Some of the staff seem to be trying very hard and some are quite rude. The pharmacist refused to talk to me so that I could clear up confusion regarding a prescription. I'm an RN with 30 years experience

Considered using the pharmacy but after checking reviews decided to go elsewhere. I don't have time for games. I'll pay a little more to avoid getting jerked around.

First, I love Costco but have grown to hate the pharmacy. Staff are rude more often than not. Text messages are often inaccurate. Typical response to this from staff "they use different information than us." Huh? Going twice to a neighborhood pharmacist, inconvenient. Going to Costco ordeal. Last experience doctor sent script Thursday. Notified Friday they were ready. Nope. 2 of 6 were ready, again text you receive and reality may vary. Notified again on Saturday they were ready. Unfortunately I couldn't get to Costco on Saturday, what same person goes to Costco on Saturday?Sunday pharmacy closed.Monday I return to be told they gave me everything on Friday and I am apparently just trying to be annoying to them.You know what, you're right. That's never going to happen again.

10/29/2022Omg Becky and the other lady working was extremely rude and pushy!! Just wow!! She spoke to me very unprofessional while slamming my meds and other customers meds in the bag while I was waiting. Manager really needs to look into both of these employees behavior. Sorry I had to look up good rx codes and I guess that really inconvenienced them from clocking out early or closing up. Both ladies treated me like a dog while smerking at me while trying to look up a good rx code. Lady that check me out slammed the scanner so hard it fell off back off the computer.I will be contacting a regional manager about how I was treated. Save your money shop somewhere that will treat you with respect and appreciate your money.

I would not recommend this pharmacy. It is always something with them. Either they tell me they don't have any refills that my doctor sends to them or I call to get my refills and I'm told that they will refill my meds just to go to Costco pharmacy counter to be told that they have to be delivered to the store. It is a waste of time.
