Was in there to pick up some denture cleaner for the hubby. Noticed on line the price was 7.99 for the 120 count. When I asked the cashier why the store price was higher (9.49) was told in a rude tone that 7.99 price was only if it was ordered online. I could have done that and waited an hour to pick it up, but I was in the store and I would think cvs would price match what was online for their customer. Guess I was wrong! Guess I'll go somewhere else too.

We were forced to use CVS by our current insurance provider. I hated it from the beginning which has only been a few months. This pharmacy is the absolute worst that we have ever used. They don't do what they promise to do. Then fabricate lies in an attempt to hide their ineptitude. Just absolutely horrible. Publix pharmacy was and is so much better and far and away more dependable. I hope the whole CVS brand doesn't function this way throughout the country. If so it won't be long before they close their doors. Service like this for medications that are needed for the well being of people is absolutely unacceptable. I hope that this review is seen by management and swift action is taken to sure up the current way things are being handled.

I like this location of CVS. Enjoying that Care Pass plan. I take advantage of the Buy one get one deals. Used to like the clothes they carried. Now they aren't attractive. Still pricey.

This is my neighborhood cvs today I felt like the pharmacist that was on call today was very rude. I have never felt so disrespectful dealing with this CVS the whole 18 years of me living here.. I ask him for Avril Colde an Sinus ...i gave him my license which is a paper license because my license is on the way. He proceeded to say the system did not recognize my license to try back in 5 minutes. I said OK so do you want me to try back in 5 minutes he said I don't know, The system is statewide and it monitors this brand. I said OK the lady from the back had to step in because she understood that he was being rude too and said that it recognizes paper licenses because she has done it several times... it means that the system is down statewide , it had nothingto do with me .. I asked him to ring up my other item... Which he did...I said thank you for your help and he walked off... didn't saying you welcome or anything. I feel like that was very rude and disrespectful for you to be a person that claims to help...

4825 Battlefield Parkway CVS. Very disappointed. Made appointments for my 3 children's 1st and 2nd vaccine shots. The 1st appointment went just as expected. However, upon arrival for our 2nd shot at our appointed time, 4pm, we find out that an appointment really means nothing. 5 people just walked in, with no appointment, so we wait. What is the point in making an appointment? It was not honored. Noone even apologized. Oh well. Who cares about customer service anymore?Oh, "Schedule your vaccine ahead of time so you can get out faster." Our appointment was at 4pm. They got their shots at 4:43pm. Not what I consider 'getting out faster'.

I'm really tired of having to make 2 trips to CVS every time I need a prescription filled. Once to drop it off then 4 hours later to go pick it up. They make it clear they don't want you to ask to wait. Today they gave me 3 wrong prescriptions I didn't ask for and didn't give me the one I needed!!! So I had to make a THIRD trip to CVS to pick up ONE prescription!!! This isn't the first time this has happened either!!! Over worked staff filling automatic refills rather than filling the prescriptions you need. They need to hire some more help or something. The service is awful. I have to wait in a line every time I go.

It is absolutely ridiculous that you go to a pharmacy and the pharmacy is closed, but the rest of the store is open. may as well. Just be a gas station.

We have been using this pharmacy for almost two years and as of today we will not be going back. We have had a bad experience with them in the past, but I know everyone makes mistakes so we let it slide. My most recent experience cost them our business. Long story short, I dropped off two prescriptions. They lost one and the other was not ready when they said it would be. The latter is not that big of an issue, but still adds to my frustration. The pharmacist called my doctor's office to verify that there was a prescription and made it sound as if I were lying when I told them I dropped one off. Once I left they called to tell me they finally had found the misplaced prescription. We had to make three separate trips to the pharmacy just to get the prescriptions filled. We will be using a different pharmacy from now on.

I ordered a calendar for my wife for a mother’s gift. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have it ready. Then I told my wife about it, so we both went into the store and sat down and re ordered a calendar with pictures she wanted in the calendar. Later they said the order was ready so I went in the next day and they said “ohh we don’t make those calendars anymore” Then why make it an option!! So unprofessional and unhelpful. Thanks for ruining my wife’s first Mother’s Day.

I went today to pick up supplies for my husband, who was tested today for COvid. This CVS is right down the road from the health department, so one would think they would exercise safety measures to protect customers from COvid exposure. I was amazed at how lax they were. Many customers did not have masks on. I went in long checkout line and manager came to open extra register. When he left area, he came right up to me with his mask around his chin to solicit me to buy a care pass. I imagine he is around a lot of customers in there who have covid (they do covid testing there and the line goes right through the store). Employee checking me out also had his mask down so his nose wasn’t covered. This is not a place to go if you wear a mask and wish others did as well. I have a mother I care for who is vulnerable so I have a real need to not be exposed. Won’t be giving them any more business!

