Dr Miller and his assistant wasted no time in making a farm call to take care of our calf who had an obstruction, causing her not to be able eat or drink. They were kind, gentle, helpful, and truly saved our little baby Gracie. I am sincerely grateful to them for all they did to make our first little calf better!

I just took my puppy in for her shots. She got two shots. They did not even touch her. They didn’t look in her eyes, didn’t feel of her to make sure she didn’t have anything wrong with her belly or insides. All they did is give her two shots and said that will be $102.35 🤬🤬🤬 I am so pissed. I hope you don’t go there. I don’t know if my dog is ok or not.

I don't remember being so angry, upset and frustrated as I was today. I was going to my Dad's and there had been a cat, apparently hit by a car, in the other lane and it was flopping his back legs and tail. You could tell the cat was in agony. I was unable to stop because of the traffic. Now this cat was in front of the Cornerstone vet office. So I pulled over when I could and called them and told the lady there was a cat that had been hit in front of their office and needed help, that you could tell it was suffering. Know what she said to me? Well, what do you want me to do about it? I COULDN'T BELEIVE IT !! I said well it needs help and you are a vet office so can you help it. She said I am the only one here and I don't know what you want me to do anyway!! I was in shock. Called and left msg with Walker County animal shelter and a lady from the shelter called me back about 2 hrs later and said if that happens again, to call 911 that they have their cell phone numbers and will call them. When I came back by, the cat was gone so maybe someone was able to stop and get it some help. I thought the vets took an oath to help animals. AND IT WAS IN FRONT OF THEIR OFFICE~~ Being admitted to the profession of veterinary medicine, I solemnly swear to use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the protection of animal health and welfare, the prevention and relief of animal suffering, the conservation of animal resources, the promotion of public health, and the advancement of medical knowledge.NOT MY POST. BUT I THINK THE VETS NEED TO KNOW A RECEPTIONIST CAN MAKE OR BREAK A PRACTICE

My girlfriend took her dog to them Tuesday around 2pm. Dog was losing fluids and couldn't get around on her own. They gave the dog a shot and said to come back Friday. The dog barely made it through that night. She called your place at 8am Wednesday and was sitting in your parking lot when the vet walked in on the phone... didn't even have the decency to look at the dog after taking almost 500 the day before, instead calling her from inside the office and telling her to take it to an emergency vet...after advertising surgery and exotic animal care. We ended up rushing it to another vet Wednesday morning. They immediately got her started on fluid and kept her.No excuse for taking that much from her then turning your back on her..and money was never a problem.I won't ever recommend you to anyone and we will tell everyone.

Not really impressed with how staff handled my phone call for a sick puppy. Might have just been having a bad day..never actually used the vet here but our dog does get flea pills and gets rabies shot there.

Professional and very caring service! Friendly vet techs really helped ease my daughter's mind, and big thanks to the vet for taking the time to talk to us, even though there wasn't anything you can do with a pregnant kitty. Overall very satisfied with our experience, the waiting room staff were very kind as well, I really appreciate the compassion shown, even when we first brought our kitty in the door and she was panting. The staff made sure she wasn't going in to labor immediately. Highly recommend!

I was worried about my cat and brought him to Corner stone. I have never had such a great experience with any vet office. The lady who answered the phone worked me in so my cat would not have to wait another day to be seen. When we got there the front desk ladies were so kind and helpful. THE VET... was the kindest man toward my very scared cat. He sat with my cat and talked to my cat. He loved on Coment (my cat). He examined the animal in such a kind caring manner. When having to give Coment a shot he did it in a way the cat didn't even know or cry. We were so amazed by this gem of a vet office! Highly Highly recommend!

Took my kitten to get him fixed and his shots, they were so good to him! I was put at ease just watching how sweet they were being to my little baby!! I was so proud how well he did and it had a lot to do with how nice they are there😀 I took my dogs here when they were alive but at 16 & 18 they both passed this last year and our new fur baby has fit in great with us😊 and now he's ready for a good healthy life! Thank you Cornerstone! You guys are Great!! I will recommend to all my friends and family!

