What an incredible experience! Pawparazzi is, by far, the most outstanding grooming service that I have come across. From scheduling the appointment to pick up, everything was 5/5 stars. First, I was impressed by the intuitive and efficient online appointment system. Super convenient for someone with a hectic schedule. Then, on the appointment date, I arrived at an adorable and impeccable facility. My husky was greeted by Jessie, who was kind and patient during the initial consultation. Jessie was thorough and not once did I feel rushed. Jessie was communicative throughout the appointment and it was evident that he was committed to providing exceptional customer service, which he absolutely did.My husky came home looking stellar. I was also impressed that she came home demonstrating a happy demeanor and ready to play. I am used to seeing her come home from other grooming appointments looking somber. I used to think that she was just tired. It was clear that Jessie did everything right - including making my girl feel comfortable. I have now scheduled my 2nd husky with Jessie, and we have officially found our new permanent groomer!We are so appreciative!

I have taken my dog to many groomers and have had bad experiences. We decided to go to Pawparazzi (before deciding to start grooming our dog ourselves) and it has been the best place we have ever been. The service is great! Everyone is super friendly and Jesse the groomer is so professional and kind. I highly recommend this place.

I love this place Remi always comes back clean and fresh. I found a cut that I want for my puppy dog next time so we will see if it can be mastered! Also they have good foods and treats for your dogs or cats grooming items and toys.

We are so happy to have joined the PawParazzi family!Jessie took excellent care of our Goldendoodle Ben, the groom was exactly as we requested, and our boy looks and smells fantastic! To note, when we picked up Ben he seemed very happy, calm, and not at all tired, a great sign that he was not stressed during his visit. I had never used a grooming service before but my lovely Silver Chinchilla Persian kitten had snuck into cat-hood without asking me.She had fur everywhere, even between her toes. Then claws slid out of the fuzzy furry feet. But clip the nails? They were hidden in foot fur and hard to see or clip IF you see it.The poor kitten was pitiful too. Hair got into knots under her chin. Made it hard to drink.Then armpit hair tied long silky hair into knots. This made it hard to run or walk.This stuff is not fun. Getting a hair knot off of a trusting cat who loves you? Can be easy if the cat was broken into the idea of bathing, trimming claws and combing out knots.If you have a cat that needs personal care and you would lose blood trying to help. Call these nice folks and see when they can getyou in. Their tech who specializes in cats is called “The Cat Whisperer”. She’s great with them. I couldn’t believe MY kitten was holding still and a trimmer was taking a large knot off.They were nice, helpful and didn’t break my bank.Or stop by their shop. It is by a nice little bookstore and near some nice lunch places.