They are always pretty slow and I try to just be patient and sick it up but tonight really upset me. My almost 2 yr old son was diagnosed with strep a little before 5p and is miserable. His doctor said he needed a dose of his antibiotic immediately and another dose before bed. We needed to get 2 doses in him today. We also needed his lidocaine asap for the pain. I called cvs at 5p and was told it would take an hour. That alone frustrated me but we ate dinner then I drove down there. I walked to the counter at 630 and was told his meds were STILL not ready an hour and a half after I'd been told 1 hour, and that I'd need to wait another 15 mins!!! I waited those 15 mins and was then was told they only had one of the meds in stock. If they had informed me of that sooner I wouldn't have had to rush franticly trying to find another pharmacy with his lidocaine before places started closing for the night. I took his antibiotic but walked out without the lidocaine. He ended up not getting his antibiotic until 7p, so that means he is not going to be able to get 2 doses before bed. Thankfully after trying THREE different CVS locations, I was able to get his lidocaine from Walgreens. I called them at 730 and they were able to get his prescription transferred and filled before they closed at 8p. It took CVS 2 hours to get me his antibiotic and Walgreens less than 20 mins to get me his lidocaine! I'm only giving them 2 stars because I did end up getting the antibiotic and the staff was kind despite being incredibly slow. I'm pretty upset that my baby didnt get both doses of medicine he needed though.

Staff in the pharmacy are extremely rude. I've waited countless days for them to process a much needed prescription and they become extremely hateful when you ask to wait. I'm definitely going to a different location and would not recommend them to anyone.

pharmacy is the WORST. AND IF YOU CLOSE THE PHARMACY AT 8. Do NOT say online you close later than that. Just rude. My Rx was supposed to be ready five hours ago from the hospital & they would not fill today at all. I was expecting a text saying it was ready and after calling a total of 10 different times today (most of the time it wouldn’t even ring) and getting the autobot every single other time over the course of the hours it still had not been filled just said “pending”. Also one of the calls they put me on hold and after 13 minutes it just ended all the sudden. Literally the worst pharmacy in town. They told me “your only choice is to get it sent to the 24 hour one across town” I shouldn’t have to do that because your employees don’t do their jobs too great 😂😂😂😂

Angela provided me with the WORST customer service. I went to print out a picture which printed green and rather than fixing rhe issue, she blamed it on me. She then tried to charge me over $14 for a 6x4 picture which was supposed to be $.35 and kept arguing with me about how the computer can sense if the photo is a passport photo which was a lie. As soon as I asked for her district managers information she said she didn't know and she was only trying to help😂 She had the worst attitude and should not be in customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

The pharmacy staff here is not only rude they are incompetent! First, a pharmacy tech suggested I could mix a med in applesauce... my 7 DAY OLD INFANT CANNOT HAVE APPLESAUCE! Second... well you can mix it in formula... me: I'm breastfeeding. Her: do you have formula? Me: ummm I'm breastfeeding? Her: ok so no formula? Me: no. I'm breastfeeding so no formula. Her: ok well then I don't really know. Then after calling my Pediatrician he suggested adding a flavor to the medication. So I go back the next month for a refill... Me: Hi I need my refill and I need to add grape flavoring. Her: it is technically already flavored. Me: yes I know but the doctor said they do better with the additional flavoring. Her: but it comes with mint flavor already. Me: yes ma'am I know I want more flavoring.... *walks away* her: well if I flavor it, it will cost $2.99. Me: OK? I still want it. Her: I don't know how it will taste with grape flavoring. Are you sure? Me: I guess we will find out because I want the grape and the mint both, just like my MD suggested. Then she walks off like I asked her to chop her arm off and cover it in grape flavoring. EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE REFILLED THIS PRESCRIPTION THE SAME SCENARIO HAPPENS!!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME! #INCOMPETENT

They've lost several prescriptions, do not notify you if out of stock of your medications and now I've waited 3 weeks for them to process a much needed prescription through my insurance. I'm definitely going to a different location.

We are moving to another Pharmacy after they changed from a 24 HR Pharmacy to a limited hour pharmacy. We think this is a major managerial and demographic blunder for the subdivisions and growing communities in the area. We have been using this CVS Pharmacy for +10 years and this is a serious detractor.
