Contractors Beware - This Home Depot will not open the loading door even if you have large orders due to shoplifting. They make their problem into our problem. This is the only HD store I have been to that does this. I left a complaint with corporate HD. We'll see if anything comes from it.NEW REVIEW - Only one register is open, and the line is around the block. Self checkout only has one register open, and it took way too long for them to bring a second cashier to the regular checkout lines. I hate this Home Depot.

I do not understand the reasoning behind locking the garden center gates in the high spring planting season. Someone, please let the big box stores know that mid may is the best time to buy and plant summer flowers. They should welcome every customer, and instead of baracading the garden center, there should be employees with plant knowledge operating the retegister during ALL daylight hours, rain, or shine.

Absolutely useless associates on the floor. Ready to say that they don’t have something so that they can go talk to female associates. Luckily there are customers on the floor with more knowledge of the parts and hardware that Home Depot sells than the actual associates.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the staff is slow, lazy and rude. The older people that work there have the worst sense of urgency and don’t know how to talk to customers. I waited for someone to assist me for approximately 30 mins, while doing so I watched an older woman and two older gentleman do nothing besides sit there and gossip about their staff and customers. I was able to hear everything they were saying and it seemed to me as if they hate their job. Honestly is pathetic and unprofessional!! Whoever is the store manager of this location need to evaluate their staff. I love my people but to see so many unmotivated black people really pissed me off. If you don’t like your job simply go find another one!!

Staff is insanely slow and lazy. They Walk around like they’re in a lounge. EVERY time we are working in this area and have to buy material we end up waiting no less than 30 minutes for them to find a forklift driver. Every employee says “okay, I’ll get someone” then just mosey on off chatting with their co worker. The crazy thing is… there are DOZENS of employees walking around doing NOTHING.

It’s my favorite store because of its crew specially one of the manager Ms Britany (CXM I guess) is a superstar. She spared half an hour of her time for me and resolved my problem.

Wow! This particular Home Depot located just off Lamar Hutchinson! Has everything that you're looking for as far as what Home Depot offers & not to mention very nice Associates! so if you ever nearby this particular Home Depot I suggest that you check in & give it a try for you your entire family or your Company/workers or whoever that you might represent take care God bless & as always enjoy shopping at Home Depot's everywhere! 🙏❤️👨‍👩‍👦‍👦:-)🤘😎💥👌🖐️✌️👍

I love going to HomeDepot, there’s so much tools for all kinds of gardening work! There’s also snake repellent, and mouse trappers! Also gardening tools and work! I honestly go to HomeDepot ALL the time! There’s also a returning center, and make sure to always keep your receipts in case of trading tools, or other stuff, BUT always go to HomeDepot to get your gardening tools!

You know I wish I didn't have a negative experience every time i go but I'm truly just looking for a good experience for once. I went this past summer and purchased a patio door. Scheduled it to be picked up in a couple days. Came back with my handyman to find out that they didn't take it off the floor, so it was sold again. It was a special order/size door. Ordered it again a couple of weeks a go, but this time s scheduled it to be installed by Home Depot. Waited 1.5 weeks for them to call me to schedule the door neasure, they called instead and said they would be there that day. Ok... the guy gets there and tells me there is a small 2 inch section at the very bottom that's loose, so he says I'll have to buy a complete new main door and door Jam plus the patio/storm door I was originally wanted to order! Says his manager would make the final determination and he would call me directly in 2 days. That was over a week ago! They charged my card $40 for the measure but there were no notes about the measure, size or even if they even came to do the measurements! NOTHING! I called the store and did the follow up with the store manager, who said she would reschedule it but I told her DON'T YOU DARE! I've had enough! Just take off that bogus charge off my card! Just a couple of my horror stories this year. Unfortunately, I have more!!!

We went to the every first Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. even and it was amazing we made microscopes! They really got to hammer and nail and paint I loved it I live for that for my kids! We will be back every Saturday and this was a great location too the ladies at the front desk were pretty chill not a lot of answers for a lot of questions but they were young so I guess I expected but it's crazy cuz I'm young too so I don't know maybe an old story but we had fun that's the point!

The employees I encountered were happy to be there and happy to help me. As always, I have many questions and the employee helping me were very patient. I love going into this specific store and I deliberately drive the distance from my home, closer to another store, to get to this location. I spend my money where the customer service deserves it, at this location!

The cashier at the self checkout was clueless as of her duties while she stood there chatting with another employee i stood and watched a customer ring up 11of the same item one by one when she could have entered it with a qty and then after i rung up my stuff she questioned me if i had rung up everything when i tried to pay..... while she was having a personal conversation with her co-worker. Questioned me several times looking dumbfounded when i had to point her to the monitor and explain to her about the difference in their tagging system. Rude and VERY unprofessional!!

Yesterday, I thought I left my driver license at this location. An amazing woman by the name of Darreon Gilliam stopped everything she was doing to try and track down my license. You never see that type of customer service anymore. After talking to another employee and a manager, she called me back to confirm she hadn't found it. My little son found it mixed in with my tool. Thank you so much, Darreon. Your kindness and compassion really turned my day around.

Today I received great customer service. In the past at this store that was not the case. People were courteous, professional and truly helpful. The items I needed were easy to find and the ones I wasn't sure of I got assistance with. I will return to this store again.

I previously purchased a door I misplaced my wallet, I went to the customer service desk to ask for help the lady working October 2 2023 at 12 pm was extremely rude & did not bulge to help me she rolled her eyes & asked me to wait in line, her locks are blonde & long she was very mean dry & very unhelpful

Truck drivers: Do not park in the lot or on the side entrance street. They will tow you for $900. Even if you're only there a few hours. If you're inside shopping & show a receipt that might help.

I had a horrible experience that went unresolved. I had no customer service and nobody attempted to assist. After loading several heavy bags of dirt on a cart I had to search to find, at checkout the bar code was not in the system so I was told they didn't know what to do and could not sell me the items. I went to Lowes and got treated like royalty. Home depot lost a customer for life
