

Absolutely the worse company to work for, they don't treat their employees with respect. They don't even treat them like human beings. The fact that doctor's notes are not accepted while someone is admitted in the hospital is absolutely ridiculous, you cannot treat people like that. On top of that elderly people. Not only that, but firing them for not coming in while they are in the hospital, with proof by the way. What a disgusting corporation. If I could give less than one star I would.

The fruit and vegetables are not fresh at all ... they don't swap them for fresh ones when they need to. Sometimes, there are rotting fruits still in the shelves

Today, I needed help with a large item. I asked William from the hardware department for assistance. He quickly got another very helpful gentleman and they were there waiting on me as I came finishing my last little bit of shopping. The cashier in the garden department (can't remember her name either) was so friendly too! Very thankful for the fast and friendly service from all involved in our experience today. 6/4/2023

Late opening in mornings, self check out cashier asks all the customers to give store 5 stars instead of asking if she can help anybody earning the 5 stars..usually I don't rate store unless it was good a experience but because of that attitude I purposely give store 1 Star everytime she asks, but normally it actually is a decent clean wal-mart with friendly staff.

Why do they have to lock the gm side of the store an hour before they close w/no care about the people that have to walk all the way across the parking lot in the dark. Their prices never match the app even on the store location your in. Walmart shld be ashamed of themselves

Grocery shopping for decent prices plenty of parking, keep your kids out unless you are expecting to spend hundreds$$ for all the toys they have in the toy isles. The only thing I dislike about walmarts at all locations are self checkout locations
