I went to Family Dollar on May15,2024 around about 8:45p.m. As I was heading to the store, A store employee said she wasn't taking customer they were cleaning the store. I asked her where do they do that at? She replied Roberta, GA. The employee was out side talking with her friends, she wasn't serving the customers or even working.

The manager needs to get it together. 7 people in line. Person at register had a buggy full of things. Man at register was working hard. Manager was in store and never came out to open second register until a lady customer in line went and got her. Went to buy cat food....was there 15 minutes.

The layout of this store can be confusing but they have lots of stuff. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rating would be higher except the prices seem high for a d dollar store

I was there at 8:57 trying to buy a phone I thought the store didn't close til 9. Very disappointed.

This is always a very nice place to stop at! Very clean and well stocked, nice people there, bigger inside than it looks! Much better experience than the DG in Roberta.

Staff friendly and have most of what you need. Stock can get low quick due to lack of stores in Roberta.
