I got my mom some flowers for her birthday and they were so beautiful my mom loved them. I walked in not knowing what I was going to get. They had some arrangements in the cooler to pick from. They help me by walked me through different prices and what flowers my mom may like. The flowers lasted for a good amount of time. I would definitely be going back the next time I need flowers.

I can not say enough about these precious people. A florist that truly has a passion for what they do and cares about the people they serve. My mother in law passed away and by the time my husband decided he had to have flowers it was 4pm on Wednesday and the service was at 10:30am Thursday. Our Aunt Jane recommended Ringgold Florist so I called and left a message, then quickly realized the time and called again. They answered the phone and although they are closed on Wednesdays the owner called the lady who would be working the next morning. Allison called us, took my husbands order and we sent her pictures. They not only went above and beyond and met the deadline, they far exceeded our expectations by knocking my husbands vision for his mothers flowers out of the park! They were beyond gorgeous - they were truly the most exquisite spray we had ever seen! Words of gratitude are not near enough for you all! This is the third year in a row I have received flowers from my company that have come from Ringgold Florist, and for three years in a row, the roses in the arrangement were dead within days. I will have one or two dead the next day then the rest within three. Flowers should last at least a week. Minimum.

My mother ordered flowers for our Aunts funeral. Over $80 for an arrangement that wasn't half as nice as the photo on their page. They also didn't even add the note with who the flowers were from! When my mother called to complain she was told the florists told her that it was done exactly as the picture and it was not. I wish we had taken a photo. (Ruth & Doyle had one there of the same design that was perfect) She was also told the funeral home told her that family was taking the cards off. FALSE. My mother was the first one there with one of my aunts daughters. No one took anything off of anything. They also knew she was upset about it so someone would have mentioned it if that were the case. Both people at the funeral home and some family members all commented they did not like Ringgold Florist. My advice is to get your flowers somewhere else.

Ringgold Florist did an amazing job creating and delivering an arrangement for my mother. The online ordering process was easy, prices competitive, follow up communication was great, the delivery was on time and thorough, and the floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful and top class. I called 3 days prior to needing flowers for a wedding. Jamie was so very helpful and talked me through the process. She was given very little information because I didn't have all the specifics and when we went in on Saturday to pick them up, I cried because they were BEAUTIFUL and was PERFECT. Thank you for making a dream come true for two special people. Also, an added bonus was the screen door on the front and when I opened it, it quickly reminded me of home where I grew up. Way to go Ringgold Florist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mistakenly ordered from a website that seemed to be Ringgold florist. They failed to deliver. I called Ringgold florist, and they immediately made things better. Same day delivery and terrific customer service! I’d recommend calling them directly. Thank you so much.

Ordering flowers from a web site can be "iffy", so I called Ringgold Florist and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful lady. Today I received a call asking if my order could be delivered a day early due to possible inclement weather. I just got a photo and a call from the recipient and the arrangement ordered is gorgeous and exactly as presented on the web site. The phone call about the weather was above and beyond what most florists have done in the past. I would not hesitate to use this florist again!

Big big disappointment!! Got my Bridal Bouquet in November from this store. The Bouquet didn't looked at all like the one we picked out and on top of it, the flowers were not fresh they already turned bad, like they had no water....We paid $180 dollar for a huge disappointment on my biggest day! Thank God my Mother in Law is very talented and made another Bouquet a day before (which didn't turned bad at all!!!) I would have thrown to the air to catch for the Guests/Bridesmaids, so I took this one instead which was the way better option!!

I ordered flowers online in the deluxe arrangement. When the flowers arrived it didn't look like the picture from online. The flowers were all there but not arranged like the picture. In the picture there were in levels putting the nicer flowers in view and filler flowers behind them. The arrangement looked like a kid without training had put them in. You can hardly see the nicer flowers at all and the cheaper flowers are in the spotlight. I understand that it was a one sided arrangement be the flowers should still be arranged better were from one side they are still visible. There is more to a good arrangement than the flowers themselves. When I called they very nice but refused to do anything except get the flowers and give me a refund. This would have been perfect if they were not delivered as a gift. I am not going to go to someone and say excuse me I am taking back your gift, that would be extremely rude. Plus this is the second time this has happened and I felt stuck between being rude or being happy with the outcome.

I use them twice every year, for Mom's birthday and for Mother's Day. Her landlady sends me pictures of Mom with her flowers and they are always beautiful. I call them direct, and they are always very polite and nice. Remember that florists are limited sometimes with what flowers they have on hand. I just tell them the size/price point, and they never disappoint.

Ordered a bouquet for prom. Emailed the picture of what my sons date wanted. Prepaid of course. Picked up the day of prom as they recommended. Well it looks like the photo ONLY in that it has the same flowers( roses and baby’s breath) . I asked If they had more baby’s breath to add to it incase my sons girlfriend wanted more, but I’d take a picture of it first to send to her. In a rude tone, the dark haired lady says (as she’s starts moving around the baby’s breath in my bouquet to make it look bigger ?) “ We don’t have anymore baby’s breath. I mean it looks JUST LIKE the photo but if you want to send her the picture you can” and walks away to the back leaving me standing there! So I said to the woman ..over there ...at the register “well if you don’t have anymore of what this bouquet needs what would be point of taking a picture, right”.I left and I will never go back. It’s Not so much the lack baby’s breath and not exactly like the photo it’s now ALL IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hope for the best of you use this place!

I saw a ad for this florist on rossville ringgold yard sale. I messaged the woman to get a price of a bouquet with a live plant in a truck a red truck. The woman couldn't answer my questions got smart with me told me I should contact the florist directly. I told her I was replying to the ad it didn't state you should contact the florist directly. Told her if she didn't want people messaging her private account then maybe she should post it on a different account. Rude nasty would never buy anything from here. The rude woman's name was Jami. No one expected a reply at 6:00 in the morning. She replied when she felt like replying and she could have simply said the arrangements go from $30 to $100 as you did don't act like you know me or know the situation when you weren't even involved in it. I as I said would never do business with you rude and nasty people and then you're going to act like it was me who was rude and nasty

My husband purchased an amazing expensive floral arrangement from here for me for our anniversary. While it was a beautiful arrangement, it was way overpriced and the flowers were all dead within one week. The florist told him the vase he picked was worth $75, of which it was probably a $5.00 vase. I wouldn't purchase from here again.

If i could rate zero i would !!! So disappointed!! I ordered flowers here 20 years ago and said i would never use them again . I ordered flowers for a funeral of a familys members fatherI paid 100$ for a 15 x 15 and it was maybe 5x12 . I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I am big into not giving bad google reviews but this is crazy

Order my sons proms corsage and boutnieer from here.. asked for 2 colors. Cream and Fusia flowers with black ribbon. Went to pick the flowers up on Saturday and what was made was a corsage with black ribbon and blush flowers.. That's not cream and fusia.. they said that I was order number 62 and they ran out of the color I asked for. I feel like they should have called and told me that they couldn't do what I asked. Was very disappointed. The only reason I gave 2 stars is bc the corsage was pretty just not the right color at all!
