I love CVS for their Pharmacy. The Pharmacist is always helpful and ready to answer any questions I might have. I also love the extra care bucks. They have saved me a lot of money.

Carla and Dasia are the most bitter, rude, and miserable people I unfortunately come in contact with more than I would like. They hate their jobs, it’s written all over their face and evident in their attitudes every single time I encounter them at the drive thru. I have been using this pharmacy for over two years now and have only had a handful of decent experiences with other employees because Carla and Dasia seem to work the drive thru everyday. I don’t even think more training would help these two. They are just flat out hateful. If you hate your job and customers so much why don’t you quit and find something else? Customers should not have to cringe every time they see a certain employee working.

I have two conditions, one which needed immediate antibiotics, and the second I needed the Covid antiviral….. my doctor immediately called the medication around 1:30…. I can to CVS around 3pm…. The pharmacist was leisurely chatting with a customer on personal matters, this went on for around 7-10 minutes (I feel my perception could have been filled in that time) and I’m standing there with a 102.5 temp…. Finally after get to the counter, the lady says…”oh no sir that’s not near enough time….. then last night a family member went to pick up the antibiotics and the antiviral for Covid, and guess what?!? They couldn’t accept my insurance because the system was down… so I couldn’t afford the Covid medication, and had to pay full price for the antibiotic because had I not have started it I would have become septic….I HAVE CAREMARK insurance YOUR PARENT COMPANY!!!!! You guys are a real danger to patients…..if I were in a well condition, I would have transferred my medication to Walgreens being I had to pay full price…..How many other patients have went through this, but maybe ended up in the hospital or even died because you couldn’t feel the script because your “system”was down and they couldn’t afford the their medication without insurance

Aaron the pharmacist helped me tremendously with filling a prescription using a savings card. He went above and beyond for over two days to help me get it pushed through. I will be forever grateful for this man given how important this medicine is for me !

For the second time this year. They have handed me a prescription back from the Hospital and said it’s missing some number to cross state lines and they can’t fill it. They didn’t try to get the correct information. The hospital will not give this number that is needed to you if you call. Must be a Pharmacist to get the number. Failed to provide proper service.
