store is never stocked with what we need. even when the app says that 5he store has so many in stock. and I live just 2 mins away. and by the time 8 get there , there is nothing in the shelf, but the app still says it has so many on the shelf... sounds like to me the management needs to quit just writing numbers in and they need to get off there butts and go do an inventory count, that way the right amount of items can be ordered and then the shelves could stay stocked for once. store needs corporate to come in and straighten things up and keep it in a good running manor.bc y'all loosing money every time some one walks in and has to walk right back out bc there 8s never anything on the shelves .💯

have a very rude attitude about helping you in any way & one cashier told me they didn’t blow up the balloons up anymore and the other said they did but charged $2 per balloon. Charged me for blowing up the balloons but didn’t even have string for any of them , lost 3 on the way out. Waste of money , don’t get balloons here.

Every time we go into the place to get balloons blown up they act like they don’t want to do it. Or that they don’t have anything.Then after a bit of kind of going round with them they do everything they say they can’t.They act like they don’t have anything or just plain don’t want to do it.I don’t know if they lack confidence to use helium or what. I don’t know why they sell balloons if they can’t provide the services they claim they have.

Not the best stocked location. I'm there almost everyday. I actually lost my hearing aids there a couple weeks ago. No one has turned them in so I guess there gone.

The store was very clean and well stocked. The ladies that helped me get some totes down were very nice. But the gentleman that raing me up was not as nice. He was playing on his phone and when I said "thank you, have a good day" he didn't reply as his phone was more important than a farewell. Other than that I would have given it a 5 start rating.

AWESOME! Millie, Teresa, David, Pam...everyone are so friendly & helpful. We are always greeted & treated like friends/family. Employees really take pride in their work there. When employees aren't helping customers they are stocking or straightening up the store. The bathroom is always clean & stocked. Prices are great, LOVE the digital coupons & sales.

This store NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER HAS ANYTHING STOCKED! I live close by and it’s really is a inconvenience when you go in there and absolutely just about everything is cleared out. All the other Dollar General stores are completely stocked. What is going on with this store? I know it has to be one of the busier stores which you would think you would keep stocked. Get it together Corporate Office!

They never seem to have enough cashiers to handle the amount of customers. This is a busy store especially in the evenings. They have 3 cash registers but most of the time only one is open at the most two. Sometimes 2 isnt even enough. I love the Dollar General and the employees are always super nice and helpful but hate long lines that take way too long to get through.

Its a normal Dollar General except for management leaves employees in time of need and expects them to be key holders without pay for the job and that causes hard working people to become irritated and slows down job production. customers having to hear about the lack of leadership while spending money there isn't what corporate should want at all. They've always had what I went into the store to buy. This location needs a great manager with great people skills

Love this place but sign on door says masks required yet no employees were wearing masks and check out person was obviously sick and coughing. Normally 5 stars as this store is new and very clean.

The store needs people to care about the store and not just stick products anywhere they can find a hole. There was not a rhyme or reason for where things were put at all it looked like they just threw it anywhere and the receipt tape you can't even read it because it's so faded. You need to do a lot of work on that store

Great new store. Shop here a lot. Only downside is that it seems like their cash registers are always having problems. I know they’ve installed and repaired these several times, but they are still having problems.

I was at the Dollar Store in Ringgold on November 23rd when a grandmother brought her little granddaughter (about 6yrs old) and told the cashier that the little girl had taken something without paying and that she wanted to give it back, Well the cashier started screaming at the little "DO YOU WANT TO GO TO JAIL BECAUSE I AM JUST THE PERSON THAT CAN DO THAT!" And she went ON and ON so that everyone in the store could hear her the grandmother was so embarrassed she just took the little girl by the sholders and left the store with her crying. I'm not a expert on how to handle the teaching of a child right from wrong, but I'm pretty sure she should Not have screamed at that little girl the way she did!!!

I love shopping at Dollar general stores but it is sad u dont pay your workers more and give them more hours this is why u have such a turnover. Why some of stores look like dumps cant get to the shelves to shop.

Worst customer service in the history of DG stores. The employees act like it kills them to do their jobs. And they are always bickering about something. The cashier with the dark lined lipstick is the absolute rudest cashier I’ve ever met in my entire life.

Ok kind messy. Of all coupons i can not use any out of 242 coupons. The same things i buy never have coupons.my sister ask me to come back today worse. Messy the staff was not friendly and digital coupons did not work and they say sorry we put back all my sisters things except cat liter that dix not offer nothing. And did not care they lost a sale. I like the stores i go in. But this is the worst store in ga. I have 250 coupons and why even do it. Please listen to these reviews and do something about it.

New store old managers! Great place to stop and shop! Complete grocery isles and some clothes also! Hugh inside! Easy in and out plus plenty of parking at all times!

Went in because the laundry mat across the street was out of change. I ask if he could give me change. He said no. I asked if I buy something, he said he would have to give me large currently first . Not quarters. Guess what, you just lost my business. If you can't help out with a simple request and be a friendly neighbor to another business in your area, then you don't deserve my business.

This location seems bigger. It's a new store and it's clean and usually busy when I have been there. I did notice that they have 1 self checkout but I did not use it.
