Well stocked and clean! Helpful staff as well. Prices are a bit higher than competitors. But they price match dog food, which is what I was in to purchase so over all great experience.

If you fix this cage setup, I will change my review. Until otherwise, this store cannot be considered a reputable pet store as long as these guinea pigs are crammed into these tiny cages, two per cage.Guinea pigs require 3x2’ cages. These might be 1.5x1’.

Today I brought my 3 dogs in for grooming. Blake was absolutely amazing! My dogs don't need much more than a bath and nail trim, but the time he took with them was exceptional. My dogs are a little (a lot) skittish, especially by big boy. When I came to pick him up, Blake was sitting on the floor comforting my baby. To a dog mom, the way you treat my dogs means everything . Thank you for your kindness and patience ❤️

I thought this place was good. They use to price match petsmart on prices. Then the cashier lady wants to get into a debate about price matching. I come in like 4 times a month for the same thing so how did it go from price match to only discount I’m confused. Probably need to educate the cashier lady about your police’s on price matching and discounts and what the difference is.

I visited Pet Sense in Rincon today to get a platy and a molly to hopefully pair up with the ones I had. The store was busy, but the friendly woman up front (I wish I had looked at her name tag) called a young man up to help me. His name was Jeb and he was so nice and knowledgeable about fish. I was so happy to see someone who knew so much about fish and who cared so much about them. He took the time to educate me about things I didnt know and shared in my love of the hobby. The whole experience was great. I'm upgrading my tank from a 10 gallon to a 30 gallon soon and I can't wait to go back to this location for a few more fish!

They did a great job with my dog at the groomer. I had specific needs for him to have his neck shaved for a training collar and they took care of it with no problems at all. Glad to have a good groomer near home that can take care of my dog on weekends!

Don't book a grooming appointment here. On multiple occasions I have shown up for my grooming appointment and the groomer has called out. Poor selection. Less than helpful staff.

Their 7 day return policy (a betta fish in this case) only applies if you return it dead. They refused to refund me for the aggressive fish I bought 5 hours ago.
