I don’t know what’s going on with this store but since the upgrade sometime ago this store has gone downhill not only have I continuously bought products that were stale but just today I went to the store and the power was out. There’s always something wrong with this store from not having bags stale food, Rude workers, And just in general, the store is nasty. All this is happened since they did their upgrade and remodel. When I said something to an employee, she said they were under new management. I thought Walmart was bad, but they’re coming in almost right up there with Walmart as a horrible place to shop

Rodney is one of the most caring, intelligent people I have met in my life, and those in management at Food Lion should consider themselves blessed to have such an employee! This gentleman needs to be given a management role where he can fully utilize his God-given talents. He has touched our family in a positive, powerful way in a simple transaction checking our groceries. Imagine what he can do when the path is opened up. Thank you for having such awesome folks like him!

Went to food Lion to get food for everybody in the house use their card to get a discount they have handicap parking everybody in the store was very nice and helpful.

This is my store! No, I don't own it or even work there, it's just close to my house and I love their store brand drinks and the employees are very friendly. They also have INSTACART now.

The management is outstanding, (thanks J.). The "hands on employee's" are super nice and very knowledgeable and ready to lend a hand anytime needed, (thanks S.). The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The store is bright, clean, and very well organized and maintained! They have a great selection of products and prices to match and offer great deals on everyday products, and have daily and weekly sales and markdowns! I highly recommend #2543! I am a Food Lion loyalty customer of many year's and plan on being one until I am no longer in need of life's daily needs to survive!!!!! 😃 ✌ §panky

Very respectable nice employees. Always clean. Changes made to the deli/bakery and vegetables/fruit areas are nice but a bit crowded up front to me. Its great to have little buggies for the young ones to help shop with. The Bubble Gum machine was moved and when kids stand there to decide on what they want it usually takes forever and it gets in the way of people coming in and makes the door open and close over and over.

I prefer Food Lion beef over anyone. I know things have to upgrade but I liked being able to see my butcher before. At least there's still a bell to ring to get a real person, if you need something you don't see out on the display.

A big shout out to this store. Everything is always clean and neat and we can’t help but to praise a manager named Christian. He is so polite and an asset to not only the store but Food Lion itself. It’s just a pleasure talking with him whenever we are in the store.

I usually shop at there locations at Rocky Face and Varnell. This one seems to have more selections. Clean and well organized, like all their other stores I have visited, ample parking, and if you use their coupons and other promotions or shop their own private name products, most of them excellent quality, not expensive, compared to other grocery stores. Some of their items are even cheaper than what you may find them in bargain outlets.

I'm in this FL every single day, sometimes multiple times a day and it is always clean and they provide good customer service. I have been at all different time of day throughout every day of the week in every month and this place is never 2 crowded. Even before holidays, the wait in a line would never exceed about 10 minutes. This is a quick get in and get out grocery store for sure with good deals and cheap prices. They always have everything I need and have always since I've lived in Ringgold for nearly 5 years now. Thank you Food Lion!

They don't have much I can eat. I am gluten free and not by choice. ADDENDUM: During the pandemic I was able to get a few things here, but now they have quit selling my certified gluten free pickles. They have mostly good, but just a few, organic veggies. I stand by what I said.

Ringgold location night shift alot of young people and most very unfriendly stays propped up on the counters using cell phones. When the store is busy they are rude and slow. However there is two young men cashiers collin and Gavin who no matter what are always smiling always friendly not on their phones offer fast service and just makes your day a little better when they are there instead the ones that could care less and are just there for the paychecks these two young men deserve a raise for their hard work friendly and professional attitudes and service

Found items that I needed to ginosh my grocery list. That other stores around me carry on stock. Very clean store, & very friendly staff. Helped me find some items also so I didn't hv go over the whole store several times to locate. They found for me & brought to me. That is good customer service. Thank you Food Lion in Ringgold, Ga.

I go here to buy my grandsons formula due to the fact this is the only place in Ellijay that has it. This place is always clean and the folks are EXTREMELY friendly. The prices are very good and the food is plentiful. Great prices and friendly folks are always a good draw for customers. The veggies are fresh and clean- not like wallyworldmart that gas a lot of brown spots on the food. Everyone should go and give them a look over.🐣

Pretty disappointed ,the person checking me out was Melody, and there was no “How was your day” or “Welcome to Food Lion”.Not even a smile . I went to this store because it is close to where I live. Maybe I should travel farther so I could at least get some type of greeting.
