We've been using Precious Paws since moving to the area almost 7 years ago for grooming, occasional doggie day care and training. When we moved here we had a chihuahua that detested having his nails trimmed anywhere and would snip and fuss - - UNTIL we came to Precious Paws! He immediately put his Kelli (owner) hands and acted as if they were life long buddies and wagged his tail and was happy as she trimmed his nails. Friends for life! He lived another 4 years and the last time we had him in there when he was declining with heart disease and we knew he had just weeks to live Kelli just held him extra long and gave him extra loving because we knew it was his last visit. Kelli gave one of our other dogs the cutest haircut she has ever received anywhere when we lived in Cobb and she still gets to groom AnnaBelle for her "beauty parlor days" when it's time to freshen that cut up. Even the vet has commented that it's a cute haircut for her! For training we've attended sessions at the school and just today had Rachel come to the house to work with one of the dogs that has developed a behavior she needed to see in person. Already the new techniques are working and Risa is starting to get the idea of how to behave in this type of situation.

I NEVER write reviews. But I was so impressed with this place, I had to show them some love. Buster has been groomed at quite a few places during his 12 years, and never have we been so happy. If you are looking for a groomer who actually knows how to cut a doodle, look no further. Thank you to Precious Paws for pampering our Buster. We will definitely be back regularly!!!

Left my baby here while my boyfriend & I went out of town and have never been so happy. We had a bad experience with a boarding place and we were nervous about trusting other people with Willi. He came back so clean and beautiful and he looks so happy. I called a few times to check on him and they were so sweet and actually made sure he was doing okay, not just telling me what I wanted to hear. He isn’t timid like he was at the last place. Anytime I need Willi fo stay anywhere no questions asked I will take him here.

Just picked up my American Akita from here and he looks incredible!! It was his first time going since I moved to a new area and they really outdid any expectations I had. If you know anything about akitas it's that they shed like no one's business and he's absolutely spotless after his bath. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Took my lovely gizmo here to try them out, and they did exactly what I asked. They are so welcoming and friendly. They love our babies as their own. So you can feel comfortable leaving your babies there while they get pampered 😊 and if any questions or concerns, you can count on them to help you out.

She did a great job on my 4lb toy poodle. It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The staff was also pleasant and I was able to get my pup in the day before Christmas. He came back from the groomer happy and alert, not scared and exhausted. I recommend precious paws!

My siberian husky was covered in fur that needed a lot of attention to. I slacked off big time however they got her back to how she should be.I am extremely pleased with how she looked, how she was when I picked her up, the staff, the price, and the tremendous help.I will go here again and recommend them!!!Thankyou you guys!I included a before (its embarrassing) and after!

You may have to wait for an appointment but its only because Kelly (owner) is amazing with animals! She will treat your dog like her own fur babies! I will NEVER take my dog anywhere else!

My baby girl had so much fun at her spa day and she came home freshly groomed, with sparkly nails (a first for her 😊), and smelling like blueberries. I could tell that she was happy because she was so relaxed and had a great evening. Thank you, Precious Paws!

Have used this place several times but this time was the last. $130 for a doodle cut is outrageous. Make you pay before you even see your pet and then bring your dog out and apologize because he’s uneven and they don’t know how to fix it. Very unprofessional and I’ll be sure to spread the word. Not to mention the poor customer service from the tech who works the front desk area.

We have taken my dog twice to this place and it’s been disappointing. The first time they hurt his annus and got an infection that we had to take him to the vet. We gave the place another try and took him a second time (worst decision). Well, this time they did a careless cut (paid over $170), they cut the hair so close to the skin, he is all irritated and in pain, don’t even able to walk.Update:It’s been five days and my dog is still feeling miserable, not able to walk, sit or run, and he’s barely eating. All his body is irritated and itchy, specially his butt. We couldn’t see him like that anymore! We brought him to the vet, they took care of it and we hope he feels better soon but the point is two times in this grooming place and both times he ends up in the vet. Just inform yourself better before taking your pets there!Ps: the review is not intended for the place because they are going to excuse themselves, but for people to be aware.

