We love Costo! It's just the cashier made us feel a type of way, I handed him my mothers executive card cause her hands were full, then he started questioning me on whose card it was very rudely saying if we don't have membership we would have to pay cash...card payments are for members only......we all had memberships he just assumed we didn't Its not that serious we wouldn't be in there if we didn't have memberships. Just ring my stuff up.

On our way to Savannah, we stopped here for gas and to use the restroom. We love Costco but it seems like they either had a special or there was nothing else to do in this town because everyone was at Costco on this particular day. There was a long line just to get to the parking lot. And inside, wow truly everyone was there. I decided not to get the iced coffee just to not wait forever to get coffee since we where on a road trip.

I have ordered car tires here at Costco and requested for appointment. They said we have to wait for tires to reach the store. I have waited for their phone call. The called me Friday and I requested for appointment. They said appointment not required and I can walk-in. After I get the car today at 10 am they said I have to wait in the queue and no ETA will be provided. I have been waiting for 3 hrs now. Still not taken for service. Those kind of service not expected for Costco. Very bad customer experience

Great visit! Google asked me to review. Held the excitement of going to a grocery store to buy milk and cheese. Went home afterwards and unloaded everything and put refrigerated food in a , refrigerator. Will shop there again since I have a membership.

We took the car to have the tires rotated. The service fellow came and talked to us about the brakes on the car. It was a critical situation and we are grateful he was so attentive. An appointment is suggested for tire rotation, and the time frame is not long. Costco checkout is a great system...better than some others.

First time … huge with a little bit of everything… I was actually quite surprised on what they had. And prices not too bad. Some of the stuff you got in bulk was just too much for us to use in even a years time. But great for a bigger family! No one talk to me that worked there out side of the person who checked my membership when I came in and my receipt when I left.

Five stars for Rashard and his excellent customer service in the optical department! He was thoughtful and patient as he helped me and my son choose the best frames, and his product knowledge and professionalism also exceeded our expectations. So glad we chose Costco for our new glasses!

Good prices horrible staff management is so rude when it comes to mistakes they have made! Jamal I believe was his name was no help and after over an hour of shopping for my mom while I am pregnant! Was told I can not check out because I was using her membership card! I explained that I was getting the groceries for her because she was unable to do so while also showing that I was using her bank card to do so because again she was not able to do the shopping her self! When I have been shopping for her countless of times without any problems! But one employee and old man said he couldn’t do it. So I talked to the supervisor I forget her name just said that she would get me a manager, once I spoke to the assistant manager (general manager was not present) I believe his name was Jamal he explained that he could not allow me to purchase the items without her present! When I have simply done so MANY times before! While I am standing here thinking I wasted over an hour pregnant!! And shopping knowing that they checked my Costco card to allow me in! But after over an hour of shopping I can’t check out! Please explain to me how that makes any sense!?!?! So I walked out of Costco empty handed to my mother that was very in need of simple house hold items like toilet paper paper towels and milk! Because of what?!? Because I guarantee if I won’t back in a week or maybe even tomorrow I would not have this same problem! And they would let me do so just like they have let me do so before. I am my mother’s daughter and it obviously was shown on my id but they did not seem to care so much without her being present!

Very nice facility, great staff, well stocked, and reasonable membership prices. It'd be five stars if there were more staffed checkout lines and less emphasis on new age sensibilities. We will maintain our membership despite visits starting to feel like we are in a Williams Sonoma warehouse full of aspirational new agers in paradise.

Tire department stinks at calling when they say they will.This is the second time I have bought a set of tires from them and they have yet to call when they said they would. Very frustrating.Other than that, the store is great for shopping for the grands and for stuff you just can't live without, lol.

I stopped the truck at the white curb, where there are no prohibiting signs for a temporary stop, and besides, I did not interfere with anyone passing through this store. I stopped to buy some food, because I love and respect Costco for their friendliness and loyalty to customers and, of course, for the quality of their products. But this store is different from all the previous ones. Before I could get out of the driver’s cab, a woman with a painted face ran up to me and said, “Get out” in a menacing tone and a terribly dissatisfied face. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember her name since she didn’t have a badge on, but it happened at 9:45 am, 02.26 near the unloading stations. I don’t advise truck drivers to go to this store to buy groceries, as at any moment your mood can be ruined for the whole day.

I enjoy shopping at Costco but I always end up spending too much. I guess that's the idea. They do have the best meats and I like most of their prepared meals. They are so handy to throw in the oven.

My fiancé and I stopped here to get a membership but decided against it when the lady at the door was extremely rude and when we asked where we needed to go she told us the wrong way. We have always been told staff is amazing and friendly but that wasn’t the case for us.

