Ample parking that isn’t just reserved parking for once. Plenty of space to move around, a few of the pumps were offline but it didn’t slow traffic too much.Didn’t use the showers so unsure about the status of them.Skipped subway (why is it always subway) and went to the shop across the way. Pizza was decent, could have been a little more crispy but otherwise it was good.

Dated truck stop. Good parking. Only subway no PJ fresh. No decent breakfast sandwiches. Only Subway, which opens at 7am. 🚿 OK with good flow.Note: Dollar General other side of hwy walking distance. BP station in front with 🍺 🍻. (🍔, 🍕, CBD, pleasure shop all rolled into one next door, found over priced not great)

Very clean and maintained. Big parking lot. The employees were all friendly and on point. Nice restrooms and clean. Drivers lounge with is a big plus. And Subway was clean and employees helpful. Been coming for years and they are still going a good job here

Ice machine not working and the towels in the shower are damp. I guess folks here don't care to do the laundry. Dry towels are nice when ya can get them . As usual lots of out of order notes around the Pilot truck stop

Every time I'm stopping this place there is no receipt paper at the pump. I have to go inside which is in convenient number 1 number 2 then stand in line for 10 minutes. Just to get a receipt I will never go back

Nice truck stop, big PARKING lot, CAT scale, there's a bar-b-que truck that usually there. Right next to it is a trade/ antique/fruit store directly next door with great prices the peaches were amazing, and the hand held peach pocket was fresh cooked that day, everything local, and the owners are so friendly. The gentleman lives there and there was a TV and some chairs and a sofa set up when you walk in the door right next to the peaches and the tomatoes and he invited us to sit down with him and as he said his living room to watch the DNC and we enjoy a good conversation stop by really a nice little place to come by he told us that he loves truck drivers coming in just to conversate with

Huge parking area for truckers. The store was neat and clean, plus the staff was very friendly. If you're tired of Subway, I highly recommend the pizza.It was pretty good and you get it hot and fresh. But the absolutely best part of this pilot has got to be the views! You are surrounded by the amazing sight of some gorgeous mountains!

Power is on, but their computers haven't rebooted. They are so worried about someone stealing anything that they keep us locked out in the rain. Not allowing us to use the bathroom for hours. Zero sense of customer service or common courtesy.

Great place to park late at night. Always parking spots available. T.V room upstairs. Showers are always clean. No food bar but they do have Subway inside.

Do not use if you need diesel fromTruck stop area unless you have a corporate account. I fueled up one week with no issues the next week 29 Sep 2023 @ 10:45 am the lady with dark brown hair running the cashier argued although I had the receipt to prove fueling a week before - she would not sellMe diesel cash or credit. Offered to set me up a corporate account so imSure she could get a bonus or something off of me. I refused and left.

Super clean station and Subway restaurant. The service was great and I appreciate how clean the restrooms and general areas were kept. I'm a picky eater and the Subway people were courteous and made some great sandwiches.

Did a 34 hour reset here. Nice views of the mountains. Plenty of parking. Pretty nice truckstop and it has Subway inside. Wouldn't mind coming back here again.

This is about cashing scratch off tickets for the lottery:Employee David was not trained on lottery correctly. Got frustrated with the machines taking too long, and used 3 different machines. Then gave me 2 different totals , first 11.00 i pointed out there were no totals to equal 11.00, he rescanned then it was 17.00 , still missing 10.00 from what the tickets said, when the total wasnt what the ticket read his response was i can only pay what the ticket scanned. So i told him i would go next door and get them cashed.Went next door and they scanned already paid.So i came back and let them know all scan already paid.david said yeah i scanned them. The money is in my drawer.Another associate i didnt get the name little guy with glasses then took the tickets to one kiosk and scanned them all over again. Finding the 10.00 discrepancy.But didnt want to let me know until i pointed out the totals of what was left.I feel they tried to steal the 17.00 first . Since he knew it was still in his drawer, what was he going to do with that 17.00 he knew he was going to be over? Once i pointed out the 17.00 david already had a voucher for and the 10.00 additional voucher equals the value of the tickets, it was a lightbulb moment and the glasses guy said then you're all set we just need to pay you.All the mean while the girl behind the counter wasnt going to do anything when i came back because I left with the tickets. Until david said no the 17.00 they scanned for, is in my drawer, i never paid him.then she only wanted to give me the 17.00 instead of looking into what went wrong.Good training on the guy in the glasses to be able to look up by barcode and security code to find the discrepancy.Poor training on lottery, and the customer service of david and the woman.Sad part is i worked loss prevention for Ames and Family Dollar and there is a huge red flag about the woman and how she was acting and responded to david telling everyone the 17.00 was still in his drawer.I would definitely look into her.Minimal interaction but big impact on behavior in this situation.

My family and I stopped in on a trip and the store was dirty and looked really bad for a pilot. I was shocked. I think the thing that bothers me the most is that there are semi trucks parking in the side for cars and not where the semi trucks should be. I think Pilot encourages people to park in the car area because one of the semi trucks was a pilot semi. I think I would recommend taking your trip stops at another store to keep your kids from having to watch out for semi trucks that we know cant see small children or pets running around in a area designed for cars. I mean why do you even have a separate place for semis? Are you just trying to run off families to make more room for semi truck parking? I am very disappointed in pilot corporation for not looking out for the safety and well being of their automobile customers.

terrible isnt the word! showers have been down for days. only reason. because they dont have anybody to clean them...except there is 3-4 employees working the register. i called corperate and they told the manger to clean them she refused, than i offered to clean my own. still no. in retaliation of me calling corperate. i believe the lady angela and the other guy john...called the police on me saying i was being all sorts of beligerant and told the police i was in there with two black people. the cops showed up 5 deep all for them being lazy not wanting to clean showers. there is over 150 drivers there every night hot tired and dirty and you guys treat us like that. its insane. corperate is well aware of this situation from start to finish and hopefully john and angela pr what ever that old grey haired ladies name was loose their job!!

No food ever and if fountain drinks are even on I seen gnats around the nozzle. Parking is the only reason you should stop here. Wish it was better due to its prime location smh.

At most locations - Pilot has come a long way in the past few years. Their historic Truck Stop scene has now morphed into a Travel Center motif. Most are very clean, bright and well run. Usually there will be a restaurant, McDonalds, Arby's, Subway or etc located inside. These are becoming great places to stop at wle traveling.

Very clean and well maintained Pilot. Feels like it is hidden in the back off of the highway and I really like that. Restroom was clean as well. The subway there is actually taken care of and not a mess. I had no issues with fueling but I think they had one lane down when I pulled up. Plenty of parking as well at 1900 when I stopped there.

This place is very dirty and the employee Angela and John are very racist and rude I wouldn’t even recommend my dog to go there. The showers were closed due to them being lazy and not wanting to clean them that was the worst experience I ever had being on the road and having to stop there NEVER AGAIN!!

When we travel this is one of our stops. The bathroom area is always nice and clean. There is a subway connected to it. I also love the selection of adult biblical coloring books 😁

We live 6 miles down the road and try to buy local. With that being said, it is becoming very difficult to do. We fuel at least 3 times a week and are lucky if the pumps will work 1 out of those 3 times. I am starting to agree with one of the other reviews, worse pilot in the country.