I just have to say how amazed I have been with the work Rachel and her team have done in working with my baby at Paws School. I have a large breed dog and wanted to be able to take him places and feel comfortable that he would respond to me. Not only did they work with him there but Rachel also gave me my homework to do at home. He completed the 6 week course and loved it. I continue to take him every week to learn new behaviors. I can not say enough about how great they are with him and how excited he gets on his school days.

We have used Precious Paws for about 14 years! Kellie and her staff are so wonderful to our puppies! She keeps them several times a year, for two weeks in the summer as well as a few other times during the year. She also keeps them looking adorable. The fact that they get excited when we tell them they are going to Precious Paws speaks volumes to us! They would not be that happy if the staff was mistreating them. I can’t say enough wonderful things about how they cared for our schnauzer during his last few years. They knew exactly how to pick him up so they didn’t hurt him. They were patient and loved on him while they were grooming him. They often alerted us to things we weren’t picking up on that needed to be checked by the vet. I could type so much more... every experience we have had with Precious Paws has been wonderful. We love them and know our dogs do too!

First time here. I just left our dog Buddy and I was so impressed with Kelly. She explained in detail how Buddy will be groomed. Buddy's coat is very challenging, I told Kelly to do what she thought would be best for Buddy. I felt very comfortable when I left. I can't wait to see the end results!! If you need your dog groomed I can assure you that you will be glad you chose Precious 🐾 Paws!

Always awesome. My grandpuppy adores everyone there. When we ask her if she wants to go there, she goes ape ***t crazy! Especially when she hears Kellie's name! Cannot wait to get into the van. They are loving, caring groomers and boarders. I highly recommend them!More....I now have 2 little boys (brothers) who absolutely adore Kellie and the staff. Sometimes I think they don't want to leave! They take such good care of Perry and Mason. Wish I could give 10 stars❣️ 💜💙💖🧡💛💚

I took my fur baby to Precious Paws for the first time yesterday. I was able to schedule her first appointment with ease and the person I spoke to was very friendly and answered all of my questions. We arrived to a smiling face to greet us. They were very thorough in finding out exactly what services I wanted to best suit my babies needs. When I picked Holly up she was shiny, fluffy, trimmed and smelling wonderful. I highly recommend this business if you want your fur babies to have top notch treatment! The also have a doggie daycare and boarding!

Your dogs will beg you to take them there. I swear ours do! They love Kelly and her staff. We have never had a bad experience. The grooming is top notch. We know one of ours is not the best behaved but he behaves for them. We use them for boarding as well. I honestly believe our motley fur crew can’t wait to go because it’s like going to “grandparents” house for fur babies. They party and have a great time. Once you take your dogs there you will understand what I mean by this. Thank you, Precious Paws 🐾 !!

It's an amazing place. I had an absolute horrible experience at the place I was employed at before. I have found my fur-ever employer and I couldn't be happier. Every furbaby that comes in is treated like one of our own. I love everyone that I work with. I can't recommend Kellie enough. If you have not brought your babies here, you are truly missing out.

Excellent, friendly and helpful service! Couldn't have been easier boarding 2 dogs for a few days. All the staff seem like they genuinely care, and the dogs had a great time! As a bonus, the grooming service is excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

I recently acquired an elderly dog that was in need of a serious spa day but I was apprehensive in taking her to a groomer due to her fragile state. After calling several places in the area I chose Precious Paws based on a friends referral and I could not be more satisfied. Not only were the girls working behind the counter professional and friendly but the customers (human and dog) coming in and out could not be more thrilled. My dog came out fluffy, refreshed and in a great mood. She wagged her tail and even wanted to hang out before we left. This is really important to me because her willingness to fraternize in the lobby showed me she genuinely had a relaxing good time with these ladies while getting pampered.

I took both of my dogs here. It was a little pricey but the staff was really nice. My biggest problem was that my Boxer was panting really heavy when I picked him up and literally didn’t stop for close to a week. It seemed like he got really overheated at some point being there.
