The female manager in this store is very rude, especially if she has to operate the cash register. She ignores customers ready to check out for as long she can. Then storms up and asks don't you want to use the self- checkout. I overheard her doing this very thing today and then going back to the other employee who was stocking fussing because people don''t "even try" to use it and that her 7 year old is smarter than these people. She acts as if she doesn't have a job in customer service and that she doesn't gets paid because the people of Wilcox County support this store. I personally HATE to go into this store because of her and will go next door to the Family Dollar/ Dollar Tree except for when I know they don't have what I need. She behaves this way every single time she has to run the cash register

I like the new look of the dollar store inside and out; it's well organized, has more supplies then the old store had. I would give it a four star rating. However, as a customer I keep having phone signal issue once I'm inside I can't call or text anyone when I shopping, hope that they will fix soon.

Brand new store. Store was very clean and well-stocked. We went in to get some ice cream cones one person said they have them in another said they didn't. You should know what's in your store and what's not in your store! Especially when you're in a small town in the big box stores are more than 45 minutes away!!

The store is so junked up with stock on carts waiting be put on shelf you can't hardly get up and down the isles with a shopping cart some can't get down at all. If you leave your cart in isle that is open someone else is blocked . When we got the new store we were lead to believe things would be better boy did we get fooled

Had two employees in the front . but wasn't to eager to wait on the 10 people in line that Debbie was trying her best to get all checked out no help from the other girl for 30 mins...had light on . but no help...kiddos to Debbie in my book. She kept a good attitude and composure....

3/2/18 At approximately 10:15 I was passing through Michelle on my way to camping for a week. I stopped in to by propane gas. They sold me a tank by America's that didn't have gas in it. I immediately went back in and told them of the problem. They the store clerk and manager were very rude and uncooperative. Instead of getting another tank and taking care of the problem, they did a refund. I stopped again at a dollar general store near Vienna Ga and purchased another tank of gas and it had the gas that I purchased. The manager really needs some customer service training. Quite frankly, I believe she was being very racist. My being caucasion is probably why! On the otherhand, if I'm wrong, she needs some character building skill training.

What a lifesaver this little store was on a Sunday in a very small town. Prices were as expected and very friendly staff. This was a little store oasis and Rochelle made a good decision to let them into their town!

One star for convenient location. There everywhere lost a star because fridge broke for two months. Really if I didn't fix my fridge in two months . Well add your own thoughts.

Store stays disorganized. There is always stuff stacked in the middle of isles or on carts in front of stuff, they rarely open more than one register and when they do they don't speed the process up what so ever

Every time I come into the store the manager Linda leaves the cash register or wherever she is in the store to follow me i have noticed it several times and would like to see something done about it i am a paying customer and should be treated as such , Thank you

Its got where it's the same way it was about 6 months ago. Changed manger and it was doing ok but now its the same way it was.you can't walk in there again

Not enough workers. Stood in line for 15 minutes to get to the register. Then waited another 10 minutes for them to swamp out my propane tank.
