I don't think I ever been to a Publix I didn't like, and this one is no exception. In fact, I've never quite seen one like this. The Publix I'm used to normally maintain a thematic white-green tonality but this one looks like it took inspiration from a Whole Foods - I really like it! They also certainly swanked up their selection too; for example, I don't remember Publix ever having a fresh salad bar. Interesting! The rest of the staples we've come to know from them are still there and the people are all equally wonderful. The staff is so friendly and helpful, as has been the case with every Publix I've been to, and the selection really can't be beat. The clerk Morgan at the deli was very friendly, funny, and sociable; she did an amazing job remembering and keeping up with sandwich orders while maintaining engaging conversation. The young gentleman with the glasses and beard in the deli was also very friendly and helpful. I don't come here very often unfortunately because of the drive, but this is my absolute go-to for special treats like the subs or items I can't get at my local grocers. Can't recommend enough!

Stopped to grab some soup for a dear friend going through chemo treatments... and they were out of her favorite. The amazing staff at the deli made her a fresh batch! Excellent customer service!

For the most part, I normally have an amazing experience at this public. It's normally very clean everyone's very nice. There have been a few occasions that there have been certain things that have happened but normally they're cleared up very well. I will give a 5 star review in the future. As I continue to go and if it continues to stay in the good grocery sthe standards.

Always come for the subs.. can never go wrong there.. hot or cold, this is always my fist stop anytime I would come down here on vacation.. but I couldn't stay away so now I moved here to be closer. . I regret nothing!

Everything is easy to find and the store was clean.If you need a raincheck for any items that are not in stock they are good for 30 days. The employees were very friendly.

Publix, is that go-to grocery store for most people who want that next level shopping experience without the next level prices. They usually have just about everything in store that fuels a normal household with a lot of extra items. It's always very tidy and organized inside. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly.

The Florist, Kitty, was super helpful and friendly. She understood what I wanted to do have prepared for my friend. The flowers and vase were better than my I expected.

Love having a Publix nearby. Unfortunately the seafood quality is really questionable. I'm pretty sure it's from over-ordering product. I tried to get some salmon from instacart and it was spoiled when I opened it. I threw it out and went to buy some different cuts but they all looked pretty bad 😞 I got a pizza

The unicorn cupcake was absolutely beautiful and delicious.. in the other hand I got 4 balloons blown up and they charged me 8.50 for em and I didn't even get all of em the car one flew away cause the string was not attached right I was so pissed.. customer service was good and all the employees was friendly and very helpful

Staff is super friendly. The only service exception is the service deli which can be hit or miss and bakery not always available. Meat department staff always actively approaches most customers offering help. Front end is always on point!

Everything smelled great and the store looked great and all the workers were wonderful! I only got a handful of things and my total was 70.40🤦‍♀️ other than that it was only my second time in the store it was great. Just wish it had not cost so much . Was a crazy line at the deli. ( we had called and ordered ahead for a 2 subs ) even though they were packed the gentleman in this picture took his time , and did a great job my husband and his buddy said it was great, and they will get subs from here again , for sure. He was very polite to me , asked if I was Alicia and brought the sub right to my cart when he was done with them.Thank you!

I was so happy to have Publix stores in Georgia and Tennessee. Have been a lifelong Publix shopper.Everyone at this location has been so wonderful to deal with-- in EVERY department!!It is ALWAYS a pleasure to shop here, and I love my BOGO'S!!

As always, a Publix trademark, friendly and very attentive front end staff! Deli staff was on ito n my last visit as well! I heard them talking amongst themselves about how wore out they all were from Thanksgiving, which was just 2 days before my visit, and boy do every single one of them deserve a vacation! :)Thank You to every staff member of the Fort O Publix for making this location so unique!

Poor customer service and management at the deli section.Ordered ahead a sandwich, then arrived at the time it should have been ready, it wasn't, I was then told it would be ready momentarily --- 30 minutes later still nothing (1 hour total to prepare a sandwich and still nothing). Eventually left without the sandwich, I'm not going to wait 1 1/2 hours for a sandwich.Whoever was managing the deli section (appeared to be some dude with brown hair) was an unorganized moron who wasted my time. I don't plan on ordering anything in the future.

Google ask me to give an update. So...I've been going to this same Publix for at least 4 years now. There have only been a couple of times, service wasn't great or that the deli wasn't up to their usual great standards. Otherwise, this is my store of choice & they are honestly the best. Everyone, every company has bad days here or there. Both times, they went under the radar it was very hectic in the store. It even caused me to be off while trying to shop. So i don't hold a couple of times against them. The deli is usually popping & sometimes the wait times are a bit annoying but it's understandable as they strive to make each customer happy. I appreciate that the meats, whether they be Publix brand or Boars are always fresh looking & tasting. Same for the cheese and veggies. I do wish they would do better with the hot plated items. Sometimes, I don't feel like dealing with dinner & want warm/hot food. A few times, I've gone in & soup bar has been extremely low to empty as well as the items over by the warmer. Some of the hot/warm food isn't very eye catching & appearsto have been sitting a while without being stirred or refreshed. The deli is always clean, no matter how busy they may get.The store itself is always clean as well. Shelves are always stocked well. The meat/fish dept always looks great too. Self checkout can be annoying but sometimes it's more convenient to use. The cashiers are always super nice & friendly. The parking lot is great as there are plenty of places to park, traffic flows smoothly in/out. You never have to worry about roll away buggies as the employees are always gathering them to go back in unlike all of the other stores. I'm thankful that Publix has pride & care for their customers.

This place always looks empty until you go to checkout then cashier's are always backed up and you get it faster to self checkout but then you have to wait for someone to come over a check your id when buying wine. I get the id check but have more lines open.

I love this store. I drive 30-35 minutes to get there, not because it's the closest store but because it's a nice store, quality food, clean store and the employees seem happy to be there.

I usually live Publix. I think it's the greatest when it comes to grocery stores. Lately this Publix is not clearly marking sale items, mainly in the produce section.