A wonderful selection of bulk goods at very reasonable prices. I have memberships at both Costco and Sam's and I find myself returning more often to Costco's even with it being twice as far from my home.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR TIRE DEPT.-they suck!!! I bought a 1700 tire set. they bent my car underneath the first time they've installed the tires. - when i came in for warranty (for tire repair) the next day my battery conveniently dies (not saying its their fault) but they can't sell me and install the battery right there ?! - had to call road side assistance. """WE DONT LOAN TOOLS TO CUSTOMERS, WE DONT INSTALL BATTERIES, WE DO INSTALL YOUR TIRES THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF BEING ON THE ROAD... """" anyway I was upset beyond anyone who can be upset - but they don't have any competition in the area so they can't act like this and NO ONE will take action against this attitude.P.s - was so upset that forgot to buy these shoes. they look good for winter.

At Ringgold, GA Costco.I will not renew my membership when the day arrives! We live an hour from Costco and needed new tires. They had what we wanted and made an appointment. Called two hours prior to appointment for Saturday and manager “Jose” said they had it. Drove an hour and they didn’t not have the tires. The supervisor Tivian who was helping when I arrived said they were probably sold He tried upselling me other tires. I said no, and ordered the tires I wanted and paid for them. Supervisor “Tivian” said it would most likely arrive next Thursday. I called Thursday and tires had not arrived yet. On Friday, spoke with “Tiffany” said something happened to the truck broke down so the tires did not arrive. On top of that, “Tiffany” said the tires were sold under her login and it wasn’t her who sold them to me. She said the those tires he sold me were discontinued tires! She wasn’t sure why because they had the newer tires in stock since the week prior in which I could have had those tires and not wasted my 2 hours round trip-time, gas and money!!! So Tiffany made an appointment for the next day to install these tires same tires they had in stock. When I arrived for appointment, I had to pay additional $12. I asked if he could not charge me since I made a trip last week for nothing and didn’t offer me the exact tires that were not discontinued. Of course I had to deal with the same stupid supervisor “Tivian” on Saturday (Feb, 17th), who was working with me again! I asked to speak to his manager and of course the manager “Jose” was out of town for a week! I also told the supervisor that he rung me up the discontented tires last week under Tiffany and instead of his log in. He said it didn’t matter. I said of course, if you screwed up, Tiffany would be blamed or they would not know who to blame for your screw up. I almost asked for a refund but needed tires now! I should have gone to Good Year!While waiting on the tires to be mounted, I did a little shopping. Found Mozzarella thick sliced two pack was $3 more than the same cheese BOGO at Publix. I was at Publix an hour prior to going to Costco. I gassed up at Costco and found the gas price was the same as by my home!I also didn’t find some things that I normally buy. It’s like hit or miss shopping at Costco. The lines were ridiculous like Christmas line shopping. I will not renew my membership when the day arrives! Not worth my time or savings and poor communication/customer service! Very disappointed!!

Easy in and out. Plenty of parking, sometimes you may have to walk further than other times.Gas prices are worth the membership. I stop for gas before work at 6am and there's never a line. Although since the addition of pumps lines are much less often than before, big improvement!

The pharmacy staff is rude. Especially the brunette running the register this afternoon. She is rude and provides no service to customers.Every time we come here there is a problem.They blame the insurance for their negligence.

I was in complete shock to find JUCE in this store! For those who don’t know this product? I highly recommend it for gut health and weight loss. When you body has the nutrients it needs it runs better. It tastes so good!!!

Optometry employee was rude. Clearly irritated we were there 35 minutes before closing so instead of helping she lectured us about when they stop helping customers and close and continued to sweep. Ironically neither time had occurred yet. Will not buy glasses from Costco after that lack of service.

Great selection of goods in bulk prices. Definitely worth the membership fees. Only issue is now they changed their policy for payment and only VISA is accepted. Worldwide membership is accepted, made it with my Canadian membership.

Signed up last Sunday and knew right away I was making a mistake. Long lines / Pushy Salesman / High Prices / Disappointing Selection.Had to tell the rep 5 times I just wanted the regular membership / All the while his coworker stood beside him used profanity and proceeded to have a side conversation with my rep saying " I'm so glad I'm your manager... your doing a great job. My rep responding "I'm so glad your my department manager bla bla bla" felt like they were being directly disrespectful to me because I wouldn't swallow their pushy sale pitch. Plus after shopping around in an overcrowded store, found selection and pricing to be disapointing. Also, I was informed I HAD to download the Cosco app on my already app-to-death phone and leave my credit card on file. Looked up my account when I got home to findmy membership had been set up for AUTO RENEWAL, however I was never given disclosure of that. Wish I had never signed up. Won't go back.

Not substantial for the amount of volume. On a Wednesday 1/3/24. ALL check out lines 15 carts deep. Door checkers also 15 deep. RIDICULOUS!. When I asked an employee they said it like this everyday. I'll drive the extra 30 miles to the Murfreesboro Costco.NO SCAN AND GO like Sams. Come on COSTCO get with the 21st century.
