I was in here on 4JAN2024.These people are absolutely the best. Got in here 0600, truck was pulled in @ 0900. They found the issue right away after I explained what was going on, ans showed them a short video of what was going on. They feed me, got me fixed, up and rolling in about 2 1/2 -3 1/2 hours. Very professional, very polite. If I had 10 thumbs each and every thumb would be up.Awesome job. Thanks a bunch, and thanks for lunch.

Took my Peterbilt 2024 Truck in there with less than 20,000 miles for a simple software update, 10 days later, two times we were told to come pick up the truck only to find out that the truck still had issues so they said, hey let us make this right, we will drop it off for you once it is ready, it gets dropped off and still has problems. Bottom line, they don't know how to fix their own Peterbilt trucks, it has been proven with this experience.

I would like to thank David Steven and Ryan Goza for getting me rolling as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend their 24hr mobile mechanic to come and do your road repairs. I would tell and explain your situation to see if a mobile mechanic is worth coming versus you getting towed in. Overall Ringgold Ga - The Pete Store is outstanding. I will definitely use y’all again when needed. Thanks again David Steven and Ryan Goza.

I have never had such a hard time trying to pay a company money!! The Pete store now wants you to fill out a paper that they can keep with all my card information on it! Um NO THANK you! Who would do that! My husband dropped his truck off for repairs on f Monday , called the following Wednesday to see how it was going… the service department didn’t even know it was there! So no I do not have faith in the office. I tried to write a check but it kept getting declined ( by the check service they use) so I called my bank and the check service ( we are now all on three way)all while sitting in the lobby. My bank verified I had the funds to write the check and the check service still declined my check. Unbelievable! The manager was absolutely no help at all! So I have jumped threw hoops trying to pay my bill! Over an hour later…the young man at the counter finally calls accounting and they allow me to use my card without filling out the paper giving them all the information for anyone to use and still my money.over an hour in the office trying to give them several thousands of dollars!! You just can make this stuff up!! Do better ! Yes my husband is the truck owner but I am his wife( accountant) and encourage you all to say No to filling out such paperwork! The check verification company would not give me a reason for denying my check and hung up on me and my bank. We will no longer be using this company. 10 year customer here has walked away!

I you purchase parts from this store be careful because they will do anything just to some money out of you.. including lying about there return policy's.. and core refund.. Don't TRUST those Parts Reps..

I had a piece of rebar come thru my window and shatter it. I called there at 330 to see if they could get more in today. John the body shop manager said they closed at 4. He then went and talked to a tec and both of them waited for me and had me out in an hour. Can't begin to thank them enough. They now have a new customer for life.

On 2015 Mar 13 are company purchased are first Peterbilt from this location . Just turned half million mile . We had a great luck with that truck never had any major issue or ever had to tow. It was a Peterbilt 579, thank you for the great sale. We definitely have a trust in the Peterbilt.

This Pete shop is awesome. Very friendly. They even buy you lunch if your here during that time. They got me right in after I got here and was working hard to get me out of here. Had to stay the night they even dropped me at hotel room.

You get absolutely horrible service here. My husband brought his truck here to get fixed it was here for two weeks for them to work on. We just picked our truck up and hour ago and are already having to go back because they did not fix his truck. This is the second time we have brought his truck here. The first time we left with a flat tire and did not have one when we arrived. Of course they tried blaming it on my husband. These are some sorry lazy people that work here.

5 stars isn't enough. Went thru the body shop to get my windshield replaced, I'm in a T680 but luckily the 579 uses the same one, didn't see the invoice but my maintenance guy said it was way less expensive than anywhere in the area. The only thing I can say remotely negative is the property won't accommodate a dropped trailer very well but they do have room for a couple outside the gate beside the road, there's a Circle K next exit south that will let you drop it there in the back 40 & it never really seemed to fill up. I couldn't get in with enough time to get me but said that if I got there when the body shop opens at 7am they'd get right on me, got there at 7:15 & they had the bay waiting on me "so nice to come across ppl that actually do what they say they'll do". Was rolling at 12:15, can't beat 5 hrs in and out, had my dash cam/easy pass & horizon scout mounted perfectly, all the way back to Louisville was in pretty good rain with no evidence of any leaks. Everyone there was super nice and very professional & if you're there in the shop at lunch time they buy you lunch "it's from a real restaurant that had a very nice selection", I opted not to have lunch as I really needed to be rolling. Place was very clean although the drivers lounge was a little small but not bad & the seats were very comfortable and not broke down. Most every other dealership needs to come take some notes here.

I want to thank Zach for getting my driveline back in .Once my driveline was back from getting rebuilt he had it done in no time. I also want to say thank you to the guys that brought me back and forth from the hotel to the dealership. That saved me the hassle of getting a cab or using Uber.PSA— If you drop your trailer outside the gate DO NOT leave anything of value on it. To no fault of the dealership my tarps ended up getting stolen off my flatbed.

Horrible, Horrible service. If you bring your truck here just go on vacation for about a week then come back and maybe they will have your truck ready. They don't really seem to care, that's the really bad part. Heartless people.

Called 5 different peterbilt dealers in ga all but this one said be days before plugging into truck to see why derate check engine light on. Got there at 1pm truck was fixed and done at 6pm. Friendly service writers that will go above and beyond needed a truck moved to drop my loaded trailer on concrete pad around back he found the keys and moved the truck so I could drop trailer. Although martins peterbilt in ky is my home dealer I use, feels good to know I can count on this place when I’m in ga and can’t get home. Will do business with these guys again.

After Greg arscott noticed I posted a review he has now made it clear that me waiting 9 months for my trucks that I ordered like I wanted not the way they wanted to deliver. Is now came up that he is wanting to part ways in his words amicably so after learning this where do you think this is fair to me. Now notice at least one truck doesn’t have a bed on it for sure and he’s wanting me to buy these wrong beds instead of trying to help my situation. So the owner Greg is really setting a good example for his team to go by and that is they are not Burger King and your not gonna get it your way. I’m sure I will have more posts if I’m not getting trucks my way.

Scott in the parts department is hands down the best customer service representative I've dealt with in a very long time! He went above and beyond to help get parts for our motorhome when other parts departments left me confused and frustrated. I HIGHLY recommend them. AND Scott deserves a raise!

I stopped at this establishment today to try to get a headlight fixed and after waiting for 3 hrs . For a technician to even look at my truck he informed me that they didn't have the parts for the repair.and I couldn't wait until the next day so I couldn't get the problem fixed there he spent m15inutes at my truck and I didn't get anything done and they still charged me 170 dollars for absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely nothing

Really good people here , my ac had just gone out on my truck and they got me in on short notice. Come to find out they had to replace a lot of different things, I wasn't sure they could even do it today. I wasn't looking forward to driving to TX with no AC , but one of the guys stayed after business hours to get it done . Thank yall so much! I will highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done . Good news they are only 15mins from my house :)Btw thanks for the rubber circle for my glad hand.
