My favorite groomer moved away, so I gave Classie Dawg a try today! They will now be my new groomer forever. My dogs got the best grooming job they have had in a LONG time.

Our dog has been groomed multiple times. The only issue we have ever had is that her coat over her breastplate is thin and grows in an odd pattern. Because of that caution has to be used or her coat is scalped to the skin. I pointed that out to the person at the front desk and the person grooming her. When we picked her up, not only was her chest shaved to the skin, but she had a chunk cut from the corner of her ear that required silver nitrate to stop the bleeding. The lady who groomed her said that she became distracted by a sound behind her. We did not pay for the grooming. We called the vet and he advised putting neosporin on the ear until it healed. Please be advised that if you are accustomed to quality grooming, you should use another groomer.

Classie Dawg came Highly recommended, went into the facility, they are EXTREMELY friendly. Absolutely no complaints there.However we asked for her to be left as a shaggy doodle, No poodle cut and not to be shaved. She was to be trimmed and nails trimmed. This is what we got!!! She looks ridiculous! They shaved her down to the skin at her eyes and butt, and down the center of her nose, nails were left extremely long. Now we must wait to let the hair grow to have her fixed.Again friendly people, but do not know how to trim a doodle.

My fur baby, Chewie, is a handful and has a difficult coat. (Yorkie/Pomeranian - possibly) As a rescue, he has been skittish and aggressive with strangers his whole life. He is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot at Classie Dawg! He goes right in and is happy to see Ms Linda. Classie Dawg does a wonderful job with him and takes their time to treat him like he’s their own. He prances proudly when we pick him up and take him home because he knows he looks good. We love the crew at Classie Dawg

We had a good first time experience with Classy Dawg. Tina was our groomer and she did a great job on our yorkie cuts!!! Go see classy dawg , ask to see Tina and tell them Julie sent ya!

We take our two knuckle head rescue dogs to get their nails trimmed at Classie Dawg. They don’t require any other type of grooming. Classie Dawg is always patient, kind, and caring with them. They allow me to help hold them and have used both a dremel and nail clippers.

I am very happy I found Classie Dawg. Took my girl there for her first visit and everything was great. The young lady I spoke to that took care of my Nova Rose was very friendly and helpful. She did a wonderful job taking care of my girl. I will definitely be going back for her spa day there.

I have a Pomeranian and they do a fabulous job with his cut every single time! Whether it’s a lion cut or teddy bear cut. They cut him perfectly! Love this place!

Classie Dawg is an awesome place to take your furry loved one. The employees here will take care of all your furry baby's needs from clipping the nails to smelling awesome and groomed!! Prices are great here too. Nails clipped for 5 bucks!! I love it!!

They done an excellent job on my Gemma. I just moved to the area from Hixson and this was my furbaby's first visit to Classie Dawg Grooming. The staff was very nice and super helpful. The haircut was perfect and Gemma smelled so good!

My two fur babies start barking with joy, and wagging their tails when they see Linda and her truck. My poodle and chihuahua hitch a ride with her for their day at what we refer to as "Spa Day". The poodle always looks grungy when she leaves my custody, but looks fabulous when she is in my care. Classie Dawg really knows how to pretty up our babies and also makes them feel special. They immediately start prancing around and run away, however, they look back to see if we are watching.When you visit their shop, don't be surprised to see the babies start communicating and catching up on the latest gossip. You won't regret trying them out!3/27/2019It's been a wet and muddy winter. Pippa went for spa day and she was a mess. She had a new groomer and looked fabulous. She came home happy and prancing. Felix needed his nails trimmed in addition to a good bath and trim. We are all so pleased with the quality of care, grooming, and professionalism shown with each of our visits.Thank you for loving my babies!

I took my maltese to Classy Dawg because they received the 2021 Best of the Best award for Groomers. When I picked him up, not only did he have a bad haircut, they cut the pad on the bottom of his foot. The lady at the counter brought him from the back and told me the groomer was eating lunch and couldn't talk to me.. Then she proceded to tell me that his foot had been cut. I was so upset I just took him and left. I had already paid or I wouldn't have paid. I really think they owe me a refund. My dog has been lethargic and acts like he has been traumatized by his experience for two days.

NEVER AGAIN will we use this place. Our pet had a 8:30AM appointment. AT 1230 PM I called to check up on him and was told he was the next one on the table. At 1:35 PM I was finally able to pick him up. It is very obvious that our pet (small) was put on the back burner to make room for the larger dogs in which more money was to be made. We were not satisfied with the way he was groomed since we even gave them a picture on how we wanted groom. Had to take him to another groomer to have him groomed proper..

Worst grooming I’ve ever had on a dog. They messed up her coat then just shaved her down to a 10 guard. Wish I could show before and after pics on here. It was just pathetic. I paid them then didn’t even recognize my dog when they brought her out. Will never go back.

My mother in law suggested that I take my eldest dog here for grooming since she looks like she had been put thru a lawn mower every time I tried to groom her. She looked absolutely beautiful! They were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish they would have done would be to put a bow in her hair after she was groomed, but now I know for next time to ask. Two thumbs up!

Good service here.Atmosphere is friendly and welcoming yet still professional. Same-day groom and pick up (usually within a few hours!). Very clean and well-lit.Animals are treated with respect, as are customers.Overall very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Oh my goodness! We drove all the way to Ringgold 45 minutes away and didn’t have the necessary clinical papers to satisfy another groomer down the road. Disappointed, we called Classie Dawg and the woman that answered the phone was an angel! She made room to fit us in and had so much kindness in her voice! When she met us outside to collect our fur baby, she was EVEN kinder and made us feel like the disappointment from the groomer down the road was well worth it so we could work with this amazing woman! The owner of Classie Dawg is incredible and anyone who has left anything other than 5 stars on this platform is delusional! I will forever bring my pom and my business to this fantastic shop!They do everything right here!

I took my labradoodle to Classic Dawg grooming today. I had been there on three previous occasions. Today when I dropped her off I had a discussion with the Owner/ Manager about mats.I gave instructions that my dog should be cut in the same way s previously. She was very unprofessional and rude. When I picked my dog up this afternoon she had cut her hair all off to the point I did not recognize my own dog. In my opinion she did this out of spite and ruined my dog"s beautiful coat of hair in order to upset me ,which she did. I would suggest that NO ONE USE THIS GROOMER. SHE IS DIS RESPECTIVE , RUDE AND TAKES ANY HARD FEELINGS AGAINST YOUOUT ON YOUR DOG. I plan on filing as many complaints as possible in order to make this public knowledge.
