New to the area and was told about the store, my 3rd time in there today and I had the cashier take something off I felt was over priced ,Manager came over to put his key in and I heard him ask her WHAT? Is it to much ? I took offense. I felt he was being rude and what does it matter ? I just wanted it removed!!..

I'd like to mention Im a OTR ( Over The Road) Truck Driver it's very hard to find Grocery stores that allow or have room for truckers. I like to take the time to say thank you Ingles. We appreciate you. Allowing us trukers the opportunity to shop for our supplies at your stores. Drives if ur unaware Ingles has a Mini cafeteria the food is fresh hot and much more healthier than fast food also Breakfast at a great price i ate most of my bacon🥓. They have an endless Salad bar and you can also get a fresh sub. Again thanks Ingles for supporting and understanding US Truck drivers and accommodating us.Driver's respect the parking lot and Remember we move the world 🌎 stay safe.

Such nice young people from the registers to the bakery. Everyone were so very nice and helpful. I needed a birthday cake made, the bakery were so helpful and the two young men at the register where I checked out, they both were polite and even offered to take my few bags to my vehicle. I highly recommend this supermarket to everyone. I'll definitely go back aswell!

The Manager on duty (Angel Edwards) refused to assist register 1 with a purchase of alcohol. She was having too much fun talking to two other people to be interrupted. The cashier on register 1 asked for assistance over the public address system twice and the bookkeeper had to come out of her office to assist with the sale. Horrible customer service!!!

Overall this location is clean staffed with friendly people I personally think the prices are not competitive to the area. However they have great wine selection and prices. The produce though kinda pricey is always wonderful. I guess you get what you pay for right.

Ingles is great place to shop . I personally prefer it over the local grocer or Walmart. However.....The young man who checked me out tonight, " Grayson" was super rude and then made a very negative comment. After he gave me the total, I paid. He then proceeded on to the next customer without giving me the change. I was examining the receipt and then had to ask who I believe was a manager standing there at this point, if I was going to get my change? The kid literally just stood there what seemed like forever before finally retrieving my change and handing it over to me.This whole experience was very bizarre. And I really do not like to write bad reviews. But in this case,Shame on you Grayson!!!I don't know what's going on with you kid but you will learn one day that , especially working customer service. You shouldn't treat people the way you treated me tonight. That wasn't cool. I'm not angry with you... I don't even know you. Try and be kind.. it'll get you further in this crazy world we live in! God bless!!!!

Ingles seems to be one of the last of the small chain hometown grocery stores. I will go out of my way and pass all the others to go here. To me I just like the experience more on top of the great selections. The bakery, deli and food bar are top notch. It's a more personable experience that me and my wife enjoy.

It's a great grocery store.I love to grocery shop without the huge crowds. This store had everything we needed without the long checkout. The staff are kind, as well.Does not have fuel station at this location.

This is where we do our grocery shopping. It's not for everybody. I've figured that out in my old age. When young I would wonder why there were so many different stores. If one is the cheapest shouldn't that be the only one? Why would people shop at other stores? That's assuming they're all clean, don't smell weird, and have the same stuff. All things being equal, shouldn't we all be shopping at the cheapest one? If you are young and inquisitive as I once was, gather round and let me share my wisdom. All those stores have lower prices on different things. Some have cheaper canned foods, some less expensive meat, and some have bulk deals for certain items. What happens is that we all have slightly different shopping needs. Some of us like frozen veggies, some canned. Some of us want chicken from a bag in the freezer section, some want it packaged by the butcher hiding in the back of the store. We all differ just enough to make one store good for us and not good for someone else. That's why your friend tells you that you should shop at Billy Bob's because it's so much cheaper than where you're shopping, so you try it, and spend 50 bucks more than you usually do. Your friend would spend more at your usual store. It's all dependant on exactly what you get. Anyway, Ingles is the best store for me. A word of warning that should probably be closer to the top. I think of it as a reward for those who had the patience to make it this far. Look at the dates. Make sure you look at expiration dates! My one complaint, the reason for 4 stars, and the reason I hope somebody that matters reads this review, is that they don't know what FIFO is at this Ingles. It means first in first out. It means old stuff goes up front so that it sells first. I have seen, with my own eyeballs, one employee being assigned to push product back so the new product can be stocked faster. If that sour cream doesn't sell and gets pushed back, then only new stuff sells, and that some sour cream gets pushed back again, and on and on, the there is a run on sour cream and that old one finally gets bought it may already be expired. FIFO Ingles, FIFO!!

Deli is kinda blah. It's got a better selection than the local Walmart. Prices are okay. Not a great big selection of stores in this area anyways.

Not to crazy over this store but their food spot in there has amazing food, proper portions, and the seasoning is on point for the masses of taste buds. Enjoy and savor the flavor. Highly recommended for breaks and that touch of home taste.

A typical Ingles. Good deli, café, bakery & produce sections. More to choose from that a lot of grocery stores + good savings if you have an Ingles card. It's free and easy to get, well worth getting.

Its always clean and well stocked but their prices are way too high. I dislike that they have to go to the customer service area to find my advantage card number. It takes way too long, just have a generic I can use so I can go about my day. I used to live within walking distance to the one in Dallas and I would still drive 5 minutes to Kroger.

I visited this location on April 29 for my usual weekly trip. I wanted to get some shrimp and catfish. I told the gentleman in that department what I wanted. I wanted the shrimp with the peel off and he asked again. I looked for some catfish but didn't see any so I asked him if they had any. He just shook his head no. I took my shrimp from him and told him "thank you" but he never replied. Ingles needs to have people in that Department that actually like to talk to their customers and tell them "thank you". I'll give them one more try next week but if it don't get any better, I'll have to stop giving them my money. I know they don't care but oh well.

The store is well lit, bright and clean. The people working there are cheerful, friendly, customer oriented and as helpful as they are needed to be. The aisles are wide with a variety of name brand items to choose from as well as their own brand, Laura Lynn. The deli is clean and offers some unusual items such as individual or multi-packaged boiled eggs. They have a large, level, well lit, clean, parking lot with 2 clearly marked, easily accessed, sliding door entrances into and out of the store. The shopping cart options are only provided inside the first entrance.

They put a yummy looking blackberry cake in the ad, when I went to get one, the baker said she didn't know how to make it. Poor planning. The shoulder roasts were so small I had to pay twice the price to get a different roast that would feed more thanv2 people. Disappointed