Worst veterinarian I've ever used for my animal. I will never go there again. This doc charged us so much money and never cured our pet. He could have caused our pet to die by his misdiagnoses and wrong treatments. We finally got our pet the correct treatment and now he's fully recovering. This doctor gave the wrong treatment and drug the illness out for months while he drained our wallets. Don't take your pet there.

Dr. Miller is by far the best vet covering No. Georgia and beyond .. He is responsive, goes out of his way to care for my rapidly aging horse . He has never disappointed me and treats my horse with loving care. No doubt he cares for his patients even on inconvenient farm calls, he has fit us in. He andWeldon are a good team and always know they will handle him with patience and knowledge to care for him. Thank you, Eric. You have saved my horse and I many times.

I cannot recommend this vet for goats. My goat died because the X-ray alone could not detect the urinary stones he had. We took him to a different vet a week later and they found the stones with an ultrasound. Unfortunately it was too late. It doesn’t seem like they know much about goats. I’m sure this place is fine for other animals. I just wish they would’ve been more caring to find out what the issue was rather than just sending us on our way like everything was fine.

Dr. Miller and his staff are wonderful. I travel from E. Ridge to see him because of the way he lovingly helped my favorite pet ever pass. I don't ever want to use another vet. The dog I have now is not too good with people she doesn't know. She used to do fine with him, but I took her to a different vet for her shots and check up a few times ago and suddenly she acts aggressive toward him. I can't figure it out. She still sees him and we muzzle her and get through it. He's a great vet!!

If I could leave a 0 star I would.What Dr. Miller did with Courtney blakemores 21 month old lab was so inexcusable and tasteless.Not only did you MESS up, you wouldn’t even help them because it was after hours.Pet owners beware! I wouldn’t use this place or vet.

Went to a different vet in the area and had to wait forever!! I ended up leaving, who has time to wait 4 hours(estimated wait time) to sit at the vet?!? I know I don't! The folks here were so nice!! It was seriously in and out in less than 10 minutes for vaccines for my puppy. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and attentive and the doctor was very knowledgeable. Will be back!

I had THE most pleasant experience at Cornerstone with Dr. Miller and his team! I have been going to another local, much larger veterinarian clinic for over 10 years. It has began to be very corporate and I began to feel like my dogs and cats were more of a number and were not getting the time and attention that rescues with anxiety issues need and deserve.I showed up with two dogs on Saturday at 10AM as a walk-in. the gentleman at the counter went to request if I could be seen that day; they asked me to come back at noon. I went back at noon and they were closed, but requested I return then so they could see my pups. I also have a 115# German Shepherd who is terrified of men due to extreme abuse. Dr. Miller sat on the floor with my dog and tried to connect with him. THAT is the type of vet I want for my animals!Furthermore, my mother tried to make an appointment on a Sunday night and uploaded a video of her dog's behavior. Within 10 minutes, the doctor had called her back and told her to take him to emergency services immediately. That ultimately saved my mom's 4# Yorkie's life.The clinic was also incredibly clean and had no odor of animals (as most vet clinics do). I will be returning.

I have been going to a vet in Lafayette due to reviews. These folks not only made me feel welcome but loved on my pup (that doesn't like many people) like I do....he got his shots, check up and wasn't freaked out as he was from the other vet. Thier knowledge and attention earns your trust!

They are very friendly, and our pet was in with the doctor quickly. He made sure of a healthy pet, and answered other questions. The bill seemed to be reasonable, too.

We took our chicken in there to get it examined and the doctor miller was a total quack. He charge $45 for five minutes and in the end said well I don’t know what it could be and walked out. We took it to another vet who immediately did an x-ray and found it to be a tumor. If you have livestock do not go to see this quack because he will take your money and give you nothing in return. There are much more reliable that she will come to your house and do a thorough job. The staff are nice but in the end I want results and this place does not give you results
